We had a tankless water heater issue spring up out of nowhere recently. After calling half a dozen different plumbers who had different reasons for not coming out or why they don't service our style of water heater, I reached out to Tribeca. They had somebody there to take a look at it within 30 minutes and had it diagnosed in about another 30 minutes. When the repair turned out to not be the actual water heater, but a wiring problem that had caused a small fire previously, Tribeca quickly dispatched electricians to take a look at the wiring and initiated the repair immediately after my authorization that day. Amazing and Thorough service and saved me from having to buy a new water heater.

The Hooper Plumbing & Air Conditioning team was phenomenal. They were honest, forthright, and thorough. I cannot say enough good things about Chad, Christian, and everyone else at Accurate Leak & Line!We live in DFW in a house that was built in 1959 with all cast iron pipes under the house. The cast iron pipes had deteriorated so bad that water was just pooling under the house and causing foundation issues, so we decided it was time to get the work done and re-route all of our plumbing. We got quotes from 3 different companies and Accurate Leak & Line had the best pricing and the longest warranty! They completed the entire project in 8 business days! All the work was done outside, so they did not need to dig inside! We were able to stay in the house the entire time and they ensured we had our water back on each night when we got home from work. We got an update at the end of each day about what was done that day and what was happening the next day. There was some damage to our sprinkler system (zone not working and sprinkler heads broken) and they even have that covered and had the sprinkler company they partner with come out and fix it at no additional cost to us. The price we were quoted is the price we paid and not a penny more!I hope no one has to have this project done at their home, but if you do, Accurate Leak & Line is who you should choose!

Fantastic work, came out later in the evening for an emergency job to replace a leaking and broken water heater drain valve. Didn't overcharge like some of the big companies would and didn't try to force me to pay for or purchase anything that I didn't need. Jason was very personable and helpful, including educating us on the best steps moving forward to save us stress and money.
