I've been using Reeves for the last 8 years or so. Recently they responded very quickly to a call regarding a major leak in back yard. The repairs were made the day after they determined where leak was and gave us an estimate for repairs. Their techs are always very polite and professional and I trust them to be in my home when we're not there. The company does try to send the same techs to each location so we've become familiar with them. Smaller companies might be less expensive, same cost, or more expensive. But the quality of service is unbeatable.

Jose and Danny were two of the main plumbers on my job and they did a fantastic job. They had to replace my entire yard gas line due to a leak and were able to complete the job timely and professionally. They also gave me a quote that was below any of the others I received. We needed to replaced the entire sewer system under our house to the city connection.Accurate Leak's employees worked very hard and were professional. They keep us informed daily on their progress and complete the work ahead of schedule. Passed city inspection without any issues.

My technician was great, he explained everything, was on time, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.Dealing with the employees at the parent company, Air Pros, was very dissatisfying and frustrating. So much so, I almost went with another company even though I had already paid for half of my service. It’s unfortunate that Air Pros bought so many companies they can’t deliver decent customer service.

Matt and his team were great. Super friendly, very professional, even helped adjust my sink drain without me asking (or charging me). They also saw my wife pulling out the trash cans, and offered to help. My one maybe downside is the cost - $375 to replace a Moen shower cartridge seems high, BUT they did provide the quote before they came out, so it wasn't a surprise for me, and they fixed everything in 20 min. I think their professionalism and friendliness outweighs any additional cost I may have incurred.

Took him about 30 minutes to unclog the drain and replace a drain plug (which I had on hand). He charges $375 to unclog any drain he said. $492 dollars was my total. Seems expensive.
