I looked at the Nextdoor App online for recommendations for a plumber for what I thought was a water heater problem. Cody & Sons was highly rated, so I called them. It was late in the day, but their office contacted one of their plumbers already in my locale. The plumber came out and quickly assesed the problem making the necesary repair. They were very courteous and professional, so I plan to keep their phone # handy for any future plumbing needs.

Sal’s work was impeccable.He was very knowledgeable about the water heater unit and the overall company’s products and promotions.Sal is the representative I would want to return if there’s a need for servicing in the future,I am completely satisfied with his work!!!!!

I got quick free quote from Company and rate is reasonable. Immediatly accepted the quote sent reply work on the request. and that email was never communicated to service represntative untill i followup on following day. they all work in very disconnected in my opinion, requested for service on thursday and work done on Monday and i had to do multiple followups on teh same.

I have had them 3 times. My water heater (they were actually below their estimate). They hooked up my fridge when the prior plumbing company said it was impossible and on top of all that the plumbers are excellent honest and frankly friendly. Both of the named times going so far as to walk me through basic repairs. A truly professional and excellent company.

Plumbers were respectful of my house, e.g., they laid runners down so they would not track dirt into the house and they were also personable, caring as to my situation, and I felt comfortable with them while they were working inside and outside of my house.I would highly recommend their company if you need good, hard working and reliable plumbers.

We had a pipe break that leaked water into one of our bedrooms. Craig came out within an hour to locate the source of the leak and was able run a bypass line so we didn’t have to breakup our slab foundation. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

After a roofing job which was good, a bathroom sink was plugged up. We tried varioua methods of opening the drain however nothing worked. We had used AAA Augur before had a few certificates and so went to the phone. Carla did a great job of fielding the call and within a short time Juan showed up. Went to the drain, quoted the price and I said ok. In short order the drain was opened. He cleaned up the area to spotless including the sink. We paid him; had good conversation with him as he worked and after. We appreciate a friendly experienced tech and an understanding company, particularly at my 89 years of age.Thanks AAA Augur.
