Best Cleaning in Dallas TX

This is the second time I’ve used Cody and sons plumbing for a different problem. This summer the gas company replaced gas lines in my neighborhood. They sent their own plumber to relight my gas water heater. I noticed the constant smell of gas after that contract plumber relit my gas water heater after bleeding the line. It appears ONCOR Energy and/or Mastek is sending unqualified plumbers to do gas water heater bleeding and relighting. Their plumber did tell me he only had One year’s experience.I contacted Cody and Sons Wednesday morning. They arrived before noon. They followed proper procedures during this COVID-19 pandemic. They were quick, courteous, and efficient. They explained that it was a loose connection that the other plumber had left.I will seek reimbursement from ONCOR energy and Mastek since they sent the unqualified plumber.So Cody and sons did a leak test and re-tightened everything. They tested my water heater to be sure it’s operating correctly. Only charged me the $59 for the service call. I’m a very satisfied customer.Will use Cody and sons again. This is yet another reason why one should use a qualified plumber.

RJ and Daryl did a great job! Our ceramic tile was laid incorrectly causing the floor to be uneven, which caused the toilet to rock and crack. They replaced the toilet and they even provided a warranty! Thanks, guys!

We have used Hooper plumbing for years. Their integrity and level of service are second to none! They are extremely responsive and extremely peofessional!!!

Tammy from Reeves Family Plumbing, cancelled my (2nd attempted) appointment that was set up in a week in advance. She stated that they will look to come between the time window of 12pm-3pm. She called me around 11:15 and left a voicemail that if I do not call her back in 10 minutes that she was going to cancel my appointment. I did not realize she called until 12:00pm and that's when I called her back. That's when she told me that they still moved on from my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning but that does not work for me as I am off today which is why it was scheduled for today. In the future, maybe try giving a call the day before and let the customer know that you have a specific time they should expect your services. Do not call an hour before your range and expect someone to be free and waiting on your call and give them an ultimatum.Last week my 1st attempted appointment had the same window of time (12pm -3pm) frame and their ETA was 3:30 pm.Based on the reviews I was really excited about doing business with this company, but it seems they have scheduling issues and customer service is not expected to resolve such an easy matter.

It is so nice to have a plumber you can trust. Isn’t it? These guys are the best ever! They have free estimates and their technicians are professional and honest. I'll be using this plumber for all my plumbing issues from now on.

We have used Sheffield for years and the quality of their work has not diminished. Thomas and his associates are a credit to their profession. They are very knowledgeable and personable. Thomas replaced our shower heads with the most amazing and reasonably priced unit. I say thanks ever day.They have also done some major repair work which required working in the crawl space of our 70 year old home. A real act of courage.

Workman plumbing will be my go to in the future. I had a gas leak from an improper installed pipe. I texted Matt Friday night and he responded right away and had Craig out there the next morning. There was no issue and Matt went above and beyond to be friendly on a Friday evening. The repair was great and highly trust these guys. Would highly recommend.

When my wife and I first used Pure Plumbing back in 2021 we were SUPER impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. This first time we called them they installed a brand new disposal unit in our kitchen and it's been working like a charm ever since.When I found out recently that we needed new pipes installed under our laundry room sink I knew exactly who to call. More specifically, the gentleman who came the first time, Daron Branch, is who I wanted again because of how skilled and light hearted he was.I was lucky enough to get the same guy, and this time a gentleman named Marcos accompanied him (Who was also great). They were in and out in less than an hour and everything is perfect. The prices are reasonable and they can help you in case you need room financially as well.100% recommend.
