Wish I would have read the reviews first! Waist of time & $85 service fee! I kept asking when I called How much is a line snake fee? They kept telling me a plumber has to come out first. What has always cost me $150, they wanted $800. I believe they didn't want the job, just the service fee! Don't let them come to your house unless you just want to give away $85!

Richard and his team at Tribeca Plumbing did a fantastic job for my family and me shortly after the freeze hit Texas. We experienced some significant damage to our pipes from the freeze and the crews at Tribeca were extremely responsive and quick to diagnose and fix the issues with a fair price. They also assisted us with our insurance claim and made the entire process very smooth. I got quick free quote from Company and rate is reasonable. Immediatly accepted the quote sent reply work on the request. and that email was never communicated to service represntative untill i followup on following day. they all work in very disconnected in my opinion, requested for service on thursday and work done on Monday and i had to do multiple followups on teh same.

Slate was offered by Olshan to do leak detection and sewer line hydrostatic pressue test three weeks after foundation leveling to ensure integrity of sewer line connections. Slate technician very professional.

Had a hot water heater installed along with a few faucet knobs, a slow draining sink and a drippy faucet repaired. The team was on time, but outside of the installation of the water heater, the guys had no idea about any of the other projects they were supposed to work on per my initial conversation with Clayton when setting up the appointment.Everything that was on the list to get done, got done and they did a good job. However, the team left a ton of dirt from the water heater installation and a bunch of grease in the shower and bathtub. I was charged an additional $160 for the flood stop device (plus $1.50 each for 4 AA batteries that were used in the device) despite the service man stating it was included in my original quote.

As a landlord, I got a call about the only water heater in the house leaking, and it turned out it needed to be replaced. Oh man - the last thing you need to hear!! He was able to come by the next morning, and 1) Replace our water heater, 2) Reconfigure the weird plumbing, and install a leak detection device, and new valves.The level of communication and professionalism on the phone was just amazing; this is hard to come by, as I have worked with MANY VENDORS restoring this 100 year old home!!
