I called 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC due to their great reviews for repairing water heaters. I was certain I had found what I had been looking for. I wanted someone to troubleshoot and repair the water heater and not just replace it. They did an amazing job and gave us some tips on maintenance.

Noticed a wet spot on our carpet near a base board. We have a new home warranty, but wanted to call Roto at least for a quote to get a gage on pricing, because my previous experience with roto was so good (shoutout to Chris/Eric in Huntsville, AL) However, Clay hit it out of the park with his professionalism, knowledge, & personality in general. We could of called our home warranty company (AHS), and paid significantly less, but after clay’s assessment, pleasant attitude, showing us the issue, answering all of our many many questions. No BS pricing (no hidden fees, no later add ons). It gave me the confidence & trust that Clay was going to do the job better than the choices AHS would of given us. Went through some tests before he cut the wall, but ultimately we had to, clean cut and got right where to where the leak was. Basically whoever hung the dry wall put a nail through it and had been slowly leaking for months before we bought it. Clay invited us to watch the fix, hang around each step to let us know what he was doing. Also called the restoration manager Justin, to help us understand the water damage and show us, explain their service, what it was going to cost. Clay and Justin are *chef kiss*. You get what you pay for & if you can you should use Roto and ask for Clay! Skipping AHS for all future plumbing & Going direct to Roto! The new pipes look really good & if I could snap a photo I would!!! Calling ins on Mon for restoration and wall contracting.

Work done on time at a reasonable price. Did some damage to sprinkler system. They appeared to replace damaged pipes but that Zone no longer works. They completed job they were hired to do with expected results.

called their emergency number during the holidays, after hours. their phone service seems pretty professional as it gets you to an operator that helps get the information for the service. the operator contacted the on call service tech and he called within 30 min. Came right out to our house and helped us with our sewer stoppage issue. Wade was super nice very professional. Since it was during the holidays after hours, we felt pretty bad but he was really nice and made the whole process really easy.

Frederick was my plumber technician. My toilet was stoped up due to weeds in the pipes. I only have one bathroom which made this repair a high priority. He worked very hard to clear them & get my toilet working properly. He was very knowledgeable, explained each step clearly & most of all reassuring that he could fix it. I was very impressed & had no doubt about what he had to do. He also carefully explained the charges. While the necessity of the visit I was very pleased with the overall experience. He was the best!

My air conditioner gave out in 105 degree weather. When I called Emmet was unable to make it out that evening but put me on the schedule for the next day at noon.Emmet arrived at my house on time, spoke to me about the symptoms I was seeing and got right to work. Emmet quickly identified the root causes of my problem, got my approval and fixed them. Because it's an old system and he can't guarantee how long the fix will last (related to the coolant filter-dryer not being in good shape anymore) he didn't charge me beyond the service call. The whole experience left me feeling relieved, not screwed which I was very worried about. Emmet was clean, knowledgeable and articulate. I'm happy to continue to do business with him and Dial One.

I had pure plumbing come out and find out why my toilet water was backing up into my tub in both restrooms. They came out, charged enormous fee to remove toilet and run a camera. Next, sent me invoices to do 20k worth of work to replace pipes with pcv. pipes In my front yard and under my slab. Turns out, my pipe busted near my pool in back yard and it only needed to be repaired in that area , costing less than 4k. Becareful of plumbing co.. they will try to sell more than needed. Needless to say I will not do business with this company again.

Had a problem with my a/c condensation drain. It was connected to an air vent. This eventually led to a leak in my ceiling. The air vent was clogged. 3rd Gen Plumbing showed up and reconfigured the condensation drain for me. He did a great job and was very professional. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.
