I had a broken outdoor faucet and Evan was able to diagnose the problem and complete the repair in less than an hour!! He was friendly and professional. I'm so pleased with the service I received. Jose & AJ did a great job executing all updates and replacement of a hot water heater installed above a false ceiling. They showed up on time, were professional and cleaned their area after finishing. I appreciated the time taken to describe what would be done and why it was being done. Just an fyi for everyone that this is a service that routes your call to random companies based on the zip code you enter. They will answer in the wee hours of the morning. I called to find out where my plumber was as I had heard nothing back 7 hours later and got a different company that they had none of my information from my call at 4am.

I have had them 3 times. My water heater (they were actually below their estimate). They hooked up my fridge when the prior plumbing company said it was impossible and on top of all that the plumbers are excellent honest and frankly friendly. Both of the named times going so far as to walk me through basic repairs. A truly professional and excellent company.

We are trying to buy an older home with cast iron drain pipes. Two previous plumbers came out and literally wouldn't do anything. Clayton came out, hunted all the access points and did a comprehensive inspection. He also answered all our questions thoughtfully and patiently.These guys really are on another level.

I have used this company a few times as I have had quite a few A/C and HVAC issues. Now I'm starting to think that these guys were the issue. However, I scheduled an appointment with Dallas Plumbing on 11/16 and a technician came out. He said that the DATS sensor in my HVAC was bad and needed to be replaced. He told me that the cost of replacement would be $383.00, which I paid. My appointment for replacement was to be 11/17 first thing in the morning. No one came.I called in the afternoon, figuring they got busy. Their answering service said that someone would call me back--they didn't. I called again and again over the next few days while my wife suffered the frigid temperature in my house. Every time, the answering service would tell me that they made a note and that a supervisor would call me back promptly--they didn't. One answering service agent said she'd call me back personally--she didn't. Although they acknowledged that there was supposed to be an appointment on 11/17, no one could provide any answers as to why no one showed up or provide any idea of when (if ever) they would come. Even to get a refund for the sensor I've never seen and will never receive, the call service could only tell me that a supervisor will call me shortly. I'm not holding my breath. In short... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Sorry I did not get a chance to give a better review. Set up an appointment for 1:00. Got a voicemail that it would be 3-4 hours. Called to check on this and she said, well, we don't know when it will be but we will update you.
Four hours later and no update. Very disappointed.

Repair work was fair but cost was off the charts. Job was uncomplicated but plumber misdiagnosed the required task and so it took longer than he estimated to fix. The part was $45, total cost was $395!! It took less than TWO hours so the labor cost was $350! That's more than $175 per hour!! And he still left work for me to finish and he kept the old part, which can be easily fixed and resold!! Bring lots of money if you call these people. This guys charge fees like a doctor.

I talked to a human at every stage! — national number, local scheduler, and immediate dispatch. This Neighborly company truly saved us. Brett Swensen, our plumber, did an excellent job on our service call.

They should change the name to Atla$ plumbing. Be prepared for $228/hr rates and a $125 consulting fee for a quote.
