We did suspect it could be something more since there was water actually leaking at the bottom of the pipe from the overflow in the laundry area. When Josh from PIC arrive (on time) he promptly and professionally introduced himself. He then proceeded to spend some time trying to snake the drain before it became clear this was something more. Josh identified the problem which turned out to be the P-trap. After clearing the line and replacing the P-trap and everything else that was 60 years old that needed to be replaced, problem solved, end of leak! For the time spent on the job, we expected a pretty large bill. However, that was definitely not the case! It was a pleasant surprise and you can bet that in future we will use PIC again. Their prompt, professional service and great prices makes for a trustworthy company. Thank you again PIC!!!!

I could not be any happier with the service I received. From the first phone call to the conclusion of the repair, it was a great experience. The customer service people were friendly, knowledgeable and great follow up. The service technicians were A+! Jorge and Oscar were very professional and cleared my drain quickly. I thought I only needed a drain cleared (which they did quickly) but discovered a hole in the pipe so they called the office and within less than 2 hours a service repair tech was at my door. Austin (service tech) showed me what needed to be done and walked me through the process. I immediately had trust in him and asked if not only could he fix the leak but also replace the faucet and replace my toilet! He was able to quickly give me a quote and I approved it. The next day Austin did all the repairs and installations and everything is working great! I highly recommend this company, the employees are a level above!

Clogged Toilet. Andrew Johnson was very knowledgeable and immediately new the problem as well as gave us tips to help keep pipes clean. Very satisfied with work and service. Needed a new water heater. Called Troy and Omar at Collins Pacific. They had a truck out in 3 hours. Gilbert, the tech was professional, clean and extremely courteous. He was very thorough and ensured all faucets in the house were functioning properly before he left. Can’t recommend enough.

Had a great experience today with My Plumber CA. Corey came by to replace a leaking cutoff valve for our irrigation system. While here he noted that the pressure regulator to the house was basically non-functional. He gave us a prompt quote for the required work which we double-checked with another 4+ star company. The work he did was above and beyond what we expected. High quality materials, excellent workmanship, and the scope of work was even more than I expected as he replaced an adjacent cutout valve all the intervening piping and a faucet all under the same quoted price. Honestly, the price seemed quite high to us initially and we thought to reduce our rating because of it, but it seems to be the going rate based on our second quote and Corey's workmanship and customer service was well deserving of a 5+ star rating. We're very pleased.
