Honestly, I’m amazed at the dedication EZ Plumbing USA serves with. House construction was going on and we needed plumbers help to fit the underground pipeline. I came across them through their website. We scheduled the meeting. Their plumber arrived and saw the work. He quoted the amount and time which was lower than other plumbers in Orange County. I called EZ Plumbing USA through their website for fixing a pipe leak. The kitchen pipe had an undetected leak due to which it would drip 24/7 but I didn’t know the source. Their plumber instantly identified it. The leak was big. I thought he may ask me to change the pipeline but he didn’t. He only replaced the pipe and fixed the other parts as well. I appreciate his hard work. You should try them if you need a plumber in Orange County.

So I was looking for someone in Orange County who could fix the issue properly as soon as possible. I called two plumbers but they didn’t reply. Then I contacted EZ Plumbing USA. They immediately responded to my request and sent a plumber. Their plumber Donald was well-behaved and experienced. He handled the water heater carefully and replaced the safety guard, insulation and access panel. Now, it is working properly and I'm thankful to EZ Plumbing USA for it.

Water heater at my home was giving extremely hot water. My wife called EZ Plumbing USA based in Orange County as she saw their positive reviews online. Their plumber arrived and inspected the water heater thoroughly. He told me that the thermostat temperature setting must be too high and the heater requires some replacements. He removed the access panel, insulation and plastic safety guard and adjusted the temperature settings. He replaced the plastic safety guard, access panel, & insulation. My heater is functioning properly now.

Best plumbing experience I ever had with a plumbing company in Orange County. EZ Plumbing USA helped me identify the hidden leak in the drain pipe. They detected the source without disturbing the system. Their plumber sensed water pressure and noise then used advanced equipment to finally detect the leak. He fixed the leak after identifying the source and without breaking anything. I admire his expertise and knowledge. I do suggest you take their help!!!!

I want to genuinely thank EZ Plumbing USA for saving my house from the nasty slab leak. Moulds had covered my house when I called them after reading their reviews. Water heater in my hotel room was leaking due to which customers were facing inconvenience. Other plumbers of Orange County were saying all the parts have to be replaced which would have cost a lot. Very pleased with EZ Plumbing USA services. I called them for drain cleaning after reading their reviews on the internet. The plumber Peter was really nice and he cleaned the drain and pipes connected to it. He also gave me a few tips on how I can keep the drain clean and avoid the clogging. The main water pipeline in my house had broken and water had filled inside my house. We needed an immediate response and fix. I called EZ Plumbing USA last Friday night as my tub faucets and shower controls were leaking badly, and it needed urgent attention to fix the leak. They sent their team even during the night and fixed the leakage issues. They repaired the faucets and told us that replacing them with new ones is unnecessary. The best part is they provide their services 24/7 in San Diego. I would recommend this company to everyone.
Called him on Christmas Day 2022 in a total panic. He (Anthony) answered, diagnosed my problem over FaceTime, helped me stop the leak over FaceTime, and saved me at least $500 in emergency call fees.This plumber is one of the nicest and most honest people I’ve ever met in my life. If you have an issue, you should call him.

I called EZ plumbing 24 hour emergency line and they helped me over the phone. I was so grateful that they walked me through the process and also used photos and text to troubleshoot. We noticed water on the floor of the garage and could not figure out where it was coming from. So, I got panicked and immediately called for emergency plumbing services. Max arrived at our residence as scheduled initially explained what he would do to identify the unknown location of our water leak. He prepped the work area and it was determine that he would open a section of the ceiling. Within minutes he identified the leak and informed us of his suggestion for repair. Upon completion of the repair he returned the work area back to it’s original conditional. He was very professional at all times and the knowledge of craft was unquestionable. Jonathan scoped out the water locations,: checked for mold, opened area for dry out, installed equipment for dryout, subbed the asbestos testing and drywall removal, returned to check for dryout and remove any laminant and equipment. He was professional, on time, well informed, pleasant, easy to talk to, and trustworthy -- a bright spot amid a difficult experience!
Sergio and Levi were professional, polite and very competent. They went above and beyond expectations making a very tiresome problem a pleasant fix. The fix was more complicated than expected and the extra effort was greatly appreciated. Thank you for everything.

We called looking for an emergency plumber to come to our home. A water main had broken and water was gushing out! The service personnel that we spoke with on the phone let us know that the plumber was not available until after 5 (on a Sunday) because he was out in another job. However, she would see if he could call and assist us with shutting the water off. The plumber DID call and walk through the steps of shutting the water off. He even FacedTimed with us and we showed him what the area looked like and he guided us. We’re so grateful for his assistance!! We have to go through our warranty to get it fixed, but we are enterally grateful for the plumbers assistance as well as the friendly service personnel that took our call. Called yesterday around 7PM since there are MANY great reviews. A women answered the phone and I asked for assistance for our kitchen sink that's clogged. The typical drain-o/hot water trick did not work. She asked me where I was located and if we wanted someone to come out that day or the next. I told her tonight and she said ok, let me confirm your phone number and I'll call you back in 5 minutes. I wasn't going to hold her to that time frame but a call back within the hour would have been nice. We are now a full day after and never recieved a call back. I'll give my money to a company that wants it. Bye!
