The Plumbing Tree has been a pleasure to work with! I had them replace two 1980s toilets that were super small and leaky. The options in terms of toilet replacement were great and high quality. Toto toilets are well known so I knew I was getting a quality product and installation with Plumbing Tree. I joined their Customer Program which included an en-longated warranty on the equipment and a 10% on total cost of work. Also the pricing was all inclusive. Cost of equipment and work was already factored in and knowing the costs of Toto toilets I thought it was well worth the price! Not to mention Tony and office staff were super easy to work with. Great team, honestly, I know I'll be working them whenever I have any plumbing work that needs to be done. I am going to replace some sinks soon, and re-do laundry connections at some point as well. So I'm definitely going to use their Customer Program! I highly recommend Plumbing Tree!!

Mickey R. helped us out today. He did a home inspection of all our plumbing and let me know the state of our plumbing, what might need repair now, in the future, how San Diego’s water effects pipes and valves, and what to look out for moving forward. He explained everything well which was invaluable to me as a new homeowner. I feel like I’m a better person now, haha. Definitely a better homeowner. The job was an all day job, which required replacing pretty much all the valves in our condo. Mickey was super nice and very professional. His expertise and the warranty offered by Plumbing Tree puts me at ease, along with the quality of work. Our garbage disposal broke off the drain in our kitchen. Plumbing Tree came over and immediately wanted to do a whole house assessment. They quoted almost $700 to replace the garbage disposal!!!! I went over to A plumbing supply store but Home Depot would’ve been fine and bought an insinkerator which is a very big brand and apparently very good for $140. Took me 10 minutes to install. The guy said it would take him an hour and a half. Then he went on to quote $450 to replace two little water valves underneath the sink from an old style to a new valve style that you can buy for $10 at Home Depot. You just screw them on. He also wanted to sell us a new water heater. We paid him his $79 charge for coming come out and sent him on his way.

It was a small leak, but they came out same day. He noticed the hose had a lot of corrossion (it did) and he got that done same day too, and threw in some helpful tips and freebees to help with that side of the house.
That was my third time using them and so far everyone has been solid

Two days ago we discovered a leak from the disposal in a condominium we are renting for several weeks. Our landlord called Plumbing Tree and Alan, one of their employees, arrived promptly this morning and not only replaced the disposal unit, but also additional piping under the sink that had been installed improperly at an earlier time. His work was excellent and the repair appears to be perfect. He was also careful to clean up everything afterwards, and was extremely courteous. All in all, a great job.
The company is highly efficient and professional. They keep you updated while performing the actual service and also before doing it and after it is done. They are very responsive and keep the schedule. The technician, Fernando, did a great job. He not only performed the requested leak detection but also inspected the whole house. He then put all possible repairs in three different categories: what should be done now without any delay, what should be done soon, and what can wait. Overall, his service was excellent.

Remarkable service from Tony Nardone from Plumbing Tree. I have been doing business with Freddy and Plumbing Tree from the start. Always transparent, smart, and careful with their work and with our house. And always sensitive to the bottom line. Call Miguel at their main number and they will try to dispatch a plumber right away. Today, they sent Tony out and he was here in 25 minutes (not always possible, but it happens often enough that you want to call them the next time a plumbing issue arises).
We called them the day prior, and spoke with Fred in the evening for an appointment. We needed our washer connections to be replaced. Jerry came by the next day without any fuss, and was very prompt, in addition to arriving early. The quote was fair, the repair was excellent! and we're very happy. I also uploaded some before and after shots.

The service from this company was immediate, extremely reliable and Alan spent the entire day fixing my overflowing toilet and clogs in various pipes throught my house. We hired Plumbing Tree to re-pipe our entire home with copper. This was a big project that took a week with 3-4 plumbers each day. Plumbing Tree did an absolutely great job, we are very happy with their work and their team. The team was courteous, professional, and very helpful with any questions or concerns. Freddy (owner) is very conscientious and really takes pride in their work. Some pictures of their work are attached. The best part is Plumbing Tree had a cleaning crew come in and clear our entire home, not just their work areas, after the job was complete!! What an experience! Angel from Plumbing Tree was such a professional and educated me on my home piping system. We used Plumbing Tree as a recommendation of our regular plumber who was booked out several days. We had a situation with our tankless water heater that needed attention immediately and were able to come out that afternoon. Been using Plumbing Tree for years. Appreciate their skilled employees so I call when needed. For many years they charged by the hour and since they earned my trust I liked the hourly method. This past trip, he charged me by the job (which was overpriced) and I inquired why the change in business model - Answer is because 80% of customers wanted it that way. For the future just means I need to shop around before hiring. Still like the company and will call them for quotes when needed.

I called Plumbing Tree this morning, completely distressed about a pipe that was leaking under my house. Miguel was terrific on the phone and told me he would be sending Mickey THIS MORNING. He also explained the process for their assessment of the problem and giving me an estimate AND what forms of payment they take, including those with a service fee and those without.Mickey arrived on time and was knowledgeable, professional and absolutely great. The repair was done promptly today, and he also helped us with an estimate for future work. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again-- hopefully for upgrades next time rather than an emergency.

I would recommend this company so much. I reached out to Miguel on Monday very professional. Truly grateful to have found this company. I had a sewer line backup at my property during a very inconvenient time. (After a horrible experience with ARS/Rescue Rooter where after I waited 6 hours past the appointment they told me the line could not be cleared and required a $6,300 dig-up-the-yard repair) I called Plumbing tree for a second opinion.Freddy was very helpful and sent out Mickey immediately. Within about an hour of making the call the line was clear and Mickey did a thorough camera inspection of the entire system. He was 100% professional, going above and beyond at every opportunity.This is the only plumbing company I'll call from now on, they have earned customer for life.

He put on his lil foot gloves lol, and had this cool ghostbusters backpack for his tools idk , He had a blanket for his work area so he wouldn’t dirty any of my things, and he cleaned up my sink after he was done, he didn’t have to.-He was very sweet and polite. It's easy to write a great review about Plumbing Tree. It's also easy to write too much! But we'll try to summarize. We have used this company pretty much since it began. At three different locations. With different challenges. Different degrees of difficulty. But always...same results: Jobs done. Jobs done well. For reasonable rates. This is a company that reflects the ethics and philosophy of its founder: Yes, it is OK to make money, but not until you FIRST make sure you have taken care of the customer. In our experience, Plumbing Tree accomplishes this in several ways: First, before a representative comes out, they ask important questions, and request photos or documentation that can help them solve the problems BEFORE they even step inside your home. Second, the individuals who represent the company also represent the company's philosophy; this means that they, too, arrive not looking for more work, they arrive looking for ways to fix the problems, and to work efficiently and effectively. Finally, they suggest alternative solutions that--get this--won't tack on more time or more cost...but achieve just the opposite: they attempt to find ways to make you happy in less time, for less money. When we first used Plumbing Tree those many years ago, at the end of my review I wrote something like this, This company is going to get big. Get in on the ground floor. I was right. It has grown...but it hasn't outgrown that core philosophy. Use them!

I gave this 1star Because it annoys me that there is no free estimate. They charge from the time they Arrive on the job until the time they leave. This includes the time it takes him to make an estimate, The time it takes to write the bill, etc. for me this took 30 minutes. Over $60! And drain not cleared. My drain cleaner did it successfully fir $40. Very Disappointed and will never called him again

Was having issues with a clog/back up in my kitchen sink. Plumbing Tree sent their plumber out and they exceeded my expectations. Plumber was super professional and friendly was able to knock it out in less than an hour.
It’s been a pleasure working with Freddy, Angel, Fernando, Miguel, Gilbert and the rest of the team as we renovate our home here in San Diego.They’ve worked with us on small and large projects with the same great results each time.I also really appreciate that Plumbing Tree uses contemporary technology for their billing. When the work is done, your plumber brings out an iPad and calculates all the details for the job. No mysteries!Plumbing Tree overhauled a very foul mess of a laundry room for us. Parts of that project included replacing a soon-to-expire indoor water heater with an outdoor tankless Navien. The Navien water heater Freddy helped us select is beautiful and works incredibly well. Freddy helped us select a smaller unit than what we originally thought we needed. Angel did a great job hanging the water heater and routing all the piping through our garage’s walls to keep the exterior of our house looking nice and clean. It makes me and my wife happy each time we see the water heater. The pipes in the garage are beautiful too. Thank you Angel!Also for the laundry room, Angel replaced a jumble of leaking pipes in and and outside that room’s walls and installed a utility sink and washer/dryer stack. Before the work started Freddy came over to have a look and was a great help in planning the project. It was a convoluted mess before Plumbing Tree got involved.We’re currently working with Angel and Freddy again on renovating a bathroom. Part of that project included Angel installing a new and very heavy cast iron tub for us, with an assist from Gilbert and Mike. The new tub looks amazing, as does the new shower plumbing rough-in. I really appreciate that Angel takes time and is thoughtful in making his work look great.There’s a lot more that Plumbing Tree has done for us including installing new water and gas lines to the kitchen, installing a dishwasher, and some exterior fixes as well. I won’t go into great detail about those projects, except to say the work has always been great.

Easy 5 star service. Had a water leak on Christmas Eve, an hour after calling this company they sent Chris who was very professional and polite. Chris quickly found the leak, made the repair, cleaned up afterwards and was on his way. I'll will definitely use this company again but hopefully I won't need them anytime soon. Gracias totales!

Their service and customer service is excellent. Their pricing is very high for water heater installation. We were quoted $4k for a water heater+install, and paid $2k for the same unit+install with a different reputable licensed company.

We've used Plumbing tree for our manufactured home for about 20 years. We had blockage in one of the sewer lines. Because of where we live, things can be tricky. We own the home, but rent the space. So not all repairs are our responsibility. Alan came out to help with the issue. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. There was some grey area on who was responsible for the repairs. After the service was done I spoke to Miguel, a customer service rep. I talked about some concerns with him. He was very helpful and really listened to what I had to say. He mentioned he would reach out to me the next day. There were also payment issues and Joanna was helpful to answer my questions. I guess there was a technical issue, but she was attentive and responded to me right away. Miguel got back to me as promised and we settled the matter working in my favor. Miguel and the Plumbing Tree family are extremely loyal and HONEST. Something you don't find today when it comes to contractors and handy work. Although, I don't find their prices competitive like as were in previous years, there is not a doubt in my mind I would call on San Diego Plumbing Tree again. The people there are great, responsive, and caring individuals and as a business. Thank you, Miguel, Alan, and Joanna!

Price is extremely high but quality is probably good, only time will tell. Would have been maybe four stars except that the tech sold me a monthly preferred customer plan that apparently has a one year minimum? What is this, a gym membership? When I went to cancel it today their rep threatened me with a collection on my credit for cancelling early over a $10 payment... Pretty aggressive and greedy behavior.
Mike Stout was as solid as they come. He was professional and did a great job. I'd recommend him for anyone looking for a plumber.
