Ramona Plumbing has an efficient system for managing appoints, using email and text messaging to confirm your appointment and text you when the service person has left previous job and is on the way to your house. Justin was professional and informative. He took time to answer questions and showed me how to change the filter on my house filtration system. He also installed a new faucet. Again professional and careful to protect surfaces and leave everything clean. I will use them again and definitely would recommend them.

We have had a lot of plumbing issues during the pandemic so we have worked with several different plumbing companies over the past 8 months. I wish we had found Ramona Pacific Plumbing sooner! Joe was great- went someone right away and then when I had questions he sent someone back. My onlycomplaint was the second plumber wasn’t wearing a mask correctly (neck gaiter which kept falling down) and after I gave him a disposable mask he still didn’t wear in right. Other than that, everyone was friendly and professional and I’d definitely recommend them!

Have used Ramona Plumbing for more than 10 years... always good service and reliable. Rick, the plumber I used for most of that time, was always prompt and helpful when a plumbing disaster hit. Figuring out challenging scenarios during a remodel, Rick always came through. His partner, Joe remains, and true to form, Joe sent Alex to rescue me from a leak under the sink. I appreciate the support and response to my early morning call and despite a booked day, Joe made time to send Alex. That is customer service! The quality of their service is steadfast and prices are fair. My entire cadre of friends use Ramona Plumbing and I recommend them without reservation.

Mike did a great job installing our new toilet and faucet. He shared information about both items on how they work and answered all of my questions. He was careful about keeping the work area neat and kept us informed about when he needed to turn the water off.

Matt and Justin did a great job finding and repairing a leak on an irrigation pipe. They explained the repair needed, fixed it efficiently, and cleaned up the area nicely. Told me what to look for if problem reoccurred. Have used this company before and will continue to do so. They are professional and reasonable prices.

Starting with Big Joe as my friend Bud referred to me he was kind to reach out early this morning. I was kept updated on the status of Justin arriving. When he came with another guy they were so nice and professional. Fix the problem in record time and assured me that other companies would have want to replace the water heater. Justin is just incredibly awesome! As a Contractor myself, I have no problem recommending Justin for any sort of work. He's detail oriented for sure, is very respectful of me and my property. Being a Custom Painting Contractor myself, I'd steal him away from Joe in a Heartbeat!!! Sadly... I don't think Justin wants to paint anything more than his wife's kitchen or his son's bedroom. However, he is the most incredibly talented most respectful tradesmen we've ever encountered.Don't be silly and keep looking for a plumber without talent. Just call these guys.
