I’ve been having trouble with slow draining sinks. Called several other plumbers one couldn’t be bothered and the other one trie to rip me off for thousands of dollars. Then my daughter found Exodus plumbing. What a breath of fresh air.First Luis arrived to assess the situation. He tried to clean the drain with air pressure and it back fired on him (he took it all in stride) he cleaned up the bathroom and himself. Then the clog broke the snake he was using.He still smiled and called for back up. Mauricio arrived they in the attic, on the roof and in the bathroom. Finally went at it from the roof. Mauricio, the owner of EXODUS PLUMBING, is a rare breed that you don’t see very often. I used Yelp to get help on my project of unclogging a kitchen sink drain. Chicken fat, bacon grease made its way to create a dam to prevent the grey water to travel to its final destination. It’s 6:00 pm and the stomachs of elderly residents at our care facility will go empty tomorrow morning if the clogged drain is not cleared. To the rescue, the man of the hour, MAURICIO!!!Yelp is helpful in putting out the call for help to many plumbing professionals. I got 5 responses, including from Exodus Plumbing. Only Mauricio was a real person who responded.quickly and demonstrated his willingness and kindness in responding after business hours. Luis came to my house to repair my leaky shower. He found a different issue than I had described and suggested a easy, DIY fix for the issue. I was so impressed with this suggestion as it saved me lots of money. He was very polite, professional and respectful of my home. I will DEFINITELY call them for any other plumbing issues.

These guys saved me 10K. A rooter company claimed I had a cracked pipe, Mauricio came and checked, ended up snaking and hydrojetting it all in a few hours. He’s honest and does solid work! Use him!!

He install quarter turn valves for toilet and faucet fixture and installed the toilet. After tile was installed he came back to install the fixtures of the shower. I had a major kitchen sink clog (beyond the trap and further down the line) and requested quotes and from a number of 5-star reviewed plumbers in the area. Exodus was quick to respond and scheduled an appointment in order to provide a quote. Mauricio arrived at the scheduled time, provided the most reasonable quote and cleared the not-so-easy clog in due time. I also asked him to look at another plumbing issue, which he assessed and suggested it wasn't an immediate concern, which saved me a couple of hundred dollars. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism and will be using Exodus for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

I have called almost every company in San Diego and found this one which is IMO the best priced and has the best customer service by far!It’s interesting because this was the last company I had the patience to call. Just based off the cheerful tone of voice and positive attitude the call representative answering had, I knew this was the company I wanted to use. Now it was just a matter of the pricing.Diagnostic is free! Which I feel like less than half of the companies I called provided.My plumber’s name was, MAURICIO and he was THE BEST! Super friendly guy, calm and knowledgeable, and does his job with a smile.Mauricio helped with changing a shower cartridge. This shower cartridge was old. Like really old. So old the house was probably built around the shower cartridge. Being this old the cartridge was super corroded and was not easy to remove. Pieces of the plastic we’re breaking off and the cartridge came out in two separate parts instead of one entire piece like it’s supposed to.Other companies didn’t want to deal with this cartridge and said they have to replace the entire shower and the piping which would have cost up to a thousand dollars. Mauricio got it done without having to do a ridiculous amount of work and charge an arm and a leg.This is the first time I have used Exodus Plumbing and I am more than satisfied! I will definitely be using this company in the future and if they are able to maintain this level of customer service and continue to give competitive quotes I can easily say I have found my go-to plumbing company!Thank you again Mauricio! I saw these guys working at my neighbor's home so I asked them to stop by and estimate adding a shut-off and replacing a sprinkler valve. The estimate was reasonable so I had them come back the next day and do the job. I had a leak in my main water line and noticed that my neighbor had a plumber at there house. I asked if they could take a look at my house and Emilio from Exodus came right over. Interesting enough that my problem was the same as my. Neighbor! He called into his boss and was able to schedule repair the next day. Emilio brought over some rubber pipe and a clamp to stop the leak until he could repair it the next day. Chester, Emilios assist was also very helpful and did an outstanding job!

I called on a Wednesday at 12 pm for a clogged drain and they sent Mauricio by 2 pm SAME DAY! So impressed with their prompt response and scheduling.

We had a badly clogged sewer and were unable to use toilet, bath, kitchen sink, washing machine, fish washer, etc. I called (another) 5-star plumber from Yelp and they could not come until three days later. I then called Exodus. Mauricio was available and showed up within 30 minutes! He was super-professional. He have us a reasonable quote and went to work right away. He removed the toilet and found a blockage. Reinstalled the toilet, tried everything out, and remarked that the clog was still not entirely gone. He then repeated the process. So he basically did the job twice and did not change the price. Everything has been running great since and we could not be happier! I sure don’t hope we’ll need a plumber again soon, but if it happens I know who to call! Thank you so much Mauricio.

Exodus Plumbing was the 2nd company I called to fix a clogged sink issue. The first company recommended me to find someone, because they didn't have the tools for the job and were pretty sure they would break a pipe. So I called Exodus and they sent Emilio by in about 60-90 minutes. Emilio was very professional and walked me through all the options available to solve my sink issue at varying costs. After conferring with my housemates we decided upon the jet stream procedure. However, midway through the procedure Emilio found out that we didn't need to jet stream to solve the issue in the first place and saved us a decent amount of money. This company along with Emilio showcase high professionalism and a willingness to not scam their customers. I would gladly recommend Emilio for anyone's plumbing needs!

I had a pipe burst under my house and upon reading the reviews I decided to give them a call and schedule an estimate. Mauricio was the plumber that came out and he was very nice, helpful and detailed about what needed to be fixed. They’re quote was better than a few plumbers we had come by and quote me so I hired him for the job and once he was done he again thoroughly explained what was done and what caused the pipe burst. He gave me with the old pipe and even sent me pictures of his work before and after! I definitely recommend them and if you go with them ask for Mauricio! I will continue to use them for future plumbing needs!

Exodus Plumbing was called by our landlord when 1. There was an unwelcome exodus of water from the dishwasher angle stop, and 2. The exodus of cold water from our shower was non existent. My attempt at replacing the clogged shower and tub fixtures in my bathroom started off well until I cut the pipe from the wall too short and got myself into trouble. I called Exodus Plumbing and they scheduled a same day visit 2 hours later to inspect and provide a free estimate. Pricing was extremely reasonable, most other plumbers out there are trying to take you for a ride. Mauricio showed up and was up to the challenge - within minutes he was sweat soldering couplings and fitting a new diverter spout. Had a plumber come and said he wasn’t able to do anything because there was too much water in the sink and it needed removed before he could work. Not exactly sure but I guess I wrongfully assumed that was part of the nature of careers. Wouldn’t recommend at all, unfortunately.

Did a pretty good job fixing the leak, but some reason there’s little water coming from the shower head and hasn’t fixed the toilet. Job is incomplete.

They diagnosed the issue over the phone/text images and then quoted a price. So very transparent and clear from the get go. Luis from exodus was great. He explained what the issue was , fixed it , was quick . They were able to accommodate us within 2 hours of a phone call. Super helpful!
