We've had ProMax do quite a few jobs for us over the last few years at both our home and rentals ranging from our tankless water heater repairs to shower line installations and faucet repairs. As a matter of fact, this review is long overdue.Daniel at ProMax was very professional, fast and efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, reasonably-priced, and friendly too. He's got a solid work ethic which has been, for me, a rare find in the construction industry. We trust Daniel and ProMax completely with all of our plumbing needs. We used ProMax Plumbing to replace our old 55g gas water heater with a new Navien tankless heater. They were fantastic from the moment they showed up to give us a quote until the project was completed. Daniel explained everything they would do during the installation and even did extra work that was not included in the other proposals we received. On top of that, the pricing was the lowest we received.They were on time for both the quote and the install day. They were friendly, professional, responsive and answered all of our questions, even after the project was completed. Just as importantly, the workmanship was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with the job they did and would highly recommend them to anyone. They will definitely be the first company we contact for any of our plumbing needs.

My husband is a committed DYI perfectionist but replacing our tankless water was a more complicated job than I wanted to take on. There were some issues I wasn't sure how to negotiate so we hired ProMax to do the job. Daniel responded immediately to our inquiry and came back promptly with a quote after the home visit. We decided to use ProMax after contacting two other tankless water heater companies. The workmen were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. They creatively solved difficult problems with the installation. We are very pleased with the performance of our new Navien system.

Daniel was so wonderful to work with! We had to cancel on him two different times due to our illnesses. By the time we called again (with a vacation in there also), it was a few months since I had first contacted him. I thought he'd think we were flakey and not want to try a third time. But he was so nice and professional about scheduling again. I liked that he texts timely.When we finally had our appointment, he was on time, considerate and professional. He explained everything he was doing or had done. He drained/cleaned our Navien tankless water heater, checked a sink for any clog, caulked our bathroom sink, removed a hot water reservoir under the sink, and replaced an odd Toto toilet flapper that was all one piece (not like the normal ones we usually replace ourself). He worked quickly, neatly, and considerately.We have been through about three other plumbers since moved here 4 years ago and were not satisfied - but now we have found our forever plumber!! You can't go wrong with with Pro Max!!

I obtained multiple quotes for replacing our existing tank water heater with a tankless, which included relocating the water heater from the detached garage to the main house. Daniel provided me with different options depending on whether I wanted a recirculating unit. A very prompt and courteous response was my intitial contact with ProMax Plumbing. After discussing my water heater problem, a service call was scheduled the very next day. Arriving on time, Daniel proceeded to carefully change out the water heater which included a new shutoff valve and earthquake straps. The invoice was exactly as quoted by phone and cleanup was complete. I would highly recommend the services of ProMax Plumbing.

ProMax and Daniel are simply the tops. We got at least 4 quotes on replacing a tankless water heater at our house. Daniel was the most prompt of all of the plumbers, and he came in with the low bid. He also was able to install it sooner than other plumbers had said they could. We wanted a water circulator in order to decrease the wait for hot water to our taps. That was driving the bids we were getting sky high. Daniel came up with a far cheaper alternative that has worked extremely well. He also did a magnificent job installing the new tankless heater. He also built me a holder for my outdoor hose, which shares the same cabinet as the heater. I have never seen a worker leave a job cleaner or tidier than Daniel did.We just had him come out to install a new kitchen faucet and to fix another faucet. Once again, he was responsive and did a top notch job. I really couldn't recommend him more highly.
