I called Anderson to inquire about completely replacing my HVAC system in my home. When I scheduled the appointment I was assured someone would be at my home at a specific time, and that person would contact me the day of the appointment to confirm. On the day of my appointment, I never received a phone call, and even at the time of my appointment no one showed up. 20 minutes after when my appointment was going to be I had to contact Anderson to find out what happened. The operator for Anderson said yes I see you at an appointment set for a specific time, let me see where our person is then I was told they will be there in 15 minutes. Well 25 minutes later and still no show, so I had to contact Anderson again. This time the operator started out giving me attitude saying you don't understand, we don't set specific times for appointments, we give time frames. I was then placed on hold for about 10 minutes while the operator called the person to see where they were. When the operator returned they said Our man is at your front door right now. I about snapped because I was standing out front of my house waiting and saw nobody. I wonder how a company that says they have great customer service can treat someone like this who isn't even their customer, and is looking to them to become their customer. If a company is this unprofessional, rude and disrespectful I would not want them doing any business with me, let alone in my house.

Highly recommend using Bill Howe plumbing. They were able to send a plumber out in less than 24 hours which was great. We had a window time of 1-4 and received a text that our plumber was running a little behind. I appreciated the communication and totally understand things happen. Our plumber Robbie called shortly after and showed up promptly. He was super professional and friendly. It was great he knew what was exactly wrong told us how much it would cost and got to work. He was still done by 4:00 which was great. He went through a run through of everything we had discussed before he charged us and went on his way. I appreciate how direct, fast and great quality of work he did. Recommend them to anyone who needs a good honest plumber.

I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. Gilbert did a wonderful job unclogging our sewage drain! We had found that all of our drains were starting to backup all around the house, and when we called Gilbert from Rooter Hero, he was not only able to a great job at unclogging our system, he was able to remove an old cap at the end of our pipe that was stuck, and replace it within a few hours! He was easy to work with and friendly to talk to, which makes us highly recommend Rooter Hero Plumbing for anyone who may need help the next time they have plumbing issues.
