Today, Luis came to identify the cause of a backed up tub, toilet and leaking faucets, etc, and by asking questions and taking a quick look around our home/property, he identified and explained the cause of all these problems. He also presented his solutions which came to fruition in a short amount of time. Friendly. polite and informative from the moment he introduced himself until his work was complete, I was quite pleased to find our plumbing problems solved. Hopefully, we will not have future house maintenance problems, but I feel secure knowing that I can contact Bill Howe Services again for quality work and care. Thank you Mr. Luis and Mr. Bill Howe.

The technician showed up to clean a clogged drain, he tried two times with small snake which was not suitable to clean roots. Charge me $150 for his time. I rented a machine from Home Depot myself and clean it by accessing from curb side. This is very shameful sending unprofessional and wasting people money.A very unhappy customer

Seamless and professional water heater replacement at my rental property. My tenants were experiencing rising electricity costs which they suspected was the 13 year old electric water heater. I sent a photo of the face plate on my water heater to PAWS who got me a great deal on a replacement water heater, expansion tank, piping insulation and brought everything up to code. They were able to schedule installation same day directly with my tenants and saved me a lot of time/energy. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future for all of my plumbing needs. Thanks again to everyone at PAWS for the exceptional customer service!

They came and fixed my unclogged drain. Mr. Daniel was great he knew what he was doing and he assured me that if something goes wrong within 90 to call his company and they'll come fix the problem.
