Very responsive and excellent communication skills. They didn't even charge me for a house visit when they realized my tenant didn't run the garbage disposal and that was causing the issue. Anyone else would have charged. I will definitely use them again.Update: I used PIC again. I called late at night and they not only responded immediately but sent someone out the next morning. These guys are honest, reliable and explain everything. The prices are very reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again.

My son asked Anderson, but that company provided us with damaging and $1,400 for complete repair. I then asked repair for Bill Howe, and technician fixed in less than 30 minutes and I payed $90.

Cody did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing sewer piping underneath our house. I highly recommend him and Mr Rooter for any plumbing work.

We had a gas leak in our laundry room and SDGE turned off our gas and told me I needed to call a plumber to fix it. Every plumbing company said they had no available technicians until the next day, even PAWS. But Kristen (I think that was her name) went out of her way to find an available technician and was able to schedule him to come out and repair the leak.Both Kristen and Robert were awesome. I highly recommend PAWS and would call them again.

It was a Sunday afternoon, everything was closed and I couldn’t get the water off to a broken sprinkler head spraying water everywhere. Anthony answered the customer service line, and instead of charging me a arm and leg sending someone on a Sunday, he calmly talked me through turning the water off myself till i can get someone to repair it during the week. I love it when companies show human decency and a spirit of helping over their bottom line. Would definitely recommend this company and Anthony in particular.

Collins provided excellent customer service and a high quality of workmanship on some complex plumbing (cast iron sewer line replacement, new tankless Hot water heater and two washer hookups). I received several quotes and their pricing was very competitive, Aaron was the consummate professional and Jose and Jordan were top shelf technicians.
