Jose Balderas had recently installed our new garbage disposal and did an amazing job. He was fast, efficient, informative and friendly. So naturally we called Discount Plumbing and requested Jose specifically to help us temporarily cap two water lines till the discount plumbing team can come over and properly close all the lines in our old laundry room. When we called; his schedule was packed, but still he graciously squeezed us in because we had to turn off our water till those lines were capped. Thank you so much Jose! And thank you for quickly scheduling for the following day to properly have everything that needs to be closed, discount plumbing will be our first go to for all our plumbing needs!

Sink was clogged. Received excellent service from Alex. He went above and beyond to address the issue and took all the steps necessary to clear the blockage. I am very happy with the service Alex provided and will be coming back with any plumbing issues in the future.

We had two toilets that were having problems and PIC came out within a couple of hours and fixed them both for a very reasonable price. They were able to provide a quote before coming out and they stuck to it. I would definitely use them again.

We will never use this company again. The repair job was fine. However they overestimated the job and would not reduce the final price. They charged us over $1,500 for a job that took two men less than 2.5 hours!!!! I can’t believe plumbers are making $300/hr!!! Total rip off!!! Be warned.

Daniel is dope. He has not only found the problem to our plumbing issues but he has also given solutions for fixing it. He’s a great help and has a great work ethic. I definitely recommend him to anyone!

It is hard to find great workers, I should know I am engineer, so I believe that when a company has great workers like Tony it says a lot about the company! I so glad that Tony fixed my leaking problem right away from the time I notice the problem to the time of repair it was only a 24 hour turnaround and for that I think Bill Howe and Tony! I will not only use Bill Howe as my company, and I am now a loyal customer, will request for Tony to be the one to perform the work!! Do NOT use this company!!! Called because my sewage was backing up. Technician was very friendly but after a short time he said he wasn’t able to continue due to a blockage. His Superviser came out with a camera and was Very rude and demeaning to me. The “supervisor” also wanted to sell me thousands of dollars worth of “upgrades” and when I told him MANY times he could leave me an estimate but I would not agree to the work right now, somehow a few minutes later they said the line was open and working. Well, about 24 hours later the sewage was backed up again and Worse this time and they wanted to charge me Again for the same job. When I refused to pay again and called the company the individual told me he “reviewed everything “ and they would still charge me to come out again.I have no idea how these people stay in business. Horrible costumer service and do not stand by their work. Do NOT use !!!!!!

Best experience I could’ve wanted under bad circumstances! My water heater had an emergent, significant leak that needed emergency servicing when I couldn’t find anyone else to help. Jon and Ty really saved the day. They worked very quickly to stop the leaks, remove the old heater and install a high quality new heater. It took them just a few hours from start to finish. They also work with a repair/construction company that is handling the remodeling of drywall and floors for water damage to my house. Everything has been so streamlined and easy. Thank you for not only fixing my problems, but leaving the house better off than it was before.

I had setup an appointment with Rooter Hero plumbing for 9 am on 10/19/2022, to come and look at a plumbing issue. I even received an email from them that the appointment was confirmed.At 9:30, the technician still had not showed up. I called Rooter Hero plumbing. The guy who picked up the phone was pretty rude, and told me that the technician will be there between 9 am and 11 am. So, I should wait.Nobody arrived until 11 am. After 11 am, Rooter Hero plumbing called me, but I was not able to pick up the phone. Later in the afternoon, when I called them back, the guy on the phone tells me that they had called me at 11 am to confirm my appointment and confirm the time that a technician can come out to my home. Not only did they stood me up on an appointment, the guy on the phone was very condescending - as if it was my fault all along.I simply don't understand how these guys operate. Very condescending - their representatives on the phone act as if they don't need customers. Save yourself some time and find another plumbing service.

Based on 2 different jobs Collins has done for me, they're a good bunch of folks! First job was a gas meter relocation. Second job was hydrojetting drain lines - and they were 1/3 the cost of one of the emergency plumbers. No nonsense approach to addressing plumbing issues. Will use them again.

Ryan was great! Very responsive ahead of the appointment. Answered all questions. Showed up on time. Did quick, professional work, and cleaned up the workspace afterwards. Very nice guy with a good sense of humor. The appointment was easy to schedule online and the receipt came immediately after via email. Have already recommended Ryan and APG to others in our building.

Called yesterday around 7PM since there are MANY great reviews. A women answered the phone and I asked for assistance for our kitchen sink that's clogged. The typical drain-o/hot water trick did not work. She asked me where I was located and if we wanted someone to come out that day or the next. I told her tonight and she said ok, let me confirm your phone number and I'll call you back in 5 minutes. I wasn't going to hold her to that time frame but a call back within the hour would have been nice. We are now a full day after and never recieved a call back. I'll give my money to a company that wants it. Bye!
