EXCELLENT SERVICE! FAST AND RELIABLE!

We have used Chambliss many times fir various projects. They are honest and efficient.

Came out within a couple hours of our call. As he worked, he uncovered that the problems were more extensive than we originally thought. He ended up needing to dig a hole about 2-3 feet in diameter and replace several fittings and damaged pipes as well as the main pressure regulator (the original service need). The added repairs added significantly less than we expected to the original quote for just the regulator. He also fixed some errors that were made when they built the home. I wholeheartedly recommend American Auger Plumbing!

We had a HORRIBLE experience with Bluefrog Plumbing... they are DISHONEST, DECEIVERS, they LIED to us, OVER CHARGED us....be very careful because all the other plumbing companies I called said that they don’t give you a price breakdown, they just give you a flat fee, so you don’t know what they are charging you for...The ONLY reason we hired Bluefrog was because they told me they could give us a breakdown and that way we could get a reimbursement from the home warranty, well it was a LIE, we paid $3,500, they didn’t give us a breakdown I called them and they said they would have to check the recordings to see if it was true that they told me I would get a breakdown, two weeks have past and every time I call they tell me the general manager is looking into it, the girl that answered the phone, Jasmine, made fun of my accent and pretended she did not understand me....well, we never got our breakdown and the home warranty only reimbursed us $325.So, be very careful!

Ask for Peter S. If possible, he was friendly and walked me through everything he planned on doing. Glad I now have a plumber I feel comfortable calling without worrying about paying an arm and a leg or worrying about the quality of work. He removed an old water softener that was leaking, showed up same day as I called.

I can't say enough about how 1st Call has restored my faith in great quality work from a local small business. From the beginning to the end of our project everyone we worked with was very informative, polite and professional. I truly felt like JJ, Oscar, Ryan and everyone there treated us like family. They responded quickly to any concerns we had and were so patient with our endless questions. With the holidays approaching I was nervous things wouldn't be completed on time but they heard my concern and made it happen with days to spare. I am so grateful for each of them and will be working with them on all of our future plumbing needs. If you want it done right this is the team you want.

I just want to say THANK YOU to John C of Will's All pro plumbing and AC. he came out today and help me to understand more about my water softener. I agreed to replace it with a new one costly but well worth the cost of the unit and piece of mind about my appliances. John you are a superior technician in your business your Company should be proud to have such a technician of your caliber and knowledge working for them. Rockstar Plumbing is the best plumbing company we’ve used, ever…and we’ve gone through most of the big companies in San Antonio. David is professional, knowledgeable, prepared, hardworking and honest. He has a binder with pricing for all jobs, no pricing from off the top of the head. His rates are extremely reasonable and the job will be done with up to date knowledge and materials. Also, he will not try to sell you services you don’t need. I highly recommend this company and David.

Jonathan and Joseph came to service the water heater they installed last year. They arrived within the time frame promised and called to let me know when they were on the way. They were friendly but professional. They wore covers on their shoes to protect the floors and explained what they would be doing. When they ran a camera through the pipes they asked me to watch. Fortunately, they found no issues. And, although they explained the cost for their extended warranty they did not push or try to upsell any goods and services-- how refreshing! So many companies find issues that must be addressed at exorbitant costs but this was not the case with Premier Plumbing. They were definitely honest and I would trust them to address any future plumbing issues. They made sure to clean up and dispose of any trash before they left. I highly recommend Premier Plumbing and Jonathan and Joseph, in particular.

Very affable and personable company to deal with. From the outset, you get a feeling of family owned, small business, who are in your corner. There's no upselling from the first person on the phone or whoever's coming for the call. They are forthright with pricing and what needs to be done. Probably because, they get paid hourly and not commission basis. Raul is new with the company but he's experienced in this area and has seen and done enough to clearly anticipate the problem and later prove it with clear evidence. He knew what will need to be done and was very confident. He provided options with pros and con so that I could make a decision I was happy with. Jon Jon accompanied Raul with the diagnostics and he was very polite making a quick job of the whole process.I'm very pleased to have made this acquaintance and hopeful that my job will be completed satisfactorily. Sewage blockage and main line problems are always stressful but they made it less stressful with a clear understanding of the problem and providing clear solution.Update: Their estimate quote was the priciest. Plus, when they ran the camera into the pipes, which I paid good money for, they only looked at one leak and stopped. Turned out there was another break. Taking couple of stars for that. Disappointed with it.

My pipes were shaking the previous plumber didn’t install my water heater correctly. They fixed it immediately. Not expensive either. They answer their phone too and are on time.

Travis was very transparent and professional. Very happy with the experience. He replaced our pressure valve near the water main.

We had a clog in our drain and small leak under the kitchen sink. Fernando provided quick and excellent service at a great cost. We will definitely use them going forward. Highly recommend!

This company was assigned by American Home Shiels and I accidentally left a review of AHS after that company didn't fulfill the contact. A and M plumbing is excellent. Excellent service and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

I have two services recently from Caliente. Both Bobby to fix a pair of leaks in a bathroom and Ruben to do our regular HVAC maintenance were excellent! Scheduling was fast and both visits went great.

John came to an emergency water leak withing 45 minutes of calling. He replaced a broken pressure valve and left the yard clean and tidy. He gave me a receipt with a one year warranty and a refrigerator sticker. Gill Plumbing saved the day during rush hour traffic and did a perfect job. I highly recommend him to the people who live in Hill Country Retreat and the Alamo Ranch area.

Travis installed a sink disposal in May...I called him today because it wasn't working. All of his crew was busy but he came by and found it to be jammed. He was very helpful and seemed engaged to helping me out. I will call him the next time I need a plumber
