Best Water Softener in San Antonio TX

Had a garbage disposal replaced. Two plumbers showed up and had the work done in under an hour. I'm happy with the overall experience.

Had bluefrog plumbing come out to help us with a water backup problem I was having. Clinton who is a plumber with bluefrog came out and by far was very knowledgeable in breaking down the problem for me and what my options were, he was very professional in providing feedback with a camera he ran through all the piping and suggesting what he can do to resolve the issue. He also discovered a clean out I had that the previous owners of this house may have covered up with landscaping rock, witch we were relieved to know we had one all along, that’s what u call honesty witch means a lot nowadays any company could of lied and tried to sell us a clean out install just to make $$, so thank you Clinton and bluefrog plumbing.

This is the second time that I’ve called Wills All Pro. I like that they respond quickly and do a thorough check of the plumbing. They will go over the results in detail and alert you to any problems that you have or may have in the future. I also like the fact that they guarantee their work. Brandon was very knowledgeable and courteous. He made sure that everything was working and cleaned up after he was through. They are pricey but you have peace of mind.

This says a lot about their success and continuing growth.Frank Rochas and his colleague showed up promptly and introduced very professionally. As expected from knowledgeable professionals, they completed formal introductions and proceeded into: (1) the need to know where the issue was, (2) the evaluation of the specific plumbing layout of the home and (3) a prediagnosis of the solution.Per Company policies and procedures, Frank performed exemplary and proceeded to give their best to solve our issue. Although the task was difficult, Frank and his colleague remained professional, cordial and communicative. It was a good experience and Road Runner deserves accolades for traits that propel a company to greater accomplished and deserved recognition.A final word about the owners, if I may. Chris and Kathy Copeland are genuine people and are very responsive to their customers. I had only one complaint and they did the unexpected and completely made my experience a gem of a memory and they deserve the highest praises that Company Owners can achieve. Not so sure about all the affordable reviews, the work was good my issue was very minor and the technician was good. I needed a replacement shower cartridge I called for a quote and was advised they don’t give quotes over the phone. I was in a bind with full running water in my tub they came out and quoted a piece of 259.00 for ten minutes of labor and apart that’s under ten dollars. When I questioned it Austin advised that’s just what they charge. So if your like me and you value your hard earned money be sure to shop around before settling on Premier plumbing

Just had my water heater inspected by City Base Plumbing employees; Jon Jon and Pedro. I was worried about my water heater blowing up or just giving out. Those guys made me feel a whole lot better and safer. I'm not thinking about it anymore. You guys ROCK! Thanks for your awesome service. I won't hesitate to call your company again when I need help.

Friendly and skilled technician

Definantly a five star business, these guys sure do put the customer first and get the job done right. When I called I spoke with a Mr. Fernando whom come to find out had already put in a full days work but gave no hesitation in getting me taken care of. He arrived as scheduled and took care of the clogged drain and even took time replacing a leaky shower head. Sure wish I knew about yal sooner and again thank you, we will definatly be a loyal customer!
