Best Water Softener Installation in San Antonio TX

I looked for four days on the internet to ID a shower mixer. Finally I thought it might be a Cal Faucet. Jason helped me out with the cartridge ID. I was in Texas, Jason was in California an the shower was in Hawaii! He helped out with the shipping and instructions for disassembly and reassembly for my plumber. These guys are top notch. No one else really cared about my shower but these guys did. USE THEM! You won't be disappointed !

I Needed a hot water tank replaced. Allpro sent Cody to discuss our needs,cost,and concerns. He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful with all of our questions and concerns of quality, cost and the process of the removal and replacement. The cost was not the lowest but as they say and I have experienced many times before you get what you pay for. The replacement appointment was set to my needs. The work was done by two knowledgeable technicians that got the work done quickly and very satisfactorily. They knew what they needed to do from start to finish. I felt very comfortable and didn't feel I had to look over their shoulders or ask any questions. They explained what I would need to know with the new tank and setup etc., cleaned up and left me very comfortable with the whole process. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any future needs.

They replaced all the water lines under the house tying all into the main line, installed a new water heater, replaced all the old plumbing and stabilized the shower fixtures as well as bringing the plumbing up to code. They spent about 9-10 days here. Jonathan, Edward, George, Justin and Victor were ALL professionals, polite and funny. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and restored the Sheetrock to its original ( maybe better) condition. They all kept me up to date on the progress, problems they encountered and solutions to those problems. I highly recommend this company .

My pipes were shaking the previous plumber didn’t install my water heater correctly. They fixed it immediately. Not expensive either. They answer their phone too and are on time.

Travis and crew did an amazing job repairing the drain plumbing under the house. He explained everything they were doing and went above and beyond. We will use them again as needed and highly recommend them.

Awful! Would not recommend.I used them for a simple leak on my water heater. Was forced to pay $75 co-pay just for them to come out. Then once looking at the unit, was trying to force me to pay another $850+ for items I didn't need for the leak. Was told they had to in order to fix the leak.After they left, I was able to see where the leak was coming from and fixed it with a simple C-wrench. Granted, I probably should of started with that before calling, but if you want to take the chance of paying these people to come and not fix your problem, go right ahead.Rating 0

When our water heater unexpectedly broke down, I called around for a replacement and found that Rick and this company were not only considerably less expensive, they were offering me the same equipment with a parts and labor guarantee others wouldn't. He was very polite and answered all my questions (and calls ) and was prompt. Our tenants, the ones who received the water heater, were very happy with him and said that they have no issues whatsoever!! I'm happy to use a local, great reviews, great service plummer. So far so good!!!!
