I’ve recommended blue frog in the past, while the actual plumbing service is good, the appointment set up was disappointing this time around. Prices are questionable also.I called in for a clogged drain, and the dispatcher said if I could hold off until tomorrow morning they would give me a discount on the service I was calling for. She informed me that the plumber will contact me between 11-2. This isnt my impression of a morning appointment but I took the appointment for the discount. So I made arrangements with my busy schedule to be home during this time. The plumber ended showing up at 4. This kind of ruins the day when you’re given a specific time to be home.Despite the appointment issues the service was pretty good, the plumber fixed the problem pretty quickly. There was a misunderstanding with the discount. It turns out I was charged a fixed price price for the service rather than having a dollar amount taken from the invoice. I asked how much the service would have been without the discount and it was pretty outrageous (over 200$) Had I known they charge that much for a clogged drain I would have called someone else.I’m a little disappointed considering I’m a member of their service plan.

Nick and Dan are one of the best techs out there. Had a big water leak in my front yard during after hours, Nick came out assess the problem and did his best to fix it. He returned the following day and Dan was with him. These two guys came back assess the problem and conquered it. They’ve exceeded all expectations as to what a tech for a plumbing company does. These guys are great at what they do and they did it with 0 complaints. Thank you Nick and Dan for fixing our big leak and for coming to our rescue. You two are the best and I would definitely recommend these two gentlemen's to any person, company, and whoever is out there who is looking to get their plumbing issues fixed. Plumber arrived on time, informed me of the status of the leak and what he had to do to fix it and then fixed it. He was very courteous and professional.

Andrew was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable, had excellent people skills, and explained everything he was doing. He showed me the inside view of my sewer drain using his camera. He went above and beyond his job and marked where an issue exists on the City's property for them to know where they need to go into the street to repair their portion of the line. I am thoroughly pleased with Andrew's overall performance.

Responsive and knowledgeable. Within hours of my call they were on site to provide an assessment and estimate. My husband and I were able to make a decision based on information provided and have the work completed the same day.

I have gotten 2 jobs from them 1st one was all kicthen and restroom plumbing replaced they did good job.The 2nd one was shawer faucets handles.they work for few months. When I call to have them come out and fix them. David answered and said he would not do it unless I upgraded to a more expensive job.(convert to newer model) so ? there goes the warranty. So if you not going to do a big job don't hire them. They don't respect warranty. And for 500 I don't feel like going to court.

Jonathan and Joseph came to service the water heater they installed last year. They arrived within the time frame promised and called to let me know when they were on the way. They were friendly but professional. They wore covers on their shoes to protect the floors and explained what they would be doing. When they ran a camera through the pipes they asked me to watch. Fortunately, they found no issues. And, although they explained the cost for their extended warranty they did not push or try to upsell any goods and services-- how refreshing! So many companies find issues that must be addressed at exorbitant costs but this was not the case with Premier Plumbing. They were definitely honest and I would trust them to address any future plumbing issues. They made sure to clean up and dispose of any trash before they left. I highly recommend Premier Plumbing and Jonathan and Joseph, in particular.

Congratulations on employing a GREAT CREW! This is the second time I called City Base Plumping for plumbing services and I am very happy with the service. These technicians go above and beyond. John and Pete were wonderful and so knowledgeable. They knew exactly what to do to fix my sink and they were extremely courteous, careful and cleaned up everything when the job was done. Edward arrived an hour after I called, very quick service. He evaluated my situation and knew exactly what to do. He had to remove the toilet to clean my sewage line. He even rinsed the shower and cleaned hair out of the bathtub drain. He was done in about an hour. He was very nice and professional. Show up to fix the sewer and saved hundreds of dollar!

I needed plumbing repair on my new tub which was not holding water as well as my water heater. A & M Plumbing was assigned to my service request through American Home Shield and was not able to repair either item. I was subsequently told by Marc the technician that I would need to pay $1,200 for a new regulator due to water pressure. In addition, I was told that I needed some kind of part to keep the drain from draining once closed when filling the tub.I went back and forth with A & M Plumbing multiple times and requested that they submit the work order to American Home Shield correctly identifying the problem so that these parts and a new water heater would be covered since this one is 19 years old. Now, not only did they not fix the problem but there is also a leak that was somehow created under the tub within the exposed PVC with water now trickling out between the tub and wall. So, now not only is the water heater not working correctly and the tub not holding water, but now I also have a leak from PVC pipe that was created by the technician when they were here. I don't know who is worse; A & M Plumbing or American Home Shield.

We had a clogged toilet and of course, we have several out-of-town family members arriving later on today, so no pressure, lol. Got to say, it's hard to find a plumber on a Saturday but Caliente Plumbing Heating and Air was spot on and responsive. The front desk person that answered our call was very cordial and helpful. They dispatched Joe w/i a couple of hours. Joe was very professional, knowledgeable , friendly and very easy to work with. He cleared the clog thoroughly and made sure the toilet was working properly before departing. Highly recommend these guys!

Okay, here’s my story, last night I came home and noticed water on our garage floor. I pretty much knew it was my water heater and the tank broke and I would need a replacement water heater. Well, that night I contacted a reputable company and they came out and confirmed what I knew and gave me a bid. I thought OMG this is awfully high (my last water heater cost me about $700). We’ll, the following morning I got another bid from a well known company and it was $500 more than the previous one. Then I called Gill’s Plumbing and they promptly came out and gave me a bid and it was in line with my first bid. I went with John Gill and I’m so happy I did. They were so professional and you could tell they were perfectionist and the work they did was amazing. Yeah, it was pretty expensive but now that I see the finished job, IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. I would not hesitate to recommend John for any plumbing issues. I admire his professionalism and dedication to his customers. Please give Gill’s Plumbing an opportunity to bid on your next job. You won’t regret it.

The crews from this company cut off the L-joint where a leak occurred, capped it, and then tried to extort $1200 from me to find the pipe they cut. These guys always seem to start out so good (I had used them before) and then they just get greedy. SAD.
