Best Water Softener in San Antonio TX

Chambliss Plumbing Company is hands down my go-to plumbing company in San Antonio. When I first moved here, I had them install a water softener loop, water softener, and line for my refrigerator. I'm not going to lie, it was expensive and it took a bit of time to pay off the credit card, but getting quotes from other companies, their price was VERY reasonable, especially for the quality of work.Since then, I have recommended them to others who have had no complaints.Most recently, I was trying to get our main drain cleared from a clog. I thought that our home warranty would be a cheaper way to get it cleared, but $150, 2 service calls, and a lot of grief later, the clog was just as bad as ever. I called Chambliss and they came and cleared the clog right away with zero issues. They spent the time to do it right and make sure it was fully cleared and tested it several times to make sure everything was perfect. Best of all, the price was not much more than the service calls and the home warranty said they would cover it. I regret not trying to get the home warranty company to let me use them as opposed to the companies they chose in the first place and will definitely do so in the future. Home warranty or not, the price was very reasonable and well worth it.

I originally filed a home owners claim,that got declined because of WHT the plumber wrote up in the report. I knew it was incorrect so I contacted my insurance agent and Mike Garcia the supervisor at Blue Frog Plumbing. He agreed with me that the report was incorrect. He rewrote the report and everything got forwarded to my insurance company again. This time they actually looked at the report and the pictures and approved my claim. Mike listened and stayed in contact with me through the whole ordeal and did go above and beyond. Blue Frog is a great,reliable and always on time Plumbing Company. I used Angi's List in my search for a plumbing company and they referred Ajax Plumbing. Ajax immediately called and offered a free estimate. Cha-Ching in savings! Mr. Toby was the plumber assigned to tackle our plumbing issue, he called prior to his visit and I also received a text from the company alerting me Mr Toby was in route. Once Toby arrived he immediately began to analyze the issue, quoted a price and immediately went to work. A job well done, thank you!

John Bailey arrived when I expected him to arrive. He was very courteous and got right to work. He was knowledgeable about his work and explained everything he was doing so that I understood the work he was doing. I enjoyed talking to him and learning about my heating and cooling system. I would recommend him to anyone who needed his expertise.

Called these guys after my shower would not stop dripping. Jenny was able to get someone out the NEXT day! Joe was super courteous, professional, fast. He even left me the part type in case it needed to be replaced in the future, so I could do it myself. Def recommend and will call again if needed.

When we initially called the number, the receptionist was very polite and thorough when scheduling for somebody to come out and fix our leaky washer. David and Rigo echoed the good vibes we got from Marisol who initially answered our call, as they came to our home and got the job done. The craftsmanship was great, quick, fairly priced, and exactly what we needed (a couple of other plumbers came and band-aided the issue, but City Base Plumbing RESOLVED it.) Very happy customers, don’t hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs you may have.

Company is certified for tankless heater service and that's how I found them. However we have been calling them for the last several years for everything that's plumbing related. He's reasonable, work and material are excellent quality, they are responsive and on time. It's a nice thing to have: a reliable pluming professional you can always count on.

My water heater started to leak and I thought I would need a new one. AHS assigned A&M Plumbing to the job. I was pleasantly surprised when they said it was a simple fix. There was a leak in the drain valve as it was faulty. They are honest, courteous, and reliable. They had to order the part and they were out 2 days later once the part arrived. I will use them again for additional plumbing needs.

So happy with Caliente Hot Water! We were going to have them install a GE water softener we had bought from Home Depot. The day they were going to come we realized that it was cracked in shipping. I called Caliente and they were able to install one of their the same day. They took the time to explain the differences and gave us a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Love how quick they were! Thank you Caliente!

I found John and his company after others failed to do the job right. He changed out our boiler a couple of months ago and we loved that he communicated throughout the whole process and was competitive with his pricing. We have since hired him again to change out our sewer line which requires digging under our slab. Once again, competitive pricing, communicative, and superb follow through. I highly recommend.

2nd time using big city plumbing, recommend originally from a friend. I had a mushy wall in the bathroom and wet spots all over the house. I was very concerned it was multiple issue, Homer came out and was able to discover the issue fairly quickly that it all stemmed from the shower leaking on inside of the wall. He replaced the shower head and cartridge and installed a new toilet for me. These plumbers and big city plumbing are working their tails off to take care of their customers, Homer came out at 6pm with a smile under his mask (i could see through it) and was super helpful and gave me a full run down of costs and fees. Nothing hidden no extra charges in the end, highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues!!!
