Our main supply line was leaking under house. Mitch was outstanding; from the first day to give us a quote, to the time he finished the job. Everything was explained and thoughtfully considered to ensure the job was done while keeping the cost as low as possible. This includes the water abatement company Mitch recommended. Keep in mind, first responders receive a 15% discount too!

The company sent a text to confirm appointment and sent a picture of technician named Richard Wenzlaff. The technician quickly accessed the situation . Then gave me three options to correct plumbing issues so that I could decide the best option for my situation. The technician assured me that they had their own people to complete the entire job from start to finish, which was the option I chose .This comes with a 2 year warranty. The pricing was fair for the work done with warranty. The technician that came out to do tile work was very knowledgeable of how to complete tile repair properly and to our satisfaction. His name was John Olivares. If I need any plumbing repairs in the future, I would not hesitate to call Will's All Pro and request these technicians again. Today is a Friday so tile work is to set and cure over weekend. The plumbing technician will call next week to set appointment to install all hardware to complete the job. I had a water heater going bad so I called the company through warranty, I had to call then 2 times just so I can schedule an appointment, even though they were suppose to call me the next business day. Anyways the finally came and took 5 to 10 minutes and just reset the water heater and said that it was my breaker. The next day it went out again so I asked for a different company and took about 30 minutes to actually figure out what's wrong with it, and it was the heater element of the water heater.We went with the other contractor through rheem and they're the ones that fixed it

We had an issue with our bathroom shower drain. We called Big City and the receptionist was very nice and worked to get us scheduled that same day. Cris and James came out. They were very professional and got the problem solved, corrected and got us all fixed up. It was a great experience and it's why Big City is our plumber of choice.

Will's Plumbing charged me $351.40 for 1-1/2 hours work - this was a labor charge only because my heater was under warranty for parts, YIKES!!! I had them do the work because they were recommended by the manufacturer, A.O. Smith. I think that $234. per hour of labor is a little excessive. The 2 gentlemen who came to fix my problem were very professional and left my water heater running well; however, I think it had a simpler required fix, but he kept assuring me it was the gas control valve (my heater is 2-1/2 years old). The only reason I believe it might have had a simpler fix is that the part inside that exhausts the air or carbon-dioxide was completely loose and because the pilot was turning on but turning off after about 30 seconds, it was the airflow that might have been the issue not the gas control valve, again, he kept assuring me it was the control valve, hey, but what do I know about plumbing! He gave me the price before he did the work and I mentioned to him that I thought $351. was expensive since it was only labor, and he said, that was the charge for this job. Since I am fairly new to San Antonio and never before having required a plumber while living here, I thought ok, they must charge a lot more for plumbing in SA than back home, but after checking with a few friends who are San Antonian's, they too, said it was excessive. I called and spoke to the manager Samantha and she stated that's what they charged and no compensation because they are a plumbing company that has a good reputation and do good work. I said, but $234. per hour for the work seems more than they should charge - I'm thinking maybe $80 per hour - she stated, we have licensed plumbers, and office people and others to pay and we charge per job not by the hour. She tells me, you don't know what it takes to keep a company in business...on and on. After much discussion and the fact that she was getting very defensive, I finally told her that our conversation is over and hung up. She also said they were the number 1 company on Angie's list...YIKES, again. Angie's list and the manufacturer will hear from me about this excessive charge. The bottom-line is they didn't care to satisfy and keep a customer, apparently.

The driver almost side swiped me, cut me off and then proceeded to tail gate another vehicle. Anyone who lacks self control while other lives are involved i would assume also wouldn’t provide quality service.

Roto Rooter of San Antonio, TX is a fantastic, professionally run business — a trait well demonstrated by Tim Crocket, the nice gentleman, Roto-R sent over to fix our Garbage Disposal. Tim's performance, professionalism and Service with a Smile attitude was exeptional. Most impressively as we learned was that Tim served the Nation in his previous life. He arrived minutes after I made the initial call on time as promised, diagnosed the problem quickly and presented facts and helpful solution to fix the issue. Tim presented several options to us and once he received the needed part he was done within an hour. A job well-done indeed! Tim did such a fantastic job that we would request him personally to diagnose and fix our next plumbing problem. I called People's Choice Plumbing for a quote on a leaking water heater as my home warranty did not cover any of the costs outside the tank (which was still under manufacturer warranty). David came out and was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and worked around our schedule. The price was very fair, the work supurb, and I could not be happier with the results! I almost do not want to give five stars, because he may get too busy and he's too good to lose! Thanks again for helping my family out. Will definitely recommend and will call again for other issues

Not only did receptionist Gabby take ownership of my issue and show sincere concern for my situation, she even called the next day to ask how my hot water was and wanted to make sure everything was working. These actions established strong credibility for this company.Chris was the gentleman's who performed the high-quality work. Not only did he do outstanding work, but he educated me on the situation, and provided tips on keeping my water heater properly maintained throughout the year. Without a doubt, this is the gentleman I want working on my unit every time!Results are positive...Murray plumbing took a same day call, got my water heater working again within 5 hours of the call, and treated me like my issue was the most important of the day. That is true service and I thank them very much!

We did get a complimentary assessment that turned out to confirm our suspension - that our HVAC system was on it's last leg. They were able to offer a range of solutions for replacing our system, including the bad duct work we had. They had the unit in stock, and they installed the system the very next day - on a Saturday! The duct work is being installed on Monday, and since I work from home, they arranged for portables to be brought on site. I am so happy that I talked with them at King William Fair! Johnnis and Chuy did an awesome install. I am so happy!
