Taylor Davis and his assistant , Adam were just great.This is the 3rd time I have used this company and I was glad they sent Taylor and Adam back again for a new unrelated repair after coming out a month ago for pipe repairs. This team thoroughly explains all that will be done, pleasantly answers all your questions , are very professional and they are super friendly. Even the person answering the phone at this company is cheerful and friendly. Again, I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing repairs. This company is definitely the only company I will use for whatever plumbing issues should arise.

Our main supply line was leaking under house. Mitch was outstanding; from the first day to give us a quote, to the time he finished the job. Everything was explained and thoughtfully considered to ensure the job was done while keeping the cost as low as possible. This includes the water abatement company Mitch recommended. Keep in mind, first responders receive a 15% discount too!

On time. The office calls you to tell you they’re on their way. Went over everything before the job. Slightly pricey but the warranty is great (5 years). Pipes broken and water not draining properly. Jaime was the lead lumber and his crew that were here were very respectful and courteous. The Saturday crew (Daniel and his coworker) worked nonstop (except for lunch break) and were here all day digging and done before sundown. Everything fixed. Cleaned everything up. This whole crew were hard working guys. Always kept us informed. Good job!!! ?

Truman and Wayne came to install lavatory and found a leak that they promptly fixed. Very professional and transparent about everything!! Excellent work will definitely use again and recommend to everyone!!

Cris and James replaced our toilet. They were very professional and explained everything as they did it. They were very efficient and a pleasure to have do work in our house. We have used Big City Plumbing for 7 years and they have always come in a timely fashion and done a wonderful job. In January we had Joey and Joseph out as our outside faucet was leaking. They replaced the bad stuff and now it is as goo as new. I would have written how great they were but I couldn’t get on Google. Now I can give them a shout out at how we appreciated how quickly they came and how expertly they took care of the problem. Thank you Big Ciy Plumbing.

Came to fix a shower door. It was a 10 minute fix and cost around $180. Did not require any parts. I feel like that's a little high but you get what you pay for. Great customer service and serviceman was knowledgeable.

I called yesterday around noon and they said they would be out between 5pm-6pm, Joe called at 6pm said was stuck in traffic-he arrived about 6:15pm, he checked for 2 clogged drains-was able to show my husband the issue and how to fix it with a simple part-the other drain was fine....we were very happy with his service and would definitely use them again-they could've easily took advantage of a simple solution but instead were very honest-knowledgeable and courteous...nice going Joe!

Made an appointment by phone and received a call the next morning informing me that a Roto-Rooter team member was on the way. Journeyman Plumber Johnny Garcia arrived within the scheduled time and determined my water heater needed replacement. After explaining what was required and the cost he removed the old water heater and met me at Home Depot to pick out my new water heater and necessary parts. After returning to my home and only three hours since his arrival he had installed and tested my new water heater. Johnny Garcia was great and provided an excellent example of Roto-Rooter customer service. Thank you Johnny for a job well done!

Worst experience dealing with AAA Auger. I called for an appointment, I told the operator that I had a clog main drain which I also informed him I used a 40ft snake which did not clear my drain. I told him that I used AAA Auger before and they unclogged my drain using a snake the plumber who showed up said he would rather use high pressure water that would be put into the drain and will unclog the drain I said what about the snake and he said this was better, well he goes into the drain 6ft and then water comes out of my yard, he then says you have a broken pipe there. The problem is he should of known the drain pipe is over 70 yes old and water pressure like that is not good for older pipes like that. Now this is where it gets worse. He charged $525 for running the pressure hose 6ft and says it will cost about $5000 to repair the drain completely. Where the hole came of the yard there is dead grass there there never a broken pipe there and the grass should of been green around the area. Where is the honor in our trusting some company you call it’s all about money now not helping customers who call and giving them good service. Mr Gamboa
