Morning before going for work, I noticed the garage ceiling wet with water leakage. I stopped getting into the car and stared at the ceiling. I realized that the bathroom was right above the garage in my two storey house. I drove to work and called AAA Auger. Max came within an hour and detected the leak was coming from the upstairs bathroom sink. He replaced the faucet and the pipe. He vacuumed the wet surfaces and it was fixed the same day. He also gave me a warranty and encouraged me to call AAA Auger if the leak happens again. The plumber was quick, knowledgeable , efficient, professional and did a fantastic job. He gave me telephone update while I was at work. I paid via credit card on phone and the job was done hassle free. I strongly recommend Max and AAA Auger plumbing to my fellow Texans.

Service was absolutely superb. Pat arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained the fix. He fixed the problem quickly. He is a superb professional and recommend him highly on any future jobs.

Jose and Chris arrived within 10 minutes of their expected arrival time. They were friendly and professional and repaired my drain stopper on my sink within a few minutes! When we need this company I will be happy to contact them again!

Felix was very courteous and answered questions with detailed explanations. And due to a previous cancellation was able to come the same day rather than the next day. AAA Auger was recommended to us by another plumber who was not able to come.

He was able to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explained everything he did. He was professional, very respectful, and did an excellent job. Our kitchen faucet extension cord needed replacing. We bought a new unit but was too big for holes in or counter top. Joe helped us find a tube that fit. He came 3 times because our unit was old and new standards didn't fit. He had to hunt sown the correct size or we would have had to hire someone to rout out the holes.

Gene came out early morning to make the repairs. He always does a great job. He understands that I want the job done right and he shares that attitude toward his work.

The plumber arrived on time and was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. There is no trip charge for this AAA Auger to come and give an estimate, and the cost of the repair was reasonable. I'll be using this company for my plumbing needs in the future.

I gave a 4 out of 5 only for scheduling and price. The Plumber that arrived was polite, professional, courteous and made the repair within 15 minutes.Since this was a non emergent call it was rescheduled a couple times. I understand, others needed them more then I did and I hope they are as satisfied as I am.

I called for an estimate for sewer camera scoping and a plumbing pressure test. The plumber, Eugeneshowed up on time, with a professional attitude and provided a reasonable quote on the spot. VeryImpressive.I would recommend their service toanyone

The plumber was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. Your quote was $700 more expensive than the other company I went with even after your 10% discount and deduction of the $97 plumbing fee.The other Plumber told me that since the water heater was left, plugged in, and the hose was left in draining this created a fire hazard. He explained that had the water hose not been crimped and all of the heated water had drained out the tank would have emptied, and the heated air would’ve caused a pressure buildup within the tank and subsequent explosion and or fire. This was very frightening to me, even though it was two days after the service you provided on Saturday night.

I had Mark G. install my new water filtration and saltless water system. He did a great job and showed me how to change out the filters(which I have to do yearly). Mark G. showed up within 15 minutes of receiving the text that the plumbing tech was on their way and explained what he was going to do and took his time to make sure the three filters weren’t leaking etc… I highly recommend this company… I have used AAA Auger for two water heater installations and to fix my water valve and they have always done a great job. They have great and professional workers too!

Jose came out on Christmas Day to fix an emergency leak! He was so helpful and professional. And we weren’t even charged an extra fee for the holiday! I highly recommend AAA Auger!

I liked that they were real people with a conscious and when the first option was way out of my affordability they looked for another option that would lessen the cost blow. Like a lot of us on fixed incomes gotta watch your spending but I do have a back up for emergency’s like this but the first option would wiped out that account. We had a plumbing issue and decided to call this company. They were prompt in setting up an appointment to come take a look for no charge.We had journeyman Virgilio come take a look and explain what he thought the issue was and give us an estimate for the work to be done.He did the work and kept us informed and answered any questions we had. The job was finished in a timely manner and he fixed the issue at a reasonable price. We thought he did a great job all around.This was a good experience and our first time using this company. We would definitely call them again if we have future issues.

Did not arrive per pre appointed time, was several hours late! Once arrived and reviewed job, had to leave to go buy parts.I feel it took way longer than it should have. The main plumber was polite and professional. The second plumber just went in and out of my home excessively ( I did not appreciate the excess Exit/ Enter traffic ). Job was finally completed.

I was quoted a firm price before the project started. When the project was in process the plumber told me the price would increase to an amount I did not agree to. The plumber also did not complete the project and told me he would call me back to schedule a time for him to complete it, but has not reached out to me. He also did not give me an invoice for project. I have reached out to get the invoice, but still have not received it. The project was paid in full, but it was not completed.

Appreciate the way my call was handled, and the prompt next day service to my emergency, and Felix knowledge. Have used many other companies in the past, none of them have it quite as together as AAA Auger.

I was not happy with this company. They did not inform me that it would be $297 for them to locate a break on top of the $267 for the visit. They also quoted me to replace 38’ of pipe when other companies stated it only needs a section replaced.

Our fantastic service technician was Lupe. Not only did he call us promptly to advise of his arrival time (arrived on time), he was professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable in his trade. We called AAA initially for a garbage disposal repair and had him look into another issue of our toilet running continuously. He didn't hesitate to offer a quick remedy and had both issues repaired in a short amount of time. We look forward to working with him again for a future plumbing service we intend to have.

Had a smell around water heater area. Jorge who I highly recommend from previous repairs came out and check problem area. He couldn't find any chemical leaking so performed a water heater flush which was way overdue.

I had outstanding service from AAA auger with the plumber Matt and his assistant! They were there to turn off the water, get all of the new supplies needed, and did a fabulous job of instructing me on the new installations.

AJ was the technician that repaired and provided the items listed here: our sink/plumbing/power cleaning of drain/ cleaned the sink area where the water had leaked/ensured that there was no water left behind.Bottom line....he was great! He was on time, explained everything that he found as he diagnosed the situation. He then went through the projected costs, he put us at ease and really worked to do the job with quality and at the same time was able to get approval for a discount.AJ had a very competent way about him. I definitely felt that he knew what he was doing. His demeanor was excellent, respectful and courteous. He helped calm down an already stressful situation with the respectful manner in which he dealt with my Mother. I will definitely use this vendor again--and I will ask for AJ. Virgil arrived quickly and He was very professional. He assessed the faucet and determined that cut off valve was bad. He replaced both. Work was done well.

Put in a new water heater for me in October and did not secure hoses back up properly. Caused a small leak that caused my wall to mold. Because it was in a small closet I didn't notice it until it became a bigger leak. Shut my water off and called them to come back and fix it. When they got here, they tried to tell me it was not something that they were responsible for. It was absolutely obvious that it was because it was leaking right where he hooked it up. After some back and forth and a report to cooperate office they finally fixed it. But I still had mold in my closet and had to replace the sheetrock and flooring. I believe that should have been their responsibility. They also left the wires exposed and uncovered. I now have to call an electrician to fix that too. Very frustrating experience. Probably will not ever call them again.

Had a main water leak in the front yard and opted to have the whole line replaced when we discovered how deep the line was buried and that the stub was a bit under the driveway. We needed a mini excavator. The plumbers got the job done and were courteous and professional but part of the charges included $1600 for “clean up and haul off”, which was explained to me as them taking away any big rocks they found. I said they didn’t need to do that, and they didn’t. The “clean up” consisted of them raking over the backfill dirt and sweeping my driveway. The plumber had originally told me he wouldn’t charge me for the “clean up and haul off” when I balked over the price the day before, but the day of the job he said it was their standard practice. My advice: Either don’t go with this company if this is part of their pricing or be firm about not wanting it as part of the contract. It’s a rip off. A huge rip off. Free money for them for something you can obviously do yourself. The head plumber should have been ashamed for charging me that much for what little they did. Amendment 04/25: AAA Auger reached out to me about the $1600 charge for clean up, wanting to make things right. They refunded me $755, which, after the business manager explained to me the tally, seemed fair. AAA Auger was the least expensive of the quotes I got for the job, and all of the rest of the good part of the review still stands.

My first water heater lasted 25 years my second just under five. I called AAA auger plumbing and they were out same day and looked at the water heater, evaluated it and fixed before five. The original quote seemed a bit high and they looked and there was a bit of warranty left on mine so they offered a much better price and we’re going to hassle with the warranty so I didn’t have to. Highly recommend this company. Real professionals.

Worst experience dealing with AAA Auger. I called for an appointment, I told the operator that I had a clog main drain which I also informed him I used a 40ft snake which did not clear my drain. I told him that I used AAA Auger before and they unclogged my drain using a snake the plumber who showed up said he would rather use high pressure water that would be put into the drain and will unclog the drain I said what about the snake and he said this was better, well he goes into the drain 6ft and then water comes out of my yard, he then says you have a broken pipe there. The problem is he should of known the drain pipe is over 70 yes old and water pressure like that is not good for older pipes like that. Now this is where it gets worse. He charged $525 for running the pressure hose 6ft and says it will cost about $5000 to repair the drain completely. Where the hole came of the yard there is dead grass there there never a broken pipe there and the grass should of been green around the area. Where is the honor in our trusting some company you call it’s all about money now not helping customers who call and giving them good service. Mr Gamboa

Service was prompt, polite, and professional. It was a little on the expensive side, but I don't mind paying a premium for quality. I am glad that you support Texas Public Radio. It shows good values.

Gene was a truly professional plumber who diagnosed the problem and explained my repair options including costs. All through the water heater removal and replacement, Gene explained his process and what he was doing along the way. He thoroughly checked out the new water heater to make sure that everything worked properly and then proceeded to clean up his work areas and to ensure that everything was returned to its original location. Lastly, Gene explained the warranty details and expectations and how to properly maintain the water heater's continuing operating condition.

I had a major sewer problem under my foundation. Jaime was great explaining everything so I could understand what had happened and what it would take to repair. He was also very patient answering all of my questions. He was always there when he said he would be and completed the job as quickly as possible. I will call AAA Auger for any plumbing problems. AAA Auger crew needed to replace the entire water line from the city main up to our residential unit. They were on site first thing in the morning to dig the trench and install new pipe and completed the work quickly and efficiently.I have been a customer of AAA Auger for many years and have had excellent service from each plumber sent to take care of the needed repairs. Excellent, fast response and knowledgeable friendly service. Along with fixing the clogged toilet or leaky pipe AAA Auger also offers fiber optic inspection services. This service can be a critical tool in determining the scope and cost of those repairs that you just can't see. I have used AAA Auger on 4 different occasions over the past 10 years and they have done the job quickly and reasonably on every visit. Special recognition to Gene. Adamson was very professional and fix the outlet box and removed and replaced water valves He hooked up washing machine and tested it to make sure valves worked and water was draining properly.

Excellent work installing a new water softener system. Very impressed all the way around. Service technician was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

Our water pressure was low throughout the house and the outside taps. The first two plumbing companies did very little to try to isolate the problem. The first blamed it on city pressure and the second just kind of threw up their hands. AAA Auger sent Adamson Herrera to us the day after I called and he was fantastic! He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and worked diligently to located the problem. It turned out we had a broken PRV that we didn’t know we had! It has been hidden under dirt and turf since before we bought the house. He gave us an estimate on the fix and the installation of a new water heater on-site, and completed both same day for an appropriate price. Adamson and the folks on the phone were courteous and professional, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Félix and the team at AAA Auger did a great job of solving for our clogged drain. After diagnosing the problem they had it resolved in less than 30 minutes. Two thumbs up!

I called them for a faucet that was leaking in my tub it was an emergency call and my first call to them was at 6 :15 pm they told me 2hour wait so I waited but after two hours nobody showing up or calling me back, I called them after two hours again they told me they were still coming out, so I waited another two hours go by and still no call back or service guy so I called again now it's 10pm they told me that the service was on a job and we would be next I asked the question is he still coming out because if he wasn't I was going to sleep he said that they were still coming out and take care of me now it's 10:45 pm I get a call that there service guy was coming which his name was Jose I said ok I'll wait for him then I get a call to tell me that Jose was all muddy up from his last job and was going to go home and get cleaned up before came out and should be at my house around 1 am I told I would wait then Jose called around midnight and to that he could not come out and fix the faucet Jose told that he been at work since 6 am and that he got the page at midnight and he could come out right then I cancelled the service call after being strung along for 7 hours I will never use this company for anything .

Adam was on time. He provided three options to affect the repairs. He came across as very honest in his evaluation of my needs.

The men worked well together. Mr. Rea explained to me what had to be done and let me see what had been completed. Thank you for positive workers.

When l found the leak (remember it’s Saturday) l call immediately and as always there was someone with in the hour. Max and Chris were very friendly and went to work right away. The leak was hard to find but they never complained. They fixed itwith in 2 1/2 hours and cleaned the yard up beautifully. Had outside pipe leaking called will fixed and router rooter both of them made appointments with me and canceled said they could not keep their appointments until the next day. Mean while we had not water. Then I called Auger plumbing. They went out of their way to help me. With in a hour they had a plumber out to me. I found a serious Pipe Leak behind my downstairs Toilet this past Tuesday evening. I called several plumbing services (all who advertise as 24 hrs), but AAA Auger was the only one who had a plumber available.AAA Auger sent Bradlee Taylor to our house and he quickly plugged up the leak so we could access to our water. He came back the next evening to quickly fix the pipe and stop the leak. I was completed satisfied with the outstanding service I received from AAA Auger plumbing and would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs quality and great plumbing service.

Used these folks since we moved into our house in 1980. Needed a garbage disposal installed. I already had the disposal. Quoted $500. For. 20 minute job max. It's highway robbery. Never using them again. EVER!!!!

Picazo and Felix are the absolute best! Despite all of our deficiencies they got our heaters put in and running like a bona-fide sprinter. Our first call will always be to Aaa Auger!

We know that having someone come out during the weekend wasn’t going to be cheap but we had been noticing the water pressure throughout the house was getting lower and lower for the past two or three weeks. After putting the water softener in bypass the water pressure was better but there was a problem still then this past week I was notified that the water was like it had been completely shut off. I called AAA Auger Saturday night and asked if they could have someone come out on Sunday to fix the problem and Jose and his coworkers Nathan showed up around 2:30 pm and replaced a part and now we have our water back to normal pressure and just it time to complete some other tasks around the house.Highly would recommend Jose and Nathan.

They were very professional and did the job in no time. I have used them several times now, and have been pleased with their work.

Jose tried to find a simpler solution, but the faucet was too rusted. He told me what he would need to do to replace the faucet and the cost before beginning the long job. After the successful completion, the site was cleaned and I was back in service

I didn’t know our yard was flooding until a neighbor that had used this company came and knocked on the door. We got the water turned off at the street and by the end of it a plumber was already scheduled to come out the same day! Our plumber, Mr. A, was quick, helpful, and completely professional. He had the problem worked out, part in hand, and leak fixed in a matter of hours!! On a Friday night, no less. These are our new go to plumbers. I would recommend them to anyone.

Your plumber was great. It took him about an hour to do the work. Only problem is ya'll overcharged this combat wounded Veteran by about $300 dollars. For the work done and parts needed? $605 is over the top.

Price was over 100 more than a previous repair on another commode, fear tactic was used to sell a flange repair for 600. AAA has moved into aggressive up selling after initial no charge visit. I have become very disappointed in AAA after a long relationship.

We had a leak last night around 10pm. Shut off the water and called out AAA Auger to put in a service request. Dan Shuck arrived at 8am this morning. He was attentive and asked all the right questions to get to the bottom of the issue. He walked my husband through the repair and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. Replaced 2ea p traps under bathroom sink, since I am selling home i had to have a licensed plumber to do the work! 350.00 for maybe 10.00 of parts and 30 minutes of labor is not acceptable and I will no longer use AAA auger services again and will not recommend your services to anyone else! Two years ago, we decided to stop buying home warranty. Over the six years before that, we had the misfortune of needing plumbers specifically for the water heater three times. All three times were painful episodes that left me jaded.Yesterday evening, we came back home to find our water heater had leaked rusty water. That was Friday 7 pm. I asked for recommendations from our neighbors and called AAA Auger at 8 am this morning on Saturday. At 9 am Maximus was here, explained to us that the heater wasn’t salvageable, but got us a replacement through manufacturers warranty. At about 2 pm, he was done installing the new heater. This was the most painless repair job in the world.Based on my previous experience I can guarantee that going through ridiculous warranty company contractors would have taken at least a week to get everything done. With AAA Auger it took just a few hours. And nobody had to miss their hot showers!We will use them for all our plumbing needs going forward.

We had water leaking in our kitchen causing our tile to pop up and leaving water trapped underneath. I called to have these guys come out and check the situation as we were not sure where the leak was coming from. Thought possibly the restroom so when this company showed up they told us nothing was leaking and that is was probably coming from our shower as we we did not have a face plate where our handle is located. Which I found odd as we’ve had it like that for a long time and never had an issue before. But they did not bother to check anywhere else as to another probable cause as to where the water was coming from. I even told them we had an increase in our water bill and we were told it was from our toilet. Well low and behold this morning I found the leak under our sink. Leaking quite a bit of water. My concern is as a professional company why was this not checked when they came out? Why were not all sources checked besides the restroom when it was coming from the kitchen? Why did they not bother to even look under the sink to see if that was a probability? We could’ve had this issue fixed and now even more water damage has been done. I feel like they were in a rush to just get out and go home as they did show up pretty late since it was considered an emergency. I am very much appreciative how considerate and quickly they came out. I will only give 2 stars as the respect, courtesy and urgency we were given as well as them not charging us for their false diagnosis but I would just hope this company trains their employees a bit better to actually locate the problem and check all possible sources before telling us there’s nothing wrong.

Jose tried really hard to snake the clean out. It didn't work but I can't say he didn't try and I'd use them again.

We had a pipe break in a wall, they quickly located and stopped the leak then started to troubleshootAfter repairing the leak, they checked the water heater (expansion tank needed to be replaced) and looked for more problems. They determined the cause was the pressure regulator which failed causing the water pressure to jump to 100psi.The work was finished quickly and with pride. They were both happy to help prevent future problems and show their work.I've used a different company before and felt they were trying to take advantage of me, until he realized I knew a little about plumbing. ($600 for clogged sink? For $300 I could buy the machine myself). My snake was too short to dislodge the clog.With AAA Auger, these employees were trustworthy, dependable, and helpful. They actually wanted to help prevent future problems.I will recommend Victor and AAA Auger to everyone.

Good service. Nice people. Ran the test and fixed the problems that I had. Only problem with the company is communication could be better. They seem to be a free flowing company. Being 24/7/365, I get they just go with the flow but there were several times we were waiting a while on a plumber. In the end they did a good job. Will still probably go back for any future needs.

Looked for leak, turned off all my water at toilets and at the street. Didn't find leak and took off. They didn't bother to turn on my water, or close my attic access. I called to have them come back and cleanup their work, and they never came. Pretty Pitiful

I had a sewer line back up earlier this afternoon and thankfully, AAA Auger sent someone right over. With it being a Saturday afternoon, I’m thankful they could get here so quick.Colby thoroughly explained my options and how they could fix the issue by replacing the entire drain clean out. He and Charleston showed me the camera to give me peace of mind the problem was isolated to the clean out drain. Colby, Charleston and Martin were very professional, answered all my questions and stayed until 9pm to ensure the work was complete! And even though this was an emergency plumbing issue, the price was very reasonable especially with the amount of work they did. Climbed on the roof to see if there was breaks in the vent line of laundry room where we smell sewer fumes. No breaks there but found 3 breaks from clean-out to the street.

After having another plumber out to try to fix our problem, it was determined that we needed a real company to help us out. AAA Auger came out and televised our sewer line. Unfortunately our line had collapsed and this was not an easy fix. We opted to have the whole line replaced. Rather do that than fix one spot and then figure out the were more trouble spots. These guys came out and stayed working until 4:00 am working to make sure we had plumbing the next day. They are a super crew. I've got nothing but praise for Juan and his crew. I had to finance the whole job; however, they make it easy for you. In five minutes, I was able to qualify for financing and they began the job. After having several other companies try to give me an appointment to come out and trouble shoot, AAA Auger came right out and made it easier to get over the shock of having a major problem. I highly recommend this company because of my experience with this crew.

We moved in to new home (built 2001) about 3 months ago. Ever since we have had high water bills and multiple plumbing issues. After arriving home after trick or treating to no water flow from our kitchen sink, we called AAA Auger early Sunday morning. Lorenzo was able to set us up with the first call of the day.Max arrived shortly thereafter and quickly diagnosed the issue as a problem with our water softener system. The basket was cracked and causing clogs near all our faucets. He was able to help us clear the lines and bypass the system until a new one could be installed.He and Lupe showed up the following morning to replace the water softener. We had a emergency plumbing problem. We called later in the afternoon and couldn't get anyone to come out till next day. AAA Auger said they could be out that night at 8:30. They ended up coming by 5 to our delight! They young man was so kind and understanding! We would greatly recommend this company to everyone! Call them first if God forbid you have a plumbing problem!

I've been with AAA Auger for 15+ years (not sure the exact time). Yes, you may pay a little extra at times, however, you get EXCEPTIONAL service, courteous service, and service that you know was done right the FIRST time. Some time back, I was replacing a water heater and noticed that the job needed a professional. Called AAA Auger and they came out and installed it right and updated it to code. More importantly, they sold me a water heater CHEAPER than the one I bought at a home improvement store. Now, they could have installed the one I bought, however, they sold me one $200 cheaper. This is a company you can TRUST and should be on your short list to call and at least get an estimate.

I have been using AAA for over 10 years. As the winter event was approaching , I knew there could be problems with my plumbing so I got ahead of the game and called on Sunday, February 14th 2021. I was told at the time, due to the weather the earliest I could get a plumber would be Thursday at 7:30 am February 18th 2021. I told them I suspected that, so to please book me for the 7:30 and I would see them at that time. My water went out that same Sunday , so I was happy to have them on the schedule.Thursday was an aweful weather day , but I called at 7:30 am to find out where I stood. The fairly rude person that answered the phone said that I would get an update if there people could get to work in the weather. I told them I understood, and wanted to be sure I didn't lose my place in line. After an full day of snow and no call back from AAA, I called Thursday afternoon and was told that I was still in the system and would get someone out on Friday February 19th 2021.After Friday morning passed with no contact, I called them again and was told Yes sir , I see you here you will get a call in 45min to 1hr from dispatch. Friday passed without a single call. After 5 days without running water I was really hoping AAA would help, but they completely dropped the ball and NEVER ONCE CALLED ME. NOT ONCE!!!!I resolved my water issue on my own, and decided just to wait to see if they WOULD EVER CALL. Friday passed, Saturday, passed, and Sunday passed without a call from AAA Auger. I finally called this Morning February 22, 2021 to ask what happend.. and to cancel any service they might try to schedule.While one could argue there is an excuse for the service delay (despide the fact I scheduled service well in advance). THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION DURING A CRISIS.AAA Auger completely let me down in my most urgent time of need. After 10 years of loyal patronage , they showed a complete lack of professionalism and care for their customer.I will never use there service again... Pathetic...Anyone know a reliable plumbing company? Looking for a company I can count on.

Plumbers were quick to start the job and ended up more than they expected so the price doubled. They did what was needed but there was a leak in the water line that I reported Wednesday and was not addressed till sunday after constantly calling and never receiving a response . To seal up the ground was almost a two week wait. Non stop calling everyday to see why no one had shown to finish the job and mentioned taking legal action then miraculously they showed up to seal the ground . I will never reccomend this company to anyone after my horrible experience with them.

My experience was definitely one of the most positive despite a surprising expensive repair. I manage a hotel an hour south of San Antonio and unbeknownst to me at time of call , out of their service area. It was late and another plumber had already promised to go but last minute said they didn't do commercial! I called AAA Auger and Augustine and Nick were so friendly and helpful. They said I was out of their service area but asked the issue and said they would see what they could do. Within minutes, they called back , agreed to go and got everything fixed that night. Had a main sewage line clog at 9pm. Called them and an hour later Victor showed up. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he had the clog fixed up within an hour.Price was extremely reasonable and the repair came with a warranty. Very satisfied with the service.

These guys are always willing to come out on the drop of a hat! They've always encouraged at least having someone come out to look at the problem for free (complimentary consults). I've used them for 3 different plumbing issues, and they've always been prompt, polite, and transparent. The individual who comes out as always clearly and thoroughly gone over the issue as well as the cost of repair. I've always received a few coupons from them. I just wish I could apply them retroactively (within a reasonable time frame, of course. This is why 4 stars).

Prices could be a little better, but that's how contract work is. Other than that, I have no complaints. They always fix our plumbing needs with courtesy and in good time.

Hector and Anthony came to our house 45 min after we called . We tried Will Fix it and other plumbing services, but they said they couldn’t get to the problem till Monday . The tech was supposed to come out and check my leak. I was told there was someone in the area and to give him 30 minutes for travel time. After 1 hour and 20 minutes I had to call the office back and check his status. They said another 25 minutes. He finally arrives and I talk to him about the leak. He doesn't check or look at ANYTHING, so this interaction could have taken place over the phone instead of me having to wait over an hour and a half for him to show up...and do nothing! Then he said he could come back with another person to diagnose the leak at a cost of $487.00 and whatever else it would cost to repair the leak.........NEGATIVE first impression of this lazy tech and this company. Maybe he was in a hurry and didn't check anything because it was Friday evening. $487.00 is almost triple what other companies charge.

Every time we have had a plumbing issue we have called and they’ve been at our house within an hour. They do fantastic work, are very professional and friendly, and have very competitive rates. I won’t use any other service. I highly recommend them!

I had an issue in my house with the Main sewage drain causing my tubs and toilets to start overflowing. I contacted AAA AUGER and let them know of my problem. They did mention they were busy and would be about a 1 1/2 -2 hr wait. I did call them to see if they would make it by end of day. If not I would have made other plans. Robert was on his way and was about 15 min away. Very courteous and polite and quickly got the job done and explained what he was doing. Very cool guy. I will gladly be using them again.

These guys are on duty 24/7! They're great! They came right out and inspected my water softner that decided to belch salt brine onto my garage floor for hours I noticed on my way to work. After determining that the resin core of my 15 year old machine was 3 times as old as resin should get, I replaced the entire unit. Juan tested the hardness of my water and set the new machine to that value. That was something I was never sure the old machine was properly set to or not. Very happy with the service provided by AAA Auger!

Called to get someone to check a leak. Wanted to charge 1100 to fix a toilet. ? Wow. What a way to poke someone's eyes. Just because we are a business that doesn't mean you have the right to up the prices. It also took 3 guys to look at the toilet. Other honest companies are ranging about 300/500.Will not ever call them again.

Jayson came to my home at 9:30pm, just 30 minutes after my service request. My emergency was a rapidly leaking irrigation system with no shut off valve other than the water main. He gave me an immediate estimate of $487.00 to fix the problem. I was not prepared to pay this much, my emergency could wait, as I have workers coming in two days to do additional work on my irrigation system anyway. I figure I can just turn on and off the water as needed over the weekend. My 5 star review is based on the fact that they responded immediately and charged me nothing. I felt guilty for not using their services after such a rapid response. He would not even accept my offer of payment for a service call. I would use this company's services in the future and would recommend to everyone.

So I reluctantly went with this company in hopes to get a speedy service after having my water off for more than 24 hours. I passed up an available company again in hopes to get great service from a reputable company. I have known the Cross family my whole life and parents went to HS with the founder. I was told it would be 45min to 2 hr. I understand situations occur but after two hours I heard nothing. I called back to see what the issue was and the moment I inquired as to why I had not heard anything back, I was welcomed with attitude from the person on the other line. I was told it would now be another 3 hrs minimum before anyone could get out to me. 5 hours? I called Mr. Plumber and they were able to come out within the hour but of course with a price that I could avoided had I called them first. Get your money's worth elsewhere is my advice.Updated: I did not see that someone responded to this....by the way these 6 calls were after Mr. Plumber had already been able to fix the issue. I did not need to answer these calls anymore as they were null and void.Thanks for those 6 calls after the fact. When I called at hour two with no update, I was rather shocked with the attitude displayed as being in customer service myself, I stay calm in my conversations even when being screwed so to be met with attitude when asking what is going on makes zero sense to me. It is a pretty logical question to understand if there are projects taking longer than expected. They verbalized it would be a minimum of 3 more hours with sass. Again, I called a Mr Plumber immediately and in less than an hour Mr Plumber came and fixed the issue.So lets go with David's statement.....At hour 3 they were just calling me 1200 times for my business after fighting with me on the phone? Come on guys...LOL...Problem was already solved by then and my answering of rude treatment previously on the phone justified my ghosting. The respect I got is the respect I gave back. Be wary...

They showed up quick and fixed our leak. It was inside the wall so they had to cut through the back of our counters and drywall to get to it, but the leaking pipe was right where they thought it was. For pricing we were out around $600, for cutting into the wall and pipe repair.Props to Ruben for the quick work.

We have used this company 3 times in the past twelve months. There is no extra charge for weekends, holidays, or after-hours, and estimates are free. All of our workmen have been knowledgeable and courteous, and have done the work needed quickly and well. The final bill is the amount given in the estimate, unless your technician gives you an unexpected discount. (On our last call we were given a certain amount off of our bill for being patient in awaiting our plumber!) I wish that I could remember the names of all of the professionals that have been to our house to work, so that I could give each of them the props they deserve, but I only remember our last one, Harold. San Antonio: After calling 3 known plumbing companies who advertise on our local TV channels, my fourth and final call was to AAA Auger, glad I did and didn't desperately go forward with one of the 3 prior companies. Called AAA Auger and they were out at my home about 35 minutes later. Plumber by the name of Victor pretty much nailed the problem on point, of course he had no crystal ball in front of him, he stated the possibilities of it being this or that, investigated and found the root of the problem I'd have to say in less than a 15 min window. I was in Wow! Especially after speaking to 3 other plumbing companies and them making assumptions and ready to quote me a very high starting dollar. Victor knows his job well & is very experienced as I was watching myself and learning a thing or two as he took the time to explain and educate. Sewer backed up! Charles and Jr were here within 15 minutes on a Sunday morning!!!Ran auger through the line and pulled out a bunch of feeder roots! Ta-da! Toilets flush now without backing up into the house anymore! They were friendly, professional and answered all questions politely and thoroughly. Cost was very reasonable AND no service fee!!! Mr. Victor Pacheco was awesome!!! I had a constant leak, which he found because I had no idea where the leak was coming from. Victor P. also did another pipe that was repaired two days earlier and compared to Victor P., this previous plumber was an amateur, Victor P. made that pipe job look very professional with his expertise. Also too, he fixed my bathroom lavatory sink, which was calked up with calcium buildup....there is not enough word justice that I can credit him for his patience, knowledge and professionalism. I have never met a plumber like this before and I was just simply amazed. Normally, plumbers are so uncouth and just a detriment to their profession but not Mr. Victor Pacheco. Mr. Victor was VERY PROFESSIONAL. He even diagnosed the issues with my kitchen sink. I know who I'm going to call and it's AAA Auger for Mr. Victor Pacheco. I had a drainage pipe break and noticed standing water at my place. I called AAA Auger (spoke to Nick, excellent customer service) and Ray and Lupe were on the scene very quickly. They worked through a nasty storm and saved the day. Ray and Lupe were professional, knowledgeable and didn't wake our newborn which deserves extra thanks from this tired Papa.

Very disappointed. They charged $450 to replace a wax ring on a toilet! They claim that there is no extra charge for night and weekend service, and that they charge by the job, not by the hour. There's no way a wax ring replacement costs $450 - I think they took advantage of the fact that my wife was the one that called for service. I've tried for a week now to get a manager to call me about this outrageous pricing, and nobody has called me yet. Stay away from AAA!

I must say this company is amazing! I've had to use them twice in the last month and both times I was completely satisfied. 1st time was my sewer line and the 2nd time was the water line that ties into my home. From the minute I placed my call at 11pm at night, they answered right away and setup an 8am appointment but called me and actually had a technician out at my house even earlier at 7am. Big Bonus!I had a technician named Ray, he was very nice. He found the leak. Fixed it. His price was VERY good. It went from a horrible feeling of the unknown and scared I was going to be scammed or taken advantage to complete satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone.

Recently replaced a faucet in my bathroom, and ended up with a few slow drips under the sink.I had AAA Auger come out today to my home on Brushy Point St. to provide a quote on repairing a leak near the faucet, and in the P trap.The plumber quoted me 487.50 on a new P trap and washers, a new pop up assembly and aerator, and new supply lines.I specifically told the gentleman twice that the faucet was 1 day old, so the washers, pop up assembly and aerator were also brand new. I was told the aerator was missing it's washer, which it indeed was. I was clear that I didn't want to replace any parts that came new with the faucet as I knew they were not damaged, per my inspection.Later today, I ended up fixing the issue myself. The sink is now 100% leak free. All that was needed was the missing washer in the aerator, and a little putty under the chrome part of the drain and in the P trap joints to seal them.The job took around 20 mins. A pack of aerator washers can be had for less than a quarter. The 3 PVC components with nuts is about 10 bucks. Putty is about 2 bucks.I really feel that the plumber tried to rip me off assuming I wasn't knowledgeable at all about the issue. I wouldn't recommend AAA Auger going forward. I gave two stars vs one because the plumber did at least tell me that there should have been a washer in the aerator.

AAA Auger went out and did one job but didn't complete it. They sent out another one of their plumbers who just looked at the issue but didn't want to complete it. Had to call yet another plumber to jet the job done. Not very happy with AAA Auger.

These guys have bailed me out more than once. The most recent event was a leaky toilet valve at 11pm on a Thursday night. I called, talked to Gary, he sent out Harold who was planning to go home before this happened... but he didn't mind at all. Harold was here in 30 minutes, fixed the problem in 10 minutes, for a fair price (no mark ups for after hours), and that was that. Good people, good service.

We phoned AAA AUGER about an unexpected leak in our front garden. Victor P. and his crew showed outstanding professionalism and courtesy in helping to replace a yard full of 90+ year old piping - an extremely challenging job which required very finicky navigation around trees, pavement, stones, and flower beds in order to update our plumbing for an impending house sale. These gentlemen endured thunder, lightning, hail, a power outage, and finally several hours in the San Antonio sun to complete the job to a high standard in a remarkably short time considering the complexity of the work. Based on his experience with Victor and AAA AUGER, my five year old son now wants to be a plumber, and I can confidently say I share his admiration for a job well done.

You need to use AAA Auger for all of your plumbing needs. Harold Weidenhoffer was able to give us a free inspection to see what was wrong with our water heater, since I am selling my home and do not live in San Antonio and had our inspection report say it wasn't working. Harold noticed the breaker was tripped, so he just switched it on and the water heater was working again. He proceeded to make sure nothing else was wrong with the water heater and, since he didn't have to do any plumbing services, he did not charge us. This company has honest professionals that have your best interest in mind. We are extremely happy with their service and my entire family will be using AAA Auger for any of their future plumbing needs. Honest professionals are hard to come by these days.

I called at 7:30 AM, a technician Joe Picazo and Ray showed up within 45 minutes. The job was finished by 10:30.My water main line had a hole and was leaking. They had to dig under the sidewalk to repair it. After initially assessing it, I was quoted $800. When the job was finished, I paid $800 and was given a 30 guarantee. I’m pleased with the work and the customer service.

After looking into several plumbers I picked this place. They said they would have someone out here the next day to diagnose my problem. That was yesterday. I saw no one and heard from no one. I called today. I was put on hold; the phone hung up shortly after. That could have been a dropped signal or anything, but either way I'm moving on to the next plumbing place in line.

Called for a leaking pex pipe and the plumber arrived in about an hour and a half (10:45 pm) so that was really nice. I had already removed the drywall and cleaned the area of the leak so the plumber could have good access.

Company provided outstanding service, showed up quick on a Sunday night at 930, holiday weekend also. Installed new water heater following morning. Joe and Paul were professional and outstanding.

I've spent all day waiting to fix a drainage issue. They were supposed to arrive at 7:30, and I had to wander the neighborhood to find the truck--their plumber didn't actually reach my property until well after 8:30. They pushed for a more expensive flush of the issue, and after some push and pull, another plumber came to provide that service and swore it was fixed. Right now, if someone flushed the toilet while the bath tap is running, the toilet won't actually flush *anything* and will instead be overfilled (thankfully not overflowing like yesterday) and the tub drain will grind to a halt until the toilet finishes cycling its water.Letting everyone and anyone I so much as MEET know what a terrible experience this has been. Highly disappointed, complete waste of money and a day off.

Only wish the entire job had been done today.

Reuben quickly diagnosed the problem shortly after arriving and made the repair. He also let me know how to extend the life of the water heater. I was very satisfied with this response to an emergency call.

Every time I call them, they fix whatever needs to be fixed quickly, don't overcharge, and don't go looking for more problems. My last service call was answered by Victor Pacheco, a very observant plumber, who was able to solve my problem in no time, and took away my worry about getting a high bill after a plumbing visit. Thankful I found them.

They are super expensive. They quoted me $1k to install a new toilet that I would provide, toilet flange, and repair a pin hole in an easily accessible pipe. To be clear, the majority of the quote was to replace the toilet I would provide and the pvc flange.

Gene was very professional and very quick about getting the job done.

A week ago, we called AAA Auger to unclog our sewage main at a price of $350. A day later, we are still having issues. We had to go out of town for 3 days and since we've gotten back, our sewage line has backed up 3 more times. They elected NOT to warranty their work because they said there were roots growing in our pipe (of course, there is no real evidence of that since they wanted to charge another $250 just to run a camera down the line). I understand that we live in an older house and that the possibility of there being a collapse somewhere in the line exists, however, for $350 they should exhaust all means of finding the root cause of the issue before suggesting we spend another $5000 to replace everything. Now, a week later they want to charge another $150 to do the same thing they did a week ago. NOT a satisfied customer!!! I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone.

I don’t usually do reviews; however, I have to go online to rate aaa auger service today because they have done a fantastic job. I freaked out today because my ring was gone and I thought I might have dropped it in my toilet and flushed it. I called around and most places can’t come by until tomorrow or if they can come they will charge me a large fee. When I called aaa auger, Ted immediately answer the phone and arranged to have 2 plumbers to come out and help me right away with no charge. When Jason and j.r came, they were very concerned about my situation and explained to me what should be done next. Before starting to get to their job, jason actually found my ring right where the carpet was. I was so happy and embarrassed at the same time. I was looking for it all day and couldn’t find it. I wanted to give them a tip but they refused and said they were justhappy they found it for me. Ted, Jason, and J.r were very professional and empathetic. If I ever had plumbing issues in the future I will definitely call aaa auger!!!! Thanks you guys again, especially Jason, for finding my ring.

We called at 8 with water pouring out of our shower, so we turned off the water to the whole house. They said they'd be out by 9:30, called at 9:40 no one answered so I left a message. Called again at 10 was told plumber had difficulty at previous job couldn't show up until some time between 12-1, still no one shows up and no one calls, so we call again and they had pushed us back to 7:30 AM. All this waiting and no water and no call from them and they aren't willing to help they just say, well sorry. So much for 24 hour service or any service for that matter.

The customer service was great but the price was ridiculous Elmer Plumbing unclog drains for $89.00 ,wish I would have known that before I paid 500.

Wow, Trent is my hero today! Great service. I'd had AAA Auger out 19 days ago, and at that time they put a snake through the line and chewed up roots, and everything seemed to run freely. The blockage recurred today, however, and they came out again--on Sunday, no less--for no extra charge even though it was outside the 15-day warranty. Trent not only ran the snake again but ran a camera out to 70 feet, ultimately determining a right angle in the line is probably the reason for the blockage (as well as that the house was unoccupied for 6 mos). He also cut and replaced a portion of the clean-out, to remedy an illegal junction made by a previous owner of the house. Now everything is working great--what a relief!

Absolute worst plumbing company ever. I called at 8am with a very simple sewer clog and scheduled someone to come out. No one had showed up by 6:30 pm so I called and they said they didn't even have me on the schedule. Save yourself a headache and money and call a professional company.

I highly recommend this company. They were able to send someone out on a Sunday afternoon when other companies were not able to. The plumber Max was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem and complete the repair. Great service.

I called at about 10 pm on a Sunday and had help coming to my house within the hour..they found the problem and and fixed it right away, quick and efficient. Victor and Juan were very knowledgeable and provided a great service and a clean job.

The time that I called them, had a real bad experience with this company. I called them around 3 pm to try and get a clogged drain cleared. They took my info and said they would call me when the next technician was available. I waited for 2 hours with out any call, and when I did call them back they still couldn't give me any sort of ETA . They waisted my time so I ended up calling roto-rooter, which came and solved the problem in 2 hours.

Joe Picazo and Paul came out the first time around midnight on a weekend extremely fast to give us a free estimate and diagnose and fix the problem. They had their own lights to light up the backyard which was pitch black and fixed our first problem fast all with the utmost respect and professionalism.We used Joe Picazo, Paul and Felix again to find another problem with our house shortly after that as well. Even after the first fix when the answer didn't present itself because the house was plumbed wrong from the previous owner. Joe Picazo, Paul and Felix stayed until they found the problem and fixed it! They were the best!

We had a 5 day scheduled appointment. On the 5th day at exactly 4pm the scheduled time they gave us they called to cancel my week and the 5th was completely wasted. Will never call on them EVER .

Colby and Bradlee took care of a stubborn slow drain from combined buildup of sediment from the water softener and AC runoff. Also, they repaired a vent from the hot water heater thru the roof. Their work was beautifully done - if you appreciate duct-work! I HIGHLY recommend them.

Worst plumbing service ever. Asked to come give me a quote on issues I was having. They couldn't even get back to me like they said they would. Will never look to them again or recommend them. Understand if your busy but every customer you come in contact with should be as important as the other!!!!

I had the displeasure of having AAA.Auger come to my home due to water leaking from my concrete slap. Robert came by and was shown where the leak was. Was quote a price on Friday and was informed that they would return on Monday. On Monday showed up at about 9:30. I believe a master plumber came with Robert to guide him in the work to be done. Since the master plumber could not find the line that was leaking, Robert on instructions from the master plumber went about cutting those lines coming out the concrete in the bathroom. while doing the splicing and installing a coupling they broke one of this lines. Prior to doing all this cutting and splicing , a hole was cut on the sink cabinet and a hole to the outside. That cut in the outside wall was about three ft long and fourteens wide. They left about 2:30 Pm supossely to get the parts.. Upon their return next day they made another opening in the kitchen and one hole in the ceiling. Then on to the water heater and again cutting and splicing the line. After re-routing the lines. I will made this short.I request a quality control manager come to my house and check the work done, Had to call the plumbers back to re=route the lines due to the lines innerferring with with panelling. The master plumber made out a billing three times more then the first estimate. on 9-10-16. Was told that they were not liable for repairs to the outside paneling and sheetrock. The master plumber was good enough to give me the name and phone number who did that type of work. I believe Robert will most likely get fire after doing what the master/senior plumber told him what to do. In no way will I recommand this company to any one, not even my worst enemy.

They deserve zero stars. Stay away from them if you want anything fixed as they won't show up. We called Friday afternoon and it's now Sunday late morning and they still can't show up. All they say is your next on the list. Customer service is terrible

AAA Auger is the first place I call for my plumbing needs. Mr. Harold Weidenhoffer was at my home in 45 minutes at promised and went above and beyond to make sure my dishwasher, garbage disposal and water lines were hooked up.

I wouldn't I wouldn't use AAA auger if they were the last plumbing company in town they lied to me they wouldn't even help me when I needed the help and then they tried to charge over price charged me a thousand and some odd dollars for a little bit of thing that was taken care of by will fix it

AAA Auger charged me $120 to inspect 1 ft of pipe, when I contracted with them to map and mark my sewer line. Management saw no problem with this.

Tito was the man! He came in on a weekend to assess the situation, ran to get the part, then came back and fixed the leak.
Would recommend to anyone!

Do not use this company! They charged my 90+ year old uncle almost $400 dollars for work that took less than 1.5 hours and parts that cost less than $50. They took advantage of an old man. They should be ashamed!
