Mark was very polite when he gave me a courtesy call. Technician Alberto and an associate showed up on time to diagnose a problem and started working on it right away. They were also nice and polite.

My mother had a problem with her water pressure and Marc and his brother came out and changed their schedule to repair it right away. They were awesome and knowledgeable and explained everything to us before and during the repair. They went above and beyond any other company we previously dealt with. They are honest and reasonable on their prices. We will definitely be a customer for life.

My septic went out after 45 years and I had to tie in the San Antonio sewage system. It was a massive job. But completed basically in two days.Half a day to excavate 100 foot trench going 5 to 8 feet down and tying into the dry creek bed behind me where the city runs its sewer.And a full day working in 100+ degrees to hook me to the sewer bypassing my old septicThey still have to put it all back together as far as the dirt goes but I’m not worried about that.

I was told they were experts with my tankless water heater. The technician was clueless and didn’t know how to restart it or reboot it, turn the power off and restart. He just wanted to sell me a new system. If I could give it zero stars I would. They completely took my $89 after I told him my experience and told him to leave my house. Do not use this plumbing company. Scam

Will's Plumbing provided excellent service and clear guidance regarding my needed electric tankless water heater flush. Fred was able to return and complete work the same day when he realized there were servicing valves missing from the unit.

We got a very sturdy clog in our kitchen line. Unlike other big names, who just tried the auger a couple times to unclog the pipe but failed and then gave us an estimate for a pricy hydro jetting, Will's Plumbing checked the issue thoroughly and carefully, they then used the auger and went out of their way to fix the issue. The plumber who served us, Fred, was very professional and also nice, polite and neat. Will definitely recommend them to my friends/family!

Had a water leak near the water main. The city came out to check the leak and determined it was on my property. Call Angi they dispatched Will’s, they was at my house with in an hour. Marc did an outstanding job, very professional.

Will's installed a gas tankless water heater for me five years ago and I have loved it. It needed servicing so Albert returned from a few years' back to change the filter and clean the burners. Everything went smoothly and I am good for another 5 years on the burners. Will's is an expert Rinnai service company. Professional, friendly, and very clear communication on the process and costs.

Very responsive plumbing service! Answered on Christmas Eve and fit me into their schedule for day after Christmas- called ahead to let me know they were coming, too! Brian diagnosed the problem pretty quick (was even willing to go into crawl space under house), and saved the rest of our Christmas vacation. Recommend!

Matt arrived in the dark and extreme cold and swiftly identified the problem and repaired it. He was very professional, yet kind-hearted, listening to the ramblings of a frantic senior citizen. I always use Will's. They replaced all of the pipes in my 75-year-old house this summer. Though it was very expensive, the repairs were necessary and were completed in a very timely and professional manner.

I had a great experience with Will's plumbing for a weekend service, from the dispatcher to Marc and his assistant Fred. They did a great job and really explained things clearly.

I called Will’s Plumbing Testing Service on a Saturday after our upstairs bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. To my surprise an answering service didn’t answer - a live person took my call! I scheduled the emergency service and it was a short wait time for the plumber, Aaron Saenz, to arrive.Aaron was very professional and courteous. He asked questions, checked things, and then explained what needed to be done. He removed the things from underneath the sink for me, and put it back when he was done. Aaron even gave me some tips on keeping the drain clear as part of our own home maintenance to avoid emergencies such as the one I had. I thought that was very kind!When it came to prices and payment, I was impressed with how they were able to help us save money. I will definitely call Will’s Plumbing Testing Service for future plumbing needs, and I will recommend them to others too!!

We had a leak at our house and I called and was able to get an appointment next day! Scott came to our house and was able to find the leak and get it repaired. Had a problem with leaking toilet. The team arrived in good time and unfortunately the issue is more serious than they at first though and will need some more work. Bad news but glad I have professionals on the problem.

Exorbitant charges ($333 after 10% discount) for a simple, five-minute replacement of one, repeat, only one, hose bib. Half of those charges would have been reasonable.Response from the Owner: If I could confirm who you are, I'd contact you personally about your pricing issue. I would hope that even if the price upset you, you would be pleased that our service was above average. I'm not sure if we did the hose bib replacement, or simply provided a quote, but $350 to install a brand-new hose bib with vacuum breaker is very reasonable for this market. Our work is also done by a background checked, Texas Licensed Journeyman Plumber. Another local plumber charges $167 for a single hose bib replacement and an additional $8 for the vacuum breaker. Total charges would be $170, which include a 10% military discount and state sales taxes. Again, these charges were EXORBITANT.

They were experienced and very knowledgeable in the replacement of my tankless water heater. I liked that they gave me options such as I could buy the heater myself and they would install it or I can just purchase from them and they install it. They even showed the cost of each option. I choose for them to just do everything. Before the end of the day the heater was installed and I had hot water. I highly recommend these guys. I had a great experience.

I was very pleased with the level of service. Alberto and another plumber came on time (not at the end of the service window). Alberto provided me with two estimates based on different ways to resolve my issue and took time to explain each. Within a couple of hours, including time to get the replacement parts for an old faucet, the work was done. No more leak!

I called Will's Plumbing for a leak coming from a pipe under the sod in my front yard. They scheduled a time to come out that same day and sent a text confirmation of the appt. They called ahead of schedule and asked if I would like my time slot to be moved up, because they finished another job earlier than expected, which was great! The plumber explained what the problem was, how it could be resolved, and worked efficiently to complete it. He explained why the leak occurred and that the new section of pipe being installed would help prevent the same type of leak in the future. For the work that was completed, including digging up the yard, removing and replacing pipeline, and filling in the holes after the work was completed, I feel like the cost was more than reasonable. This is the second time I've used this company and both times have been excellent experiences!

My pressure was correct but my flow is low. They determined my problem comes from old metal pipes leaving rust in the line. After a small misunderstanding, they returned and fixed the problem. The problem was caused by another plumbing company using the wrong size piping. I now have the correct flow of water outside that had been missing for 6 years.My sprinklers work again, cutting my watering time outside in half. These are great people. I definitely would recommend Will's Plumbing to anyone and I will be hiring them again in the future.

Arrived at our clinic on time. He gave a great explanation of what was wrong with our toilet. They did have to leave to retrieve the new toilet but did so in a timely manner. I’m so beyond disappointed. I liked Matthew, the plumber, but unfortunately after 3 days of service (had to call each day to fix the issue), the issue was never fixed. Called Sat and Sun. No response. Decided after 4 days of no hot water that I’d get my own help, which fixed the issue. Paid $3000 for new, defective water heater; new water pressure valve ($1200 charged), and then they tried to charge me $900 for 3 cartridges for 3 faucets. Found out later how much cheaper these parts are, so I was taken advantage of.

Will's Plumbing & Testing Service cares about their clients and also empathizes with them. They are knowledgeable and will assess and repair any plumbing problems you encounter.

EXTREMELY OVER PRICED! Price is always above 500.00. No matter what you need done.Was quoted 575.00 for replacing cartridge in shower faucet. That is ridiculous! Another Plumber did the job for 170.00. Will never use them again. They are gougers.

We are very happy with the service and professionalism provided by the Will’s plumbing crew. Marc & Joseph came out and provided us with a water heater quote. They provided us with many options. Susan and Sam at the office provided great customer service as we completed the service agreement. Marc & Joseph then returned to install. The entire team did an excellent job in providing service.

Needed a black iron pipe gas line installed from our existing gas line in the attic to our kitchen 2 floors below (About 10 feet over and 18 feet down) for a new slide-in gas range. Quote offered Trac Pipe tubing option as well but chose the pipe. Not an easy install but Alberto kept the drywall cuts to 3 locations as quoted. Also installed a recessed wall box with the ball valve ready for the new stove. He did a very professional and thorough job, including some pipe routing adjustments due to unexpected obstruction. Side note: Trac Pipe was used for the last 18 connection from original pipe to gas heaters in the attic when the home was constructed 17 years ago and Alberto actually found and fixed a small leak at the Flex Trac joint during the leak testing after his job was complete. Validated my decision to not go with Trac Pipe tubing on the inside of my walls. Overall, Alberto did an awesome job. This was first step of a kitchen remodel so drywall cuts no big deal. No surprises as everything he did was listed in the quote.

I had a pretty bad leak near my water meter. Alberto came out and repaired the pipe quickly and professionally. I appreciated the updates on service schedule and the quality of work. I will definitely call them for future work.

We had a great experience with this company. We had no hot water in the downstairs portion of our home. We called Will's and they came out the very next morning. The man that came out was very nice and professional. He had to replace the thermocouple wire in the water heater. Total cost was $248 which was right at what we expected. He even did some cleaning in and around the water heater as well. Here is one more really neat thing about this company... they even called us the next day to follow up and make sure everything was working okay. How many service companies do you know that make a follow up call?!?! So simple yet means so much to the customer. We will use these guys in the future and recommend to others. Thanks Will's!!

Leaky kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and pipes underneath sink had me calling for help. Our kitchen sink was also “falling” more on one side than the other and needed sealing. Marc and apprentice John were super professional and took care of everything! They also took the time to explain in detail a more complicated problem that we did not know we had and the intricacies of the installation of this custom island’s appliances. (Our kitchen has 2 dishwashers which were not connected to the garbage disposal correctly by as they should have been.). Repair and correct installation required an additional part and work. Marc installed upgraded faucet and garbage disposal I had already purchased but most of all, corrected the connection of the 2 dishwashers. My husband and I are relieved problem is fixed and feel confident the sink will not have problems for a long time. They also honored discount I found on Yelp. Highly recommended.

Like so many, our souvenirs from Snowpocalypse 2021 were multiple burst pipes. We looked on Angie’s List for recommendations and Will’s Plumbing & Testing Service was far above everyone else in terms of reviews/stars. How do you even get nearly 2000 reviews and still have 5 stars? By being awesome.First, Susan is an angel, a goddess, and made up of everything wonderful in this world. I count Susan as a best friend at this point. Not even kidding. She is the point of contact for the company, so had been working all weekend fielding calls from desperate, impatient, and understandably angry Texans, yet still made me feel like I was the most important person in her universe. The earliest she could get someone out to us was several days later, but that was to be expected as we were all needing the same help. I received confirmation texts and reminders throughout the entire process and for every appointment. We even received a photo and bio for Herman, the god among men who came and granted us water. He’s family now. The first visit, Herman worked his magic to allow us water while bypassing the greater issues that would require much more time. He’d need to come back later.. This was understandable as the San Antonio area was in crisis and they had to triage emergencies. Suddenly we could flush toilets, wash clothes/dishes & take much needed showers. All thanks to Herman & Co. He came out about a week and a half later to finish the job, which required a second day and maintained excellent safety, work quality, and professionalism the entire time. I just can’t properly articulate our gratitude for Herman and for Susan, who continued to call me with reminders/updates, as well as text. We will never call another company for our plumbing needs.

They are very expensive and overcharge without a valid explanation. I think they took advantage and were not honest about the job they did. Service was average.

I received a quote for a kitchen faucet install, gas line relocation (lower 8 inches), shower faucet and head install. I was initially quoted $225 for the kitchen faucet install. Then the journeyman stated that he need to go out to the truck to determine the price for the other two items. He came back with a quote of $1200, with the kitchen faucet listed at $285 included in the price. When asked about the first price quoted he stated that price is when bundled (odd as the $1200 quote included $285). This company has shady pricing practices. Angi’s list should remove them.

How scary! I had to call a plumber. I have used Will’s several times and always been happy with their service...BUT I had to call a plumber. Josh showed up on time and diagnosed a very simple problem, fixed it, checked all the valves and water pressure. He could have told me anything. Instead he was honest and basically charged me for a service call.Their work has always been good, to be able to trust their diagnosis is invaluable.

Will’s Plumbing was great. I had a very simple repair needed - I had used them before and had a great experience sizing called them again. It was not an emergency but wanted to get on the schedule. They asked if today was ok? You bet 45 min later they were at my front door. They fixed my problem and charged what I thought was a very fair price ( I was expecting 2x’s the amount). I highly recommend them for courteous fair priced service.

Marc and Michael, the apprentice, came on time to my home and got right to work. We had to have plumbing moved to accommodate our new bathroom remodel. Marc did an excellent job, cleaned up, and was finished in a timely manner. I like that he was doing ojt (on the job training) with Michael. The ladies at will's kept me up to date on when marc would arrive. They had to cancel my previous appt (which they apologized for) due to emergencies but i was first the next day. Good companies can be hard to find...glad I've found my good plumbing company and plumber.

I just moved back to help take care of my parents and we had a minor leak a couple of months ago in their home and needed a plumber ASAP. My brother gave me a couple of names and numbers and Will's Plumbing was the one that answered their phone (it was after hours on a Saturday night). They came out within the hour and helped remedy the issue and returned that following Monday morning to complete the job. We had another plumbing issue that needed to be addressed and they promptly came out again and took care of replacing an old cast iron pipe. My parent's house is almost 60 years old and they have lived in it this whole time. Although this immediate issue was resolved, it's opened up another issue that at some point will need to be addressed. It's a difficult decision for my parent's to face but I want to thank Will's Plumbing-Josh and Joseph for being very courteous, professional and patient in explaining the process to myself and my parents.Thank you.

They were very quick and thorough, did exactly what was expected and were very friendly. I was considering doing the drain cleaning myself, but I am glad I didn't because it would have taken me a lot more time and money to figure out what they figured out in about an hour.

He came out promptly and was very knowledgeable with what exactly needed to be done and for a very fair price. Look you can call 20 different people looking for the best price but it reflects in their work. If you want it done right and also comes with an honored warranty as well without question, then call these guys!!

5/7/2018I called Will's plumbing & Testing Service to install two faucets that I had purchased for an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs bathroom. Marc came out with his helper to do the job. They said it would take about 45 minutes. After about two hours the helper came down and told me I had a whole in my sink. At that time Marc starting grabbing all of his stuff getting ready to leave. I ask him about the whole in my sink. He said it was already there. So I ask him why would I have a new faucet put on a sink with a hole in it? I had also used that sink before they got there...no hole. Marc and his helper were both up under the sink neither one of them said Hey Lady Why Do You Want A New Faucet Put On A Sink With A hole In It. Marc also told me that he took pictures. The Pictures were of everything, but not the hole that he said was already there. Then he started getting in my face and yelling at me that he did not put a hole in my sink. I was so up set with his yelling and lie's that when he went outside to put some of his stuff in the truck I took the rest of his stuff and put it outside my door and locked it. I then called his office and was talking to Sam the office manger to let her know what was going on. Then Marc the starting banging on my door saying I better pay him or he was going to call the cops. I had already given Sam my credit card #. Sam said she was sending the owner Will out. When Will came in he had a box with pieces of my sink in it and told me that some times when sinks are old they might break when pressure is put on them. I understand that, so in order to get my sink fixed I asked him to give me a price for a new sink and toilet. I was going to give him more work and wanted to believe that he was a honest and decent plumber. He's not...They ran my card for $500.27 and I never heard back from him about the hole in my sink. Also this is he run down of Will's Pluming:Will is the owner...Sam is his Daughter. And Marc is his Son-in-law. So if they screw up your plumbing they all stick together. Emailed company on Angie's List giving specific details of the work I wanted done. The general manager emailed me back and said it would be a few hundred dollars and that a exact quote would be $40. Had them come out to quote me well over less 10% for discount using AL. $575 is more that a few hundred dollars to me. Called another company that did the work a few hundred dollars, was much more professional and friendly than Will's plumber. Buyer beware for bait and switch tactics and a general manager giving quotes that probably isn't from a plumber. More like an office manager. Was very happy with the work the other company did and the price I paid for it. And their quote was their price which was a few hundred dollars in my opinion.

***Grossly Overpriced***I didn't have any service performed, but was convinced that they were competitive with their pricing and thus I was willing to pay the $40 fee for getting a quote (with the $40 fee going toward the service). So, I just paid $40 for a ridiculous price quote...They use a book of grossly inflated figures as a basis for their estimate, not a standard materials and labor quote. To run a gas line less than 20 feet (closer to 12 feet), they wanted $1,100 plus a $150 inspection fee.This would realistically be less than $200 in materials (very likely under $100, since it is just pipe, a few joints, and a terminal) and would take maybe 3 hours in labor max. That would make their labor charge run somewhere over $250/hour!This place says they are consistently at the top of the ratings for plumbers in San Antonio, as rated by Ang**'s list. I have no idea how they are able to do that while charging customers such outrageous rates.I would encourage you to look elsewhere unless you just don't care about the amount you are charged.

One star only because you can't rate them less than zero.Had them out to fix a leak between my meter and my house in 2015. Today I have a different plumber out to fix the same issue and rather than the all new PEX line I was sold and have the receipt in hand for, it appears that the original copper line is still place and they simply patched in a water heater hose right next to the house to fix the leak. Somehow that took two days and a trench in my yard that required a helper. Thanks for trying to up-sell me on a pressure tank to double the price for the work you didn't do though. Bet you were hoping I'd call you again when this hose popped. Shady much y'all?

I called Will’s Plumbing to request a repair associated with no drainage through the garbage disposal. Previously, I had been told by the repairman from Aramendia Plumbing company that it should be replaced for over $400 while he was doing another job with questionable high cost. I did not like the overcharge for the other repair and refused that Armenidia take care of the problem associated with the drainage of the garbage disposal. The repairman for Will’s said it was just a quick fix, cleaned out the loose P-trap and made an adjustment. There was nothing wrong with the garbage disposal. The total cost was only $39.95, included in the diagnostic fee.

Called them because they are a Rinnai service center. Told them everything it was doing and asked with all the information I gave them if they would be able to fix it without making multiple trips. The lady on the phone said they'd have the part needed and would fix it. After troubleshooting they didn't have the part and was going to cost me almost $500. Came out next day, replaced part, didn't fix the problem. Now we need a new circuit board which I paid for directly. Came out next day (3rd time) and now instead of the almost $500, it's going to be almost $700. Had them fix it but I called to talk to the head person about the bill. She never returned my call. Basically almost $1000 for a $1200 unit.

Don’t work with warranty with this company!!! Until they get their foot in your house they lie that your warranty coverage pays for labor and won’t be rude. Once you let them diagnose and fix with factory warranty, they don’t work with the manufacturer! They disagreed with them for some reason after I believed it would be covered and demanded me to pay for the labor. The general manager turned into a nightmare on the phone. Started to send legal threats until the money is paid on site, won’t even agree to give me 15 minutes so I can figure things out. It was over 200$. I should have paid a new unit. To be honest it only took them less than 45 minutes to fix and deal with the whole thing. I didn’t even waste their time. I hate arguing and getting in stressful disputes so it was worth me paying to avoid these bullies. This business is now a legal scam! 250$ labor for 45 minutes?! Please avoid them at all cost, TAKE MY ADVISE!

Fabulous company! Dedicated, reasonably priced and VERY knowledgeable. Marc solved my old iron pipe problem in under an hour when I was expecting a complete re-plumbing job. I am thrilled beyond words! This is my always and forever plumbing company!

Will's Plumbing charged me $351.40 for 1-1/2 hours work - this was a labor charge only because my heater was under warranty for parts, YIKES!!! I had them do the work because they were recommended by the manufacturer, A.O. Smith. I think that $234. per hour of labor is a little excessive. The 2 gentlemen who came to fix my problem were very professional and left my water heater running well; however, I think it had a simpler required fix, but he kept assuring me it was the gas control valve (my heater is 2-1/2 years old). The only reason I believe it might have had a simpler fix is that the part inside that exhausts the air or carbon-dioxide was completely loose and because the pilot was turning on but turning off after about 30 seconds, it was the airflow that might have been the issue not the gas control valve, again, he kept assuring me it was the control valve, hey, but what do I know about plumbing! He gave me the price before he did the work and I mentioned to him that I thought $351. was expensive since it was only labor, and he said, that was the charge for this job. Since I am fairly new to San Antonio and never before having required a plumber while living here, I thought ok, they must charge a lot more for plumbing in SA than back home, but after checking with a few friends who are San Antonian's, they too, said it was excessive. I called and spoke to the manager Samantha and she stated that's what they charged and no compensation because they are a plumbing company that has a good reputation and do good work. I said, but $234. per hour for the work seems more than they should charge - I'm thinking maybe $80 per hour - she stated, we have licensed plumbers, and office people and others to pay and we charge per job not by the hour. She tells me, you don't know what it takes to keep a company in business...on and on. After much discussion and the fact that she was getting very defensive, I finally told her that our conversation is over and hung up. She also said they were the number 1 company on Angie's list...YIKES, again. Angie's list and the manufacturer will hear from me about this excessive charge. The bottom-line is they didn't care to satisfy and keep a customer, apparently.

Will's Plumbing is a reputable and AWESOME Company! Will came to my house when I had already gone thru 2 other plumbers who could not do the job. Will was professional and reliable and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!

I've used this company before for my residential plumbing needs and have never been disappointed. This weekend on Saturday I noticed we weren't getting very much hot water. Upon checking the water heater, I noticed a leak, so I called Will's Plumbing and Testing so see if they had a technician available who could come check things out. Marc arrived within an hour. Marc informed me that our water heater was 27 years old and had indeed sprung a leak at the drain valve. He explained that he could repair this but would most likely not resolve the limited hot water we were getting. Marc explained all.of our options to include just repairing the leak, replacing the water heater today, replacing on Monday, which would be cheaper due to it not being an after hours/weekend installation, to options for a tankless water heater system. We opted to replace the water heater that night and Marc got right on it. After the installation was complete, he reminded us of the warranty for the new water heater and answered all of our questions. Marc was friendly, informative, and professional. He kept us updated during the demo and installation processand left my property cleaner than he found it. It was a very good experience to a bad situation and highly recommend Marc and this company.
