Best Repair Water Softener in San Antonio TX

I looked for four days on the internet to ID a shower mixer. Finally I thought it might be a Cal Faucet. Jason helped me out with the cartridge ID. I was in Texas, Jason was in California an the shower was in Hawaii! He helped out with the shipping and instructions for disassembly and reassembly for my plumber. These guys are top notch. No one else really cared about my shower but these guys did. USE THEM! You won't be disappointed !

Today was the scheduled overall inspection of my home, not on time as before, my pet peeve, however, the technician was very professional and knowledgeable, took his time doing his water tests, drained the water heater, checked all toilets for leaks, checked out all connections under all sinks, ran a camera down the drain line, excellent inspection, received quotes for all deficiencies, little more expensive than I thought, but do have financing options. I still recommend this company

Father and daughter duo were great! I thought I had a leak so called to have it checked. Karl and Savannah came out and took the time to make sure I had no leaks and checked the water pressure. I would not give them a star very poorly service they have a guy name Will not very good on his job he put some piping n its coming undone charged me $250.00 which they installed a water heater n I still do t have hot water in my house left the job undone n wanted still more money.. this man works very poorly on the job I would not recommend him at out he would get sodas from a fridge I had outside without me given him permission from my household. I was very pleased with the service Will’s All Pro Plumbing gave me. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job fixing my problem. When he was finished it didn’t even look like he was here. I would definitely use their services again and plan to for my A/C maintenance also. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing A/C and plumbing help. If my tech Sam is a representative for this company, they must be excellent !

I called about a leak outside in my water meter box. The leak was just past the water meter so SAWS doesn’t handle it. Frank Rocha and his coworker showed up within an hour or so, quickly isolated the problem and gave me an estimate. They replaced an entire section of the line and installed a new brass shutoff valve in place of a plastic one. They also replaced the pressure relief valve to fix water pressure issues we were having. They were efficient, professional and informative. Highly recommend.

Rockstar plumbing has been nothing but fantastic for me as a homeowner. There are things I am comfortable doing myself and doing but for the big jobs they perform as their company logo and ROCK it out just like supet STARS. Fernando is awesome to work with. First thing he did was put on booties to come in my house. the first time he came was to install my faucet in my new house. i asked him to come back because i thought the facet was not tight enough. when he came back he checked my water softener and water purifier. he let me know they were not working the way the should. when the water softener company came to look at the system, Fernando got in the phone and told them his findings. i appreciate him and the work he has done. Okay, here’s my story, last night I came home and noticed water on our garage floor. I pretty much knew it was my water heater and the tank broke and I would need a replacement water heater. Well, that night I contacted a reputable company and they came out and confirmed what I knew and gave me a bid. I thought OMG this is awfully high (my last water heater cost me about $700). We’ll, the following morning I got another bid from a well known company and it was $500 more than the previous one. Then I called Gill’s Plumbing and they promptly came out and gave me a bid and it was in line with my first bid. I went with John Gill and I’m so happy I did. They were so professional and you could tell they were perfectionist and the work they did was amazing. Yeah, it was pretty expensive but now that I see the finished job, IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. I would not hesitate to recommend John for any plumbing issues. I admire his professionalism and dedication to his customers. Please give Gill’s Plumbing an opportunity to bid on your next job.
