Best Repair Water Softener in San Antonio TX

I called George Plumbing at just after noon and Ellie told me that they had a master plumber they could send out between 2-4pm that day!Austin and Dan showed up at about 3:00 after I received a courtesy call from George Plumbing that they were on the way.When they arrived I showed them where water was leaking from the garage ceiling under the laundry room. I told them I thought it was a ripped copper pipe or that a fitting had come loose.They checked the laundry room first for a cursory look to ensure the leak wasn’t in there, and it wasn’t.We went back into the garage and Austin used a ladder to view the leak after Dan turned the water on.Austin found the leak IMMEDIATELY! It wasn’t a pipe leak at all but rather the Thermal Expansion Tank on top of the water heater had a pinhole size leak in it so when it was leaking it was spraying the ceiling giving the appearance that it was coming from the ceiling.I was so happy he found that pinhole as it negated very expensive repairs.Austin and Dan are very professional and know their trade, and are very personable.I would have them back in a heartbeat and can highly recommend George Plumbing.Thank You George Plumbing for making my day!

They didn't up-sale me on the tankless system they recommended the right system for my home. It works flawlessly, unlimited hot water on demand. The bid on the second job was done so fast that they decreased my bill as they were on-site only a few hours. This retired VET can recognize integrity and surely appreciates it. Roger the service was profession. Knew what he was doing. Though my problem was not fixed he reduced his service call fee to compensate for not rectifying the blockage in my sewer. He should be commended for his courtesy, professionalism and knowledge

These young men (Bob & Gage), performed a diagnostic service on our plumbing lines, running from the “Clean out” to our indoor drain lines. They took their time and patience to explain everything, (as I’m not plumber savvy!) They definitely go beyond the call of duty and I would recommend them to my closest friends and family! I am so happy I called to get my A/C repaired. JR was great. He took the time to look at different options to figure out what the problem was. He is very customer service oriented and very efficient.Just to add some background information, I had been calling other A/C service providers that work with my home extended warranty for 4 days with no luck. Needless to say, I had been without A/C for 4 days in the Texas summer weather... I was not a happy camper. After having no success working with contractors under my home warranty, I started looking for other options and looked for other service providers online. I came across Will's All Pro Plumbing & Air Conditioning website and decided to call. It was a great experience from the time I spoke with the operator to the time the repairs were done.JR thank you for your help. It is people like you who make a business great!!!

They came out and did a recall repair on my water heater. I was unable to be at the residence but my wife made it home and they supposedly did the repair, yesterday when I checked the repair that was made from the recall the control panel about fell off the front of my water heater which was mounted firmly with screws and wired were visable from the side of the control panel. Spoke to the company and asked why were they worried about me meeting the san antonio code and not worried about the poor work their 19yr old technician did. I recieved an attitude and also told that me or my wife would need to take more time off rather than being able to to accomadate since we already took time off. All they give you is a big attitude and a long sales pitch about things that aren't needed. GO ELSE WHERE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BECAUSE THEY ARE A JOKE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! HOW THEY GOT LICENSING TO BEGING WITH IS BEYOND ME! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BOOT!!!!!!

Awful! Would not recommend.I used them for a simple leak on my water heater. Was forced to pay $75 co-pay just for them to come out. Then once looking at the unit, was trying to force me to pay another $850+ for items I didn't need for the leak. Was told they had to in order to fix the leak.After they left, I was able to see where the leak was coming from and fixed it with a simple C-wrench. Granted, I probably should of started with that before calling, but if you want to take the chance of paying these people to come and not fix your problem, go right ahead.Rating 0

Big City Plumbing replaced my outside faucets this date. Joey and Travis were great as one faucet was in the brick wall being a little more delicate to replace. I am so pleased with them that I am having more needed maintenance plumbing work done as soon as they can schedule it after winter storm crisis calls are completed.
