Candidly, I'm not in the habit of writing reviews for plumbing companies, but these guys really deserve recognition for going above and beyond. Empathy seems to be in short supply these days, and I would not typically look for it in a service provider, but Chambliss earned my respect and gratitude for getting the work done, going beyond what was required, and calming my wife who was having a really bad day. Thank you.

The repairman was great. I asked him to take out the garbage disposal and put in a regular sink drain. He and his helper were very polite and cleaned their work area before leaving.

My wife found this company searching on google. Nathan, Alex and Joe are currently working on a Difficult Slab Leak Problem at my house. I got to see their work first hand for two day. From my 8 years of experience from heavy construction industry I can tell you guys this. These guys are a rear breed. They are in the Top 1 percent when it comes to plumber. I don’t think these guys eat or sleep. Oh boy these guys will make sure you have running water before they leave even it is 2 am in the morning. They are a bunch of good guys trying to run a top notch plumbing business. From briefly talking to the owner I can tell you guys this, the owner has set a high standard and a culture in the company and it’s been reflected on all his employees.Top Notch Plumbers. Needed an immediate fix for my bathtub faucet. The assigned plumber, Randell, got to my house within an hour after calling in the repair. Randell was very quick and courteous. I highly recommend him as your go-to plumber. He explained the repair process clearly and respectfully, and also gave me some extra advice. I believe he went above and beyond. Receiving his service was a huge relief after stressing out all day trying to find a plumber/plumbing company that could come out to fix my faucet immediately.

The serviceman arrived on time and even called before arriving to make sure I was at home and remembered the appointment. The serviceman's inspection of my heating and AC unit was fast and efficient and he wore covers over his shoes when he was in the house to make sure he didn't track in any dirt.Overall the service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

This company has become a joke. They don’t care about small repairs or what you need unless it means $$$$. They came out to our house for what seemed to be a very small toilet repair (ended up being a gasket and flange repair $150 from another company) looked at the job for 5 seconds and said it would just be cheaper to replace the entire toilet (about 7 months old). They just didn’t want to mess with it. Have used them in the past with their previous owner and were great. Now they just want $$$$$ and big jobs. Do not recommend.

I am very disappointed with the A/C service that your company provided me on Thursday, 7/21/22. I expected George (your A/C technician) to satisfactory clean my clogged primary and secondary condensate drain lines. George said he unclogged the lines and poured two gallons of water down the lines and they were unclogged. I paid him $169 and he left my residence. However, after George left, I checked the drain lines outside of my house and I didn’t notice any water draining from the lines. They were in the same condition as before George provided the service. I also checked the drip pan under my A/C unit and noted water was filling up about half way in the drip pan again so I called a different A/C service to recheck it. The new A/C technician inspected the unit and noticed that the condensation pan was full of water and was dripping down into the drip/drain pan. He also noted that the primary line has a T-shaped body with a capped end located above the PVC pipe section that leads into the A/C unit. He stated that the air that was forced in the pain line appears to went into the unit and not down the drain line. Therefore, he had to cut the PVC pipe below the section leading into the unit so he could blow out the clogged drain line. Once he did that, the line was unclogged and water started flowing out of the primary drain line. I can unequivocally say that he did it the “right way, north the easy way”. I feel that I should be reimbursed for what I paid as part of Geottl’s “100% satisfaction guaranteed”. I was not happy with or satisfied with the poor, unsatisfactory service provided.
