Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain came out the same day I called, to track and stop a water leak from a pipe that feeds to our slab. They took just a few minutes to stop the leak. That was temporary but they recommended redirecting the pipe through our attic which we agreed to, and they came out the next day and did just that. They gave us a cost estimate, the time they would be back the next day and exactly where they were going to have to cut the wall to redirect the pipe. They were right on with every component of the repair, and their staff was amazing and professional and kept me informed every step along the way. I could go on and on but long story short, I highly recommend this company based on my first experience! ❤️

Installed a water softener

The entire experience using 1st Call Plumbing, Heating, and Air was a delight from beginning to end. They are a courteous, thorough, professional, and detail oriented team. Work was done on time at a good price, scheduling was easy, and they even offered an earlier appointment as a courtesy but I was already committed. There's only on place to call for any and all plumbing, heating, or A/C service.

Update,,,,,Had Chris Copeland call me from roadrunner , I believe he said he was the owner. I was very pleased to know that he corrected the situation and saw where I was very over charged and handled wrongfully. Thank you sir. This owner appreciates his customers because I don’t know many people take the time like he did to investigate this problem and call me to apologize. . Thank you Chris for that .

Excellent service! Kudos to the entire team, from office personel to the service techs. This is my second time using City Base Plumbing and both times has been a pleasure. Their staff was efficient, professional, and accommodating. Initially, I was scheduled two days out for an estimate but was called a day earlier when an opening came available. David, my service tech, arrived promptly and thoroughly explained the entire process. He quoted me a fair price and was not annoyed by my endless questions. He was absolutely AWSOME in every way. I have American Home Shield which initially introduced me to Fernando of Ambition Plumbing. Fernando is truly professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

Awful! Would not recommend.I used them for a simple leak on my water heater. Was forced to pay $75 co-pay just for them to come out. Then once looking at the unit, was trying to force me to pay another $850+ for items I didn't need for the leak. Was told they had to in order to fix the leak.After they left, I was able to see where the leak was coming from and fixed it with a simple C-wrench. Granted, I probably should of started with that before calling, but if you want to take the chance of paying these people to come and not fix your problem, go right ahead.Rating 0

We needed out facilities fixed in our office today. They arrived and fixed our problem promply and effectively. Their customer service was AWESOME! Would highly recommend them for your plumbing or other needs!!!

Will's Plumbing charged me $351.40 for 1-1/2 hours work - this was a labor charge only because my heater was under warranty for parts, YIKES!!! I had them do the work because they were recommended by the manufacturer, A.O. Smith. I think that $234. per hour of labor is a little excessive. The 2 gentlemen who came to fix my problem were very professional and left my water heater running well; however, I think it had a simpler required fix, but he kept assuring me it was the gas control valve (my heater is 2-1/2 years old). The only reason I believe it might have had a simpler fix is that the part inside that exhausts the air or carbon-dioxide was completely loose and because the pilot was turning on but turning off after about 30 seconds, it was the airflow that might have been the issue not the gas control valve, again, he kept assuring me it was the control valve, hey, but what do I know about plumbing! He gave me the price before he did the work and I mentioned to him that I thought $351. was expensive since it was only labor, and he said, that was the charge for this job. Since I am fairly new to San Antonio and never before having required a plumber while living here, I thought ok, they must charge a lot more for plumbing in SA than back home, but after checking with a few friends who are San Antonian's, they too, said it was excessive. I called and spoke to the manager Samantha and she stated that's what they charged and no compensation because they are a plumbing company that has a good reputation and do good work. I said, but $234. per hour for the work seems more than they should charge - I'm thinking maybe $80 per hour - she stated, we have licensed plumbers, and office people and others to pay and we charge per job not by the hour. She tells me, you don't know what it takes to keep a company in business...on and on. After much discussion and the fact that she was getting very defensive, I finally told her that our conversation is over and hung up. She also said they were the number 1 company on Angie's list...YIKES, again. Angie's list and the manufacturer will hear from me about this excessive charge. The bottom-line is they didn't care to satisfy and keep a customer, apparently.

They were very nice, polite when I called to schedule a appointment. And the price was very very good and the service was excellent. So if I need more plumbing done I will call Chavarria's Plumbing all the time

Not only did receptionist Gabby take ownership of my issue and show sincere concern for my situation, she even called the next day to ask how my hot water was and wanted to make sure everything was working. These actions established strong credibility for this company.Chris was the gentleman's who performed the high-quality work. Not only did he do outstanding work, but he educated me on the situation, and provided tips on keeping my water heater properly maintained throughout the year. Without a doubt, this is the gentleman I want working on my unit every time!Results are positive...Murray plumbing took a same day call, got my water heater working again within 5 hours of the call, and treated me like my issue was the most important of the day. That is true service and I thank them very much!
