I've had some recent work done, and accommodations made for some errors on their logistics end. I can no longer complain about any customer service as it has proven to be consistent and beyond my expectations. Douglas Rivera was the field worker that was present for the task, and I will continue to ask for him in the future.

When i called Wills the two young ladies Natalie, and Tanya were real attentive with great customer service. I was kept informed of my set appointment through text and called when my plumber was in route. Doug Rivera was real Professional, honest, and kept me informed of the work he was doing. Ali his helper was also a nice courtese young gentleman. I HIGHLY will use WILLS ALL PRO again, and recommend to my friends.

When we initially called the number, the receptionist was very polite and thorough when scheduling for somebody to come out and fix our leaky washer. David and Rigo echoed the good vibes we got from Marisol who initially answered our call, as they came to our home and got the job done. The craftsmanship was great, quick, fairly priced, and exactly what we needed (a couple of other plumbers came and band-aided the issue, but City Base Plumbing RESOLVED it.) Very happy customers, don’t hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs you may have.

Albert and Marc were fantastic! They were early for our appointment, they hauled away the old hot water heater and returned with the new one. They were very courteous, very professional, and their work was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know and we will use them again for our future plumbing needs. GREAT JOB! The driver almost side swiped me, cut me off and then proceeded to tail gate another vehicle. Anyone who lacks self control while other lives are involved i would assume also wouldn’t provide quality service.

Wish I could give 6 stars to Peoples Choice Plumbing! Incredible work and skill sets! They turned my tiny washer/dryer room into the smallest (prettiest) full bathroom. Everything was up to code and passed all inspections with flying colors. I will recommend to all I meet and only use Peoples Choice in the future!

I used to work for them. I’m kinda surprised that they moved.

They did the plumbing for all the new construction houses in our new subdivision and myself and my neighbors have had nothing but plumbing problems ever since, mainly with slow-drip pipe leaks with things not being tightened properly. I had a slow drip leak going on in the guest bathroom for several months before I found it back in February. I called them to come fix it. Not only did they fail to find the leak and fix it, but the guy who came out acted like I had imagined this leak. Kept saying, I don't see any leaking. Sorry, I just don't see it. Finally he said Oh I see you just need a part replaced, I have the part in my truck. And he went out to get it and install it. I didn't check to see if it was fixed, I trusted that it was. Foolish mistake on my end. I found out yesterday that it was absolutely not fixed.I'm writing this review today as I'm waiting on a new plumber to come out today and fix the leak they failed to fix, and now I have a mold problem and may have to get the entire downstairs bathroom vanity replaced in a house that is only 2 years old. I am furious with this company and the service I received. I wouldn't trust them to fill a water balloon and they will never be called for service again.The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 was because they did come out on time and on short emergency notice and didn't charge me an emergency fee. It takes a lot for me to leave negative reviews. I rarely ever do. I'm trying to be as fair as I can but I feel we had terrible service and a simple leak is now costing me 3 or 4 times as much as it should have.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon. Greg and his crew arrived promptly and resolved the issue quickly. Greg was professional, friendly and courteous. Thanks Aramendia Plumbing.
