These guys are amazing ! I didn’t know where to start as I tried explaining my situation. The person I spoke to was very patient! Made me feel comfortable. After explaining my situation they came out in a more than reasonable time and gave me a great quote and were very professional! American Auger has a great team!

As everyone knows, it’s always hard to trust a service from a person who knows a trade and client that knows nothing, well I was blessed to have a plumber come to my house that was completely transparent. He was curteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He showed me everything he did and was going to do before even initiating the job. This guy will go far as long as this company allows him to. Ask for him by name. His name is Marc Salcido. Also a fellow military veteran. I knew once we made that connection, I was able to drop my guard. These guys were awesome. They were able to dispatch someone same day on a Saturday. When my assigned plumber was tied up with another job, First Call put another team on my job with no delay! Brandon A. and an apprentice came and assessed the issue with my water heater. They were able to replace it immediately and had it done in roughly an hour and a half. The work was fast, efficient, and super clean. They hauled my old heater and made virtually no mess. Awesome work. Will use again!

Though I was given a 2 hour window for Doug to arrive, he was there in less than 30 minutes! He took the time to explain the different options and used no pressure to upsell anything while there. I contacted City Base Plumbing for a free estimate on some repairs/ replacements to my kitchen equipment.The plumber David was punctual and professional. I scheduled the work to be done on the next morning.Once again David was punctual and professional. My sink, faucet and pipes were replaced and garbage disposal removed. All items were addressed in a timely manner and the work area was left clean.I was very satisfied with the services performed. I plan on using City Base Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

A&M Plumbing was sent by American Home Shield to service the shower drain. Water was backing up. Romeo and Pedro used their auger to remove the clog and any debris from the pipes. They did a thorough job and spent a good amount of time of cleaning out the drain. They also inspected the bathroom sink and cleaned it out as well. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable in their field of work. Highly recommend and will reuse.

I contacted Gill Plumbing with a voice mail. I got a response within an hour. I told him I needed a toilet flange replaced in my upstairs bathroom. John explained the best case and worst case scenarios including the cost for each. John and Nick arrived the same day and completed the repair. A week ago, one side of a rental duplex property had a water leak. I had asked some friends I know for names and numbers of plumbers. Got responses, called and no answer. Then I remembered about Big City Plumbing. I knew the wife of the owner and had referred people to them before, but I had never personally used their service. So I called to see if the could come for an estimate. They were booked solid for the day, but they said yes, they would fit me in. I called back 2 hours later and changed my call from an estimate to repair. They said no problem. On a bay they are booked solid. A hour goes by and I get a text from a number I am not familiar with. I open the text, it is a photo of Homer, from Big City Plumbing, he will be the plumber that will be coming to my address and will be there shortly. That is amazing. especially since I have not used this company before, I am now aware of who the plumber is, what he looks like and a time frame. In this day in age, that is above and beyond! Then he shows up, my father explains the situation, voices all his concerns and everything he wants looked at, fixed and checked. Homer does everything my father asked, was very professional, did not talk down to my father nor did he assume my father knew what he meant to say. Homer took his time, did an amazing job. Was so professional. My father was pleased. Today, the other side of the duplex had an emergency. I called Big City Plumbing, they were open today, Audra is so sweet and professional. Sets up an appointment for me and less than an hour later, I get a text message from Big City Plumbing with a picture of Charlie who will arrive shortly! Charlie gets here, fixes the problem, is so nice, professional, patient, courteous and did an impeccable job. I have never had this type of professionalism and courteousness from a company. From the moment you call for assistance till the moment they drive away. We will now only use Big City Plumbing!

So they were contracted to my house from the home warranty company to fix my water heater. So of course the warranty company tells us not to worry everything is covered, well Santiago goes out and tells me they'll get back to me because they have to wait for a authorization code I was so mad at him that I went off on him. So I called the warranty company again to tell them what he was telling me. They tell you what you want to hear of course that's the title of a customer service rep. So when Alamo Plumbing Solutions comes out they call the back line and actually speak to the authorizations department. At first I didn't believe that the home warranty company would try to make me pay anything out of pocket. I Also didn't think they would make me have to wait 2-3 days for them to ship to shop the water heater. Well I went to Alamo Plumbing office to tell them look the customer service rep said I didn't have to wait for my water heater. Santiago was at the office at the time when I showed up. He showed me the confirmation of the water heater being ship to shop and then I was furious I called the back line to the home warranty company which the home warranty company is sneaky and doesn't want the homeowner to call. I felt bad for the plumber because after doing my research I found out that when you call the home warranty company your call is answered by a rep in another state possibly even an other country. He tried to even give me one of is water heaters that he stocked in his office. Of course the warranty company didn't want that either. I am writing this review to thank Alamo Plumbing Solutions for trying their best to help me and I'm sure other home warranty customers. Also be aware they wont pay your plumbing contractor nights or weekends so don't think about them sending anyone after hours or on a weekend. If it sounds too good then maybe it is!!

My home is about 1 1/2 year old and I've been having issues with my garbage disposal. I called and was surprised to hear that they would come take a look at my issue. The tech Daniel was very professional and curious. He completed the job quickly and proficiently.

I was very pleased with the level of service. Alberto and another plumber came on time (not at the end of the service window). Alberto provided me with two estimates based on different ways to resolve my issue and took time to explain each. Within a couple of hours, including time to get the replacement parts for an old faucet, the work was done. No more leak!
