Neighbor just asked me if I knew a good plumber and I had just the company to recommend. It was then I realized I never wrote a review for this most excellent company. And it's been nearly 2 years since Chambliss replaced my main water line from my house to the meter at the street. Their estimate was waaaay below competitors. Sometimes this can be a red flag, but not with Chambliss. Deric was the main guy, I believe. He had to cut about 16 inches off my driveway for several feet. You can barely tell it was cut. They came when they said they would, worked very quickly, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. And the price was VERY reasonable. Great company!

They were prompt in responding to my call and were able to come to my property within 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the service visit did not go well. The technician could have communicated better letting me know how he would proceed and what I could expect. While he was on property, I got a call from a water restoration company asking when they could come by. I had no idea why I was receiving this call as the technician had not given me any updates on what he had encountered. When I asked what was going on, he stated he needed that company to come to my home to cut my wall to diagnose the problem for free, or that he could do it, but it would cost me $200. Just to cut the wall. I did not appreciate the tone of the conversation that followed as I was told I “should find a plumber who could work for next to nothing”.I have worked with other companies before for home repairs and I’ve never felt being taken advantage of. Usually technicians are professional and explain the process of what to expect plus options and I’m always more than willing to pay a fair price for their expertise and work.*post-edit: I contacted another company and they were able to come today as well. They were able to diagnose the problem promptly, offer an explanation of the problem, and provide a solution. The work will be completed in about an hour and a half. Night and day contrast from my experience this morning.

I called Will’s AllPro Plumbing and within an hour the service repair associate came. Aaron Taylor was fast, friendly, professional and made sure we had no questions or concerns. He made sure that he cleaned up the work space and then he explained what he did and how the pipe connected with the house. Excellent service!!!

Very satisfactory experience, Wally, came in and he identity the leak right away and explained what his thoughts were about what happened.. immediately after the service I received a full report with pictures so we can send them to SAWS for a credit!

First of all you showed up on time which is very important. The knew what they were doing. They listen to. They use the right methods to try and get rid of the blockage. When the first attempt didn't work they said they would try something else and would not charge today. After a while the blockage went away and they made sure that it wasn't just temporary by running 300 pounds of water through the clean out. They weren't rushed to get to the next job even though they had been up all night with a job previously till 5 in the morning. Would definitely use them for myself and other clients. Both men were very pleasant.

After the hard freeze on Thursday night, one of our outside faucets cracked. The issue wasn’t noticed until late in the afternoon. Responsive and quickly replaced water heater.

I’ve been using Big City Plumbing for quite some time now for all of my plumbing and emergency plumbing services. Kristin is very professional and caters to my busy work and family schedule. When Homer came out to our house to fix a leak near our water heater, he was able to fix it quickly before we had a house full of guests for the weekend. I will be using these guys for many more years to come.
