Wow! Had a backup problem on a commercial business. Mr. Rooter was able to clear the line, took pictures, and marked the spot with a green X. They said it was a SAWS problem. SAWS came out. The line in the street completely collapsed. They had to replace over 20 feet of pipes. Great work!

We called Premier Monday 8/3/20 and they had someone come out first thing 8/4/20 (Tuesday morning)! Long story short my 5 yr. old flushed a whole bunch of wipes down the toilet. Although they are flushable wipes. It clogged even after using the plunger a few times it would not budge. Austin Cantu came out literally worked his magic in 5-10 mins and my toilet was unclogged and flushing again. He was very knowledgeable and also gave a few suggestions and pointers. We are very happy with his job performance and knowledge he shared with us. Mind you most companies or businesses who come out and do home repairs don’t say much they do their job, take your money and leave. What professionals! From the start with each of the two gentlemen that showed up, Romeo and Pedro, saying yes sir and no sir. After they removed an old failed hot water tank, there were literally 3 drops on a tile floor. Romeo saw this, went out to his truck and came back with a paper towel in hand to wipe it down. Without a doubt, this is THE plumbing company to call for anything. Talk about honesty...They are honest and fair. I had to argue to get them to charge me for some of their work which they said was just a complimentary service. I get that, but if they do the work, they need to be paid. Call them now if you need Any plumbing work! You will be glad you did.

Great service! Worked with another company through my insurance and called Big City for another opinion. Fit me in the next day, took less than 5 minutes to find the problem that was way different than I was told from the insurance plumbers. They fixed it quickly and saved me a lot of money.
