We had an outdoor faucet break, and after a Google search, we called bluefrog for an emergency repair. They came out within 2 hours and, while here, we had them check on a few other plumbing issues we'd been meaning to have looked at --- overall, they repaired the outdoor faucet, replaced the pressure management system, updated a toilet tank, and installed a new water softener (something we had planned to do with another company, but were pleasantly surprised to learn it was a service they offered). The whole team, including Brandon Murphy and Hayden Hopper, was very professional, efficient, on time and communicative. Highly recommended, and would definitely use again when needed!

Mitch with Red Brass Plumbing was honest, fast and did quality work. He explained what our options were and the costs of replacing our water heater. I went with him because of the great reviews on Google; and, I felt good about the fact he was a professional (licenced) plumber.I've used the larger companies and they were constantly trying to upsell me.Mitch and his wife Amy, kept on top of his appointments and I received auto updates when Mitch would arrive via text (very nice feature). I would definitely recommend Mitch for any plumbing needs you have.

Aaron Taylor is a fantastic Technician! He is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He has an excellent work ethic as displayed while he was at my home. Aaron explained what he was doing all along the way which made me feel at ease. I always have lots of questions & he was patient & answered them all. He made some great recommendations for other plumbing needs. My plumbing issue was resolved in a timely manner. Quality work is definitely important but customer service is equally important. We haven't had running water since November and we finally decided to call City Base Plumbing once we had enough money saved up. They sent Angel over and he was able to find the problem, run a quick test, and get our water running within an hour. Called same day for a leak and showed up on time and fixed the job.

Roland's service is professional, courteous, timely, and reasonably priced. They have come to the house twice. The first time was to unclog a bathtub drain. The second time, Darren and Eli came over to unclog a sink drain, replace some sink piping, and tune up a toilet. I recommend their services and will definitely be using them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Will's plumbing for a weekend service, from the dispatcher to Marc and his assistant Fred. They did a great job and really explained things clearly.

I had a leak on the copper pipe of my water heater so I called to make an appointment and I spoke to Fernando and he said Nathan would call me in a few minutes so Nathan did call back within 10 minutes and he told me he would be at my house in 45 minutes and sure enough he arrived at my home within those 45 minutes Nathan was awesome he told me how long it was going to be and a rough estimate I told him that was fine and he got to work and fix the leak and he didn’t charge me an arm and leg and mind you it was a Sunday I will definitely be giving them a call again

Roto Rooter responded quickly to my call for assistance. Within an hour of calling the company, the technician was at my door. The technician, Jose, was very nice and efficient and repaired the problem quickly. I don't know how much these things normally cost, but it seemed like the price was a little steep. For the quick, thorough service though, it was worth it

Confirmed appointment 3 times , got all details including pictures , confirmed again but cancelled without any notice. Had to call them to find that appointment was cancelled. Will not use againUpdate - the response from your end is not accurate, initially when you called me you said yes you are booked but you will check with the team on the ground and get back. After that you called back (which I appreciate) and confirmed that if it is nearby , we can do it. Got my address and then called me back again and said , this is confirmed , one job was done early , they will come to your house. I called after sometime to check estimates etc and asked again for confirmation , the customer service person said , it is confirmed. After that someone else took over the front desk and then called me and asked me whether I can send a picture of problem. I sent the picture and also asked what time you will be here , she said by 1PM. I called around 1:45 to see whether they will be here , she told me that the appointment was cancelled. Please note that I had to call her to understand that the appointment was cancelled , ans I asked why , her response was - this is how plumbing job works, if something takes longer , they will have to cancel the next person in line and move to the next house.This is the first time I am hearing that this is how any business work , but even if that is how it works , why would you not call me and inform me upfront ? The customer has to call the business to understand whether it is already canceled? Please note it was not how you described in the reply, your 2 front desk people (one called the other assistant ) confirmed to me multiple times that you will be here. Even if you cannot , why would I have to wait for you to come and call you back to know that it was cancelled ?

Hands down the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. From their office staff (Lindy & Gabby are the best) to their field guys, I’ve even spoken to the owner, they’re all amazing. They answer every time I call no matter what the issue or question is. Highly highly recommend!!!

I called at about 10 pm on a Sunday and had help coming to my house within the hour..they found the problem and and fixed it right away, quick and efficient. Victor and Juan were very knowledgeable and provided a great service and a clean job.
