I needed a leak fixed and the gentleman never came at the time we scheduled or even gave the courtesy to say he wasn't coming at all.

The company sent a text to confirm appointment and sent a picture of technician named Richard Wenzlaff. The technician quickly accessed the situation . Then gave me three options to correct plumbing issues so that I could decide the best option for my situation. The technician assured me that they had their own people to complete the entire job from start to finish, which was the option I chose .This comes with a 2 year warranty. The pricing was fair for the work done with warranty. The technician that came out to do tile work was very knowledgeable of how to complete tile repair properly and to our satisfaction. His name was John Olivares. If I need any plumbing repairs in the future, I would not hesitate to call Will's All Pro and request these technicians again. Today is a Friday so tile work is to set and cure over weekend. The plumbing technician will call next week to set appointment to install all hardware to complete the job. From the front desk to the installers City Base Plumbing went out of their way to make a difficult water heater return at Home Depot and install of new unit possible. They were extremely patient with return difficulties and followed up with quick and professional install of new unit. Thank you to all.

Joe Enriquez was very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked about my water pressure that seemed to low. He told me that the prv is the value that controls my water pressure. Joe adjusted the valve and I had great water pressure thru out my house. Joe saved me a lot of money by just adjusting the value instead of replacing the value. Thank you Joe.

5/7/2018I called Will's plumbing & Testing Service to install two faucets that I had purchased for an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs bathroom. Marc came out with his helper to do the job. They said it would take about 45 minutes. After about two hours the helper came down and told me I had a whole in my sink. At that time Marc starting grabbing all of his stuff getting ready to leave. I ask him about the whole in my sink. He said it was already there. So I ask him why would I have a new faucet put on a sink with a hole in it? I had also used that sink before they got there...no hole. Marc and his helper were both up under the sink neither one of them said Hey Lady Why Do You Want A New Faucet Put On A Sink With A hole In It. Marc also told me that he took pictures. The Pictures were of everything, but not the hole that he said was already there. Then he started getting in my face and yelling at me that he did not put a hole in my sink. I was so up set with his yelling and lie's that when he went outside to put some of his stuff in the truck I took the rest of his stuff and put it outside my door and locked it. I then called his office and was talking to Sam the office manger to let her know what was going on. Then Marc the starting banging on my door saying I better pay him or he was going to call the cops. I had already given Sam my credit card #. Sam said she was sending the owner Will out. When Will came in he had a box with pieces of my sink in it and told me that some times when sinks are old they might break when pressure is put on them. I understand that, so in order to get my sink fixed I asked him to give me a price for a new sink and toilet. I was going to give him more work and wanted to believe that he was a honest and decent plumber. He's not...They ran my card for $500.27 and I never heard back from him about the hole in my sink. Also this is he run down of Will's Pluming:Will is the owner...Sam is his Daughter. And Marc is his Son-in-law. So if they screw up your plumbing they all stick together. My next E-mail will be to The Better Business Bureau complaints

During recent storm, needed copper elbow repaired...had couple plumbering companies fall through due to improper equipment and supplies, lack of knowledge or unavailability, no water for 6 days...while a neighbor was helping to repair the elbow they reached out to me at noon today to see if I still needed their services, had plumber available same day and fixed right away...they were prompt, professional, efficient, had right equipment and got my water running! Most definitely recommend them...will be using their services in the future...

Highly do not recommend this company. Due to a number of reasons. First, they were not responsive and definitely not on time. Called to schedule an appointment to have an estimate on a plumbing issue. I was told that someone would arrive the following day at 1:00 p.m. On the day of the appointment, I did not once receive a call saying that a technician was on the way or that they were backed up. I had to call myself to see what was going on. I was then told they would arrive anywhere from 1:00-3:00 p.m. I FINALLY received a call around 5:00 p.m. only to be told that they finally had a technician and if I still wanted him to come. I said yes only to be charged $69 for being told that the drywall needs to be open. Also, please be aware of the technician named Joseph Fabela. I highly do not recommend him as your technician! He was unprofessional, rude, and seemed very apathetic.

My beef is we called them out to repair a pipe. We offered more work repairing the toilet. Well they take the easy job of replacing the the toilet but decide to not work on the pipe repair even though that was the major problem needing to be fixed. So they take the easy job but leave the harder more necessary one.We had to call another plumber, that told us they had no problem fixing it.

Technicians were very respectful and professional. They were very informative on how to care for my new Hvac system. . Very happy with new unit.Ignacio came by to inspect work. And was very professional and informative. Very polite young man. Jehad was very respectful , patient and showed me how to run my AC system.
