This was the best plumbing experience of my life!. It happened at midnight,of course, but resolved very quickly. Carlos Medelliln , a JourneymanPlumber, arrived in a hugh red vehicle completely equipped for anydisaster. He cleared my clogged toilet but explained how toilets workand my 1989 model wasn't holding up to the job. The pea trap wastotally filled with paper. The new toilets have improved on this designfunction to allow better water flow. He was able to install a new toiletthe following morning at 8:30. Wow. That's service. This is my second time using 1st Call Plumbing and I had the same technician both times. JJ took his time to explain to me the work and encouraged me to ensure SAWs came out as water couldn't be shut off at street. Thank you for the education and I will be using again.

Sam and Alex came out to do a ac tune up. They found mildew in my ducts and gave me my options. There was some confusion during the financing process (not approved then come to find out my husband was). But, I spoke with someone from financing department who was very unprofessional and summed up since I said I was going to get other quotes I should have just asked that because I was waisting there time. I ended up telling him I would speak to Sam and Alex about it because I was so angry. If it was not for the service techs I would have easily went somewhere else. They ended up doing the job in a timely manner, gave me the information I needed and were understanding. The service techs are truly the ones that turned that incident from negative into positive. Thank you Sam and Alex. I have another appointment for next week to have my water softner checked and depending on this experience will be whether or not I continue business with this company. Im confident if I dont have to deal with another rude finance guy like this time the process will be 100% pleasant and I will be a returning customer.

I tried a couple other plumbing companies in town & they quoted me a lot to fix one valve in one of my bathtubs. Fernando came out & fixed the cold water valve in each of my 2 bathtubs for 2/3 what the others wanted to charge me for one. He was on time & quick to fix the problem. I’ve got a couple other projects that need to be done & I’ve let Fernando know I’ll be calling him again. Great service & professional.

I interviewed several plumbers before finding Gill Plumbing. I had a gas line problem and wanted the job done right. John, the owner, had the best solution and a fair price. We had an issue with our bathroom shower drain. We called Big City and the receptionist was very nice and worked to get us scheduled that same day. Cris and James came out. They were very professional and got the problem solved, corrected and got us all fixed up. It was a great experience and it's why Big City is our plumber of choice.

These guys were great! I put a water shut off on and then the water company upgraded the pressure and if the blew off. You want to talk about a mess! They charged me $38 for the service call but then waived it and I ended up paying $120 with a 1 year warrantee. Very nice kid told us what needed done and did it with a smile and great workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone.

Alamo Plumbing saved me a lot of money and I really appreciate it. Santiago fixed the part that needed to be replaced and I didn't have to buy a new water heater and implement all the new city requirements. I went to Home Depot and they sent someone out who quoted me a CRAZY price. I am thankful for the honesty and ease with which my problem was handled. Debbie E.

I called Gibson plumbing this morning because my pilot light had gone out twice in two days. They were prompt in scheduling me (I got a warranty appointment for the same day) and arrived to my home in less than 3 hours after that.My service provider, Daniel, was prompt, courteous, and made sure I knew what he was fixing, what to expect, and how long it would take to fix.Overall I had an amazing experience. 10/10.

I’m so beyond disappointed. I liked Matthew, the plumber, but unfortunately after 3 days of service (had to call each day to fix the issue), the issue was never fixed. Called Sat and Sun. No response. Decided after 4 days of no hot water that I’d get my own help, which fixed the issue. Paid $3000 for new, defective water heater; new water pressure valve ($1200 charged), and then they tried to charge me $900 for 3 cartridges for 3 faucets. Found out later how much cheaper these parts are, so I was taken advantage of.
