From the very first phone call to Rapid Rooter about my leaking soft water system, up to the new system installation, everything was professional and timely. Chad took some serious time explaining to me why the system was leaking, how I had a seriously undersized system installed by the previous homeowner, and the benefits of soft water and filtration. Our plumber Chris was super knowledgeable, easy to talk to and did a nice, clean, professional install. Rapid Rooter is a top-notch company that installs quality soft water and filtration systems. We will for sure be using Chad and his company again for other plumbing services down the road.

Chris and Chad came out on a Saturday morning to locate the leak in our water main going from the street to our home. Then Chris and Kaleb dug down and made the necessary repair. I appreciated the excellent communication (and pictures) during the process. Highly recommend!

This company hands down is the best! Had an issue and got Absolutely screwed by another company by over $500. They didn't fix the problem and had Chad come out and he actually listened to me and didn't try to sell me something. He showed me what the problem was and explained why it was happening. He explained what he was doing to fix it and showed me what to expect in the next few days. here i am a week later and my issues are fixed only wish i would have called them the first go around.
Had a great experience with them and would recommend them to anyone! The plumber Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly. The receptionist Crystal, hope I remember correctly, was absolutely amazing helping me go back and forth with the property management. Absolutely fantastic company!

Highly, HIGHLY recommend this company! They have taken customer service and professionalism to another level! Not only did they take care of me during my time of need at my home, but they also took phenomenal care of my elderly parents and their needs at their home! Chris was able to move my guest bathroom sink drain and plumbing over about 3 feet in a block wall to accommodate our new vanity: while he was there he also was able to replace a leaky hose bib: he did beautiful work and was super quick! Very happy with their service
Since moving to the area over 17 years ago, we utilized this firm exclusively. They seem to go above and beyond to help with our problems that arise. When they simply cannot assist because of a scheduling issue, they refer us to and arrange for a trusted professional to assist so we are not left hanging. Great service and attention to detail.

From the very start, Rapid Rooter Plumbing treated us like family! Chad and his family are just amazing. Ours was not a cut and dry plumbing issue, but a rather complex one. To ease our concerns, they took the time each day to explain what they planned on doing and worked extremely hard to get the work done. They also took the time to make sure the area(s) they worked in where cleaner than before they found it. We couldn’t be happier with the work they provided. We give them four plus stars. He has also installed water purification system & bidet, along with all the other items above.. Chad is very knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I can trust him to be on time and do great work. Rapid Rooter installed a water softener and a filtration system. They were on time, moved quickly, and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
Chad with rapid rooter is great. I had him install whole house filtration and RO system in my previous house it was great. When I moved to my current home I had him install it again before I even moved in! Also was great when I needed a kitchen faucet replaced that I couldn’t easily access
We hired Chad three times and were happy every time. The first job was a small installation that my husband didn't feel like doing. Chad's price including installation was much lower than we expected it to be. (I hope he made money). So latter when we had trouble with our water filtration system we called him again. We thought that we needed a new system and were ready to buy one. But Chad found a small problem in it and fixed it. If he was dishonest he could have sold us a new system but he didn't. Then we hired him again to do another recent job. He worked fast efficient and clean. We couldn't be happier with his services.

I had a pipe burst under my slab causing damage to my laundry room. I called Rapid Rooter on the recommendation of a friend that had used them. Chad was able to reroute the water pipe through the attic, saving the pain and aggravation of having to dig up the slab and then repair the concrete and tile. I was very satisfied with the service and they were also a low bid.
Chad has been our plumber for over 15 years. He is responsible, honest, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have referred him to all of our friends and we have always been happy with him.
Woke up in the morning to no hot water and a leaking water heater. Called Rapid Rooter 9am and they said they would be out between 2 and 4 that afternoon. At 2:30 Chad showed up and replaced my water heater at a very reasonable cost. When he finished he cleaned up and took the old water heater with him. I contacted Rapid Rooter in response to a dangerous carbon monoxide buildup in my home. Chad explained to me the thermodynamics of a water heater and how the heat generated from the flame will actually remove the carbon monoxide. Turns out my 17 year old water heater while functioning had become a danger for my pets and my family. Chad quickly assessed the situation, installed a new water heater, supply lines and a new flue at a competitive price. I highly recommend Rapid Rooter Plumbing and will continue to use for any future plumbing needs.
