My technician and his apprentice were great. Both were kind, amicable, and professional, and as a first-time homeowner, they made the process as painless as it could be while giving me tips on how to mitigate future issues. I'm not sure how their pricing compares to other plumbers as I didn't shop around and this is my first time hiring one, but given the good work they did, I'd hire them again even if their prices are a touch higher than the competition.

I tried for two days to receive an estimate from this company. Everytime I called there was no one available to speak with me. There are NUMEROUS plumbing companies in Phoenix that can provide better customer service.

I contacted MoonValley plumbing to fix a broken pipe on my grandmothers home that is 60+ years old. They were great to work with from beginning to end. They were able to come out the same day. The plumbers were experienced, they fixed the problem correctly and their charges were very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Moon Valley Plumbing and I will use them again for my plumbing needs in the future! Thank you for taking such great care of my grandmother! A+++++

I have had several occasions to use the services of Accent Plumbing. Every time they provided excellent, professional service. Most recently Travis responded to my request and did a quick job of clearing two drain blockages.

How to begin. My uncle had just passed (who was a father to me) and there was a lot of issues through out his home and coming from California to deal with his estate I had no idea on a good plumber. Please don't forget how emotional my uncle's death was to me and my mental state. So I found 2 Good Plumbers and contacted Joe. I couldn't believe that he answered on my first call and was so understanding and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Since I am not a plumber I spoke in a foreign language, but that didn't stop Joe from knowing exactly what needed to be done. I can't begin to thank him and his company for their kindness and excellent work. I felt when it was done it was done. The cost was the best and he doesn't take you for a ride. If your elderly please use him, he won't take you because your old and a great victim as so many other company do. Joe thank you for everything, I will and have referred you to my family and close friends as the best plumber Phoenix can offer.

Over the last 4 months Ive worked with or contacted 5+ different AC companies. Edgar was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was and how to fix it. The company itself was quick to help me when I called and got someone out to me withing a few hours. I signed up for the Parker Family Plan and can already tell it will be worth the small fee. Very happy with the experience!

Called for a gas line replacement and ended up assisting with a drain problem. I appreciated their help so much we kept going and replaced the bathroom tub, shower and vanity. 1930s houses aren't easy but they made it work.

Awesome service all the way from the first person I talked with in scheduling to Remington who came to do the repair. Our laundry washer valve broke as we were installing a new washer and the condo complex only had the water turned off for a few hours. Remington was able to get the parts, get there and make the repairs within the shutoff time frame. Thanks again!

Man I’d give 6 stars if I could. Where to begin! At first their quote was a little steep understandably as my leak fix was tricky. I was between them and someone else but their office staff called me worked out a deal I couldn’t refuse. Fernando took his time and was as professional and accurate as they come. He even let me watch the process and answered any questions I had. They are lucky to have Fernando, I’ll definitely be coming back because of him when I have another plumbing problem!

Huge shout out to Brandon with Anthony's plumbing! After getting bids for a bathroom remodel they came in far more competitive than the other 4 bids I received. Wasn't trying to "sell" me, very honest and professional! I actually elected to not go forward with the remodel but called a few months later and thought I had a leak on my main line. Brandon being honest again saved me a ton of money as he found the leak was in my sprinkler system and not the line I was thinking. Thank you Anthony's plumbing and specifically Brandon for 5 star service!

The worst thing I ever did was eat a lot of hot mexican food on a 115 degree weather. I ended up destroying my toilet and wall paper. The best decision was to call Arizona Plumbing Services, the true heroes.

I came across Simon’s Plumbing while conducting a search on Nextdoor App. I’m so glad I did! Not only is Simon responsive, he’s punctual, informative, delivers quality service & is very reasonable. We had a water hammer in our home for as long as I can remember. We used several plumbers over the years to fix the problem but it never worked. And then we met Simon. Finding the source of a water hammer is not easy to identify but Simon and his team were determined to find it. I’m happy to say that today was the first day I can remember turning on the shower without hearing that terrible sound. So thank you, Simon! We’re very grateful.
