AZ Same Day service was very responsive to our needs. He was flexible and accomodated our need to reschedule to a later time due to our cleaning service company. His technician first spot treated the carpets where necessary then steamed them to a new condition. we have already scheduled for our next cleaning when our next tenants move out.

I had a water damage in my home 2 months ago I called Apex to dry it out. I was so upset I cried when they came to the house. Rich helped me through all the insurance paperwork and dealt with the insurance company because my English is bad. Rich called me daily to see how I was doing even after I put my house together. I just had my fireplace cleaned and inspected. Shaun was 20 minutes early which was great! He was polite and gave me a few pointers. He also advised me I didn't in fact need a stopper installed on the damper since it isn't gas and is real wood burning. He was done in about 30 minutes. He collected payment ($150) and carried on with his day. It wasn't until he left when I noticed what mess was created in the process. He had put down a blanket to protect my fresh paint and floors but that didn't seem to help. Im not sure if the dirt blew around or if the blanket was dirty. Regardless, I would have hoped he'd cleaned up after himself instead of commenting on my nice paint job. Now Im left scrubbing and it just keeps spreading on the base and walls. That is my only concern. Its annoying after spending money for a professional service.

They used to be fabulous! In the last 2-3 years the communication is ZERO! The service is hit or miss. I'm not sure when you complain that they're telling us the truth. The price keeps going up and performance keeps going down!
