I called Todd needing a key made for a car that was going to my nephew. I had made a few calls to a couple other auto locksmith companies and ironically, two of them referred me to Todd. I had not seen the car before and was told it was a 1989, which later I found out in person it was actually a 1998 on the title. Despite Todd's work truck being in the shop for repairs, he still came out at the appt time on time. When he got to the house with the car, it turns out there actually was a key for it but was not programmed. Todd was honest about the key when I didn't know there was one and only charged me for reprogramming. Thanks for being a stand up guy. Great service, on time, and really nice and honest guy!

First time for everything. Locked my keys in the car. Long story. I found Advanced Lock Services on Google and called. He has very responsive and provided me with a time frame on when he will arrive. Then he called again to let me know he was 15 mins away. He was on time and did a great job! Very quick. No damage to the car. I’m holding on to his business card for sure.

Truly can't even put into words how awful my experience was with ACME locksmith. I urge any potential customer to think twice before utilizing this service. Not only will you be left high and dry when the 30 day warranty expires shortly after your installation, but you will be undervalued and dismissed as a customer.

The company installed a lock for our company that utilized a remote control. Installing the lock was a huge headache in itself since the company sent us the wrong lock initially. About a month later (right after the hardware warranty expired), the lock started to act up so I called the number on the quote. Even though I clearly specified our customer information, the woman on the line (Amber), did not look up our invoice to confirm what services and hardware we had purchased. She then proceeded to insist that I hadn't purchased a lock with them and that we had bought another cheap device and then hung up on me. After recovering the invoice number from my files in order to confirm our purchase, I called back a total 4 times. Each time I was urged that Eric would be calling me back shortly. I was never called back and left to handle the issue myself even though the service warranty was still in effect. Truly an awful experience - and i hope this account saves someone else from a similar experience.

The assistance from Expert Locksmith was excellent and quick. After making a late-night call to them, the door was fixed the next day at a very affordable amount. He also made a point of visiting the following day even though he didn't have to.
