Jerry, the estimator, was a very good communicator, both via phone and email.

Then came Dustin to install, very professional and kept the area clean and neat, hauling off the old windows and material. At the close of the install, he asked if he could show us how the window works, since they were sliding and how to manipulate the screens for window cleaning and/or removal. He was very friendly and professional and took the necessary time.

Very please with Az Windows and will use them to gradually replace all of our windows.

Weekend window replacement isn't for people on a budget, but Sunny State (Dwayne) was honest, kind, fast, and did amazing work! I called him at 10am on a Saturday and the job was done by 12:30! He cleaned the broken glass outside, gave me great advice, and was the nicest contractor I've ever worked with! Will definitely use again and recommend to friends!

Valleywide glass really helped us out when no one else would. Call after call to other company’s that fix residence glass and no return calls or just not willing to take the job on.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! 5 stars is an understatement for the work these guys did. Not only were they FAST, they are completely affordable & extremely informative. I wanted my back door replaced so they showed me the different options and helped me pick the best one. The guys that came to my home were very personable & I never felt uncomfortable for one minute while they were getting the work done. They will forever be my go to glass company!!

So happy with Superior Glass! They were quick to respond and I was surprised at how much better their price was than the other company I called. The guys did an excellent job and had my 2 home windows back to normal that day. My wife even commented about how professional and respectful they were while in our home. Attempted multiple times to contact and schedule a quote for 2 weeks with no answer/call-back. No indication on their website or voicemail that they are either out for the holidays or closed, or providing some other reasoning. I would not trust any work be completed by this company if they can't even return a simple phone call.

Came to my Biz about 6 weeks ago & diagnosed leaks in office windows & told me they can fix & will get us a quote. Never heard from em again. Been trying to get call back ever since. Promised prompt call back every time. NADA but windows still leak and now likely mold mold. Thx!!!

I came in to get my windshield replaced because it had acquired a few cracks in it and I wanted to get it taken care of before monsoon season hit. There is a cancellation for an earlier appointment, and the company called me asking if I would like to come in earlier, which I told them I could, and I did! Did! They were thorough and checking out the car, to make sure there were no extra dings or cracks that I was unaware of, and was told it would take about 2 hours. Windshield was replaced within an hour, and was told what to do and what not to do for the next 48 hours while everything's set. The people there were very sweet, the atmosphere was laid back, and the technician who helped me was very informative and answered any questions I had. Will definitely go here again if I have any issues or need any other work done for my car :)

I called to get my windshield replaced earlier this week. I spoke with Bryan on the phone, who was very knowledgeable and accommodating, setting up an appointment for someone to come out today at my work. Clayton was the one who came to do the job. He was very nice and professional and got the job done quickly! He also relayed the aftercare information clearly and concisely. I would definitely recommend this service to others. They made what I thought would have been a headache a quick and painless process!

Nice work at a good price

After having 14 windows and 2 patio doors replaced in our Fountain Hills, AZ. home by Illumination Window and Door we had to hire a competent installer to remove all the windows and replace with new properly sized windows. Thanks to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and Milgard Windows the project is finally complete after two years of Illumination Window refusing to take responsibility for the inferior installation. The patio doors were salvaged by removing and correctly reinstalling, we now have properly installed patio doors that look great and sliding screen doors don't fall out when opened and closed. We originally chose Milgard Ultra retrofit windows to avoid stucco removal and replacement but that all changed thanks to Illumination Window and Door not knowing how to size and install this type of window. Sadly all of the replacement windows required stucco cut back due to the damage to the existing window frames by the Illumination Window installers. When we had an AAMA certified installer inspect the windows it was determined the installation did not meet Milgard Window installation guideline. In the end the project cost us an additional $7K to resolve. Our hope is that this never happens to anyone else. Stay far away from this company they’ve destroyed many homes.
If they were competent they would know that a properly installed retrofit window is sized to fit inside the existing window frame, they simply had no clue and we trusted Mr. Cullotta knew what he was doing....thanks for all the problems you left us with to resolve. Stay far away from this company as expressed on Yelp reviews and Arizona Registrar of Contractors website.
