It was great working with Phoenix Home Remodeling! Overall the experience was amazing. From start to finish it went smoothly. The final outcome was impressive. They Remodeled our kitchen and left the before and after difference was out of this world.

Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

I selected Holtzman out of a large group of local companies as they seemed to have the best understanding and appreciation of what I wanted done, and were within price expectations. Rob Hardee was my Project Manager and my go to person.

The scope of work was as follows. The previous owner of my house enclosed the patio into an additional room but made some decisions that made is susceptible to water. The room flooded during the massive rain back in 2014. Since then we were keeping it clean but unused until we could afford to repair.

When it came time to repair we knew we wanted two things, raise the floor to the same height as the rest of the house, and remove concrete on the side of the house that was higher than the room. Most companies wither wanted to repair in place and not raise the room or do a full demo of everything. Rob Hardee was open to some alternatives recommended by friends of mine in the industry, he carefully considered the the options and we went with what I felt was the best option.

We did not overrun budget with the exception of a small amount on tile as the cost of tile we picked was higher than the estimate. With the refinancing boom we came to the table expecting that many construction companies were going to be stretched thin, but Rob was responsive to questions and communicative throughout the whole process so we were not concerned.

Absolutely will use HHI again when I have more remodeling to do.

In addition they removed my old popcorn from garage. Crew was always on time and started the date agreed upon. Only thing I would of liked to see was more thorough clean up around the garage door assembly. Otherwise I was very satisfied with the work.

I currently work for Ben and finally found an employer that isn’t afraid or to good to bust his butt day in day out on the whole project with his employees! He is very meticulous, knowledgeable, and extremely accurate in all of his projects. He is the definition of a caring boss and professional businessman!... When I first walked into Trinity Remodeling and met the owner Anthony, I explained my frustration with the long waiting time estimates for kitchen remodeling I was given by competitors. Not only did he fulfill his promise to get my kitchen cabinets and quartz countertop project completed within a much shorter time period, but he far exceeded my expectations in so many ways. He was able to work within my budget. Anthony is a hand's-on owner who does not disappear after you sign a contract. I put it in his hands to create the plan working with my existing layout. I am so glad I did because he has excellent design vision no matter the space size he is presented. Anthony came to my house several times to check on the progress and called me often to ensure I was pleased. Each phase of the project was timely and smooth from demolition to the end. Every person or team he chose, whether it be demo team, cabinet and countertop installers, electrician or plumber....ALL were communicative, punctual, courteous, tidy, and excellent at their craft. The office support staff often called me to check in to ensure things were going smoothly. I was extremely pleased with my kitchen transformation. There were no surprise costs, as things were discussed up front about what could be added on if deemed necessary and those costs were very reasonable as was the total cost. I give Anthony 5 stars also in character as he truly cares about those who trust him to deliver.

I can’t say enough good things about Jose’ Granda and Graco Home remodeling. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done efficiently and to our liking. I personally have never had a better customer service experience. Rarely would I ever rate anything a 10, but this was just that. We were recommend this company through a friend for our shower remodel. The owner Veny is great to work with. He spent the time explaining everything to us since this was our first remodel project. His patience and good communication really stood out. His team was great and did quality work. We got our shower remodeled and new bathroom countertop. He was able to customize everything to our liking and needs. I would highly recommend this company and their work.
