I have used Diamondback plumbing several times in the past and have always received top notch service. Their latest trip were concerned with our sewer main backing up as it had a few times in the past. They came out and did an inspection and found that we didn't have any issues. I just bought a home, the regulator to the house was broken and the water heater was not installed to code. I was able to get an appointment scheduled <1 week out in a time slot that worked for me. Roger Armstrong showed up earlier than the scheduled time and completed the work in less than 2 hours (removed/installed regulator and correctly plumbed the water heater). The quality of the work was outstanding, and everything is working great now; I would definitely recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing.

Copper Pipe had a hole with slow leak. Of course noticed it 2 day before thanksgiving. Called Tues morning, came out same morning and repaired it. Much more reasonable than I expected. Very happy customer. Will def use them again !!

Andrew was terrific. He handled himself with grace even when I was very angry and upset with One Guard for denying to replace a flapper in a toilet claiming it was pre-existing condition. I did explain rather loudly that I have lived in the house for less than a year and have never ever used any harsh chemicals in any toilet . When I did ask Andrew what it would cost to replace the flapper I got even madder since I had already paid One Guard $69 service fee and the cost of a $12--$15 part + $60 more dollars would have made the cost over $120. I told Andrew I would have my son fix it. Andrew left very gracefully. I did try to get in touch with One Guard but never got through. Thanks to Andrew's dedication and quick thinking he had called his boss. His boss okayed on good faith for Andrew to come back and replace the flapper. Andrew did come back and replaced the flapper quickly. Thank you Andrew, I appreciate your helpfulness and withstanding my anger with such calm. Peerless was referred to me by a friend who had used them to fix a sewer pipe issue utilizing the NuDrain trenchless repair system. I had just completed renovating a 4-plex before realizing the sewer pipes needed to be replaced. The sewer issues were an immediate problem when occupants moved in.



I set an appointment up with Peerless and they diagnosed the issue and provided a solution (NuDrain trenchless repair). Peerless ended up doing a phenomenal job. After starting the job, they ran into an unforeseen issue that was quite out of the ordinary with the way the sewer lines had been repaired in the past. This issue required them to replace a fitting that

was several feet down underneath the vanity of one of our our newly renovated units. Any other contractor or plumber would have needed the vanity removed creating quite a mess and cost. But the Peerless guys went in and completed what I would have thought an impossible task, working with the vanity in place. In 48 hours, they repaired everything as if they had never been in there. These guys are pros.



Not only that, there was no change order for the work that was outside of their original scope. The level of customer service, competency, and communication is top notch. I’ll be using them again.

Our outside laundry had been backing up, Rooter Ranger came out and assessed it. The first technician was pleasant and after his initial inspection admitted he would need his supervisor to scope our line. They were super open about the whole process, showing us the collapsed pipe. They explained that it would require replacement. They hydrojetted the lines and rescoped them for me. Showing clearly the collapsed portion of line. Mike T was quick about getting us a quote, he gave us a number of options as to how to fix the problem, and the pros and cons of each. We decided to have a whole new septic line laid for our kitchen, and laundry. We even worked out the addition of a whole bathroom.



They litterally had a team out digging the next day at dawn. My (retired from construction) father has been out inspecting their work, and has had nothing but good things to say. We are day 5 into the project and they already have the concrete poured back in for the majority of the project. I would highly recommend them.

Well, Firstly, I was having trouble with my water heater, it wasn't working, Then, I went on google looking for plumbers in the local area, I happen to come across Laszlos plumbing. Then, I figured that I would do them a favor by giving them business. So, I called and talked to someone and gave him the description of the water heater and he basically told me everything that I needed to hear. So, he asked me if I wanted a technician to come out and look at the water heater, just to look at it, it was $75 dollars. So the technician comes out the next morning and looks at it without touching it and charges me $75 dollars just to look at it, so basically, everything that I needed to know was already told to me over the phone, so basically, I wasted $75 dollars, I wish the man who was talking to me over the phone would have told that to me that it wasn't necessary to send someone over, and on top of that, the guy that came over had a bad attitude as well.

Adam responded quick and came back as soon as our bid for the repair was approved. The repair was very quick, in and out. ???
