My Technician - Jay Johnson - was great! Showed up on time, good sense of humor and fixed my ceiling fan issue quick. They didn't overcharge which is always a fear when hiring a contractor.

Will definitely be using these guys again.

I had Mr. Electric acquire and install a Generac whole house emergency generator powered by natural gas. I cannot say enough about how positive the experience has been. First, I should mention that delivery of the required distribution panel from Generac was significantly delayed due to COVID... but obviously that is NOT a reflection on Mr. Electric in any way. Having said that, every interaction with Mr. Electric - including every single employee involved was professional and instilled confidence. The initial consultation proved very important because I needed to understand every aspect of how the system was going to work and ensure that the planned equipment, installation and configuration was going to meet my needs. The planning, permitting, and inspection processes throughout were smooth and ensured the project's success. The quality of the equipment is outstanding and the installation was absolutely PERFECT. I have no trepidation recommending Mr. Electric and will absolutely engage their services in the future. They are very capable, communicative, and courteous. I should also mention that Mr. Electric was recommended to me by a company that installs large commercial generators (not residential)... and THEY could not say enough good about Mr. Electric... and they were right.

Called 3 times and still no call back about moving an electrical line.

Made a difficult job easy installing a recessed light above my sink was done in less than 90 minutes and they cleaned up nicely after the job very professional.

I was delighted to learn that he was NOT charging a service call fee - as too many companies are these days. Good companies who do the right thing know that happy customers will bring them business - service call fees will not! 24 Hr Valleywide Electric will be our first call when an electrical problem arises in the future!

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

The Phoenix Electrician we hired from Meade Electric Co. did a great job for us. We called a couple other places and they were the only ones to come out on a Saturday. Ask for Tony he was a pleasure to work with.
