George evaluated the damage to our residence and put a plan together to address the issues quickly. He coordinated with my insurance adjuster, and assigned a crew who performed in a highly efficient, organized manner. They took great care in removing the damage and left everything neat and tidy each day when they left. Everyone was professional, polite, and caring. All of my questions were answered throughout the process, which helped ease my concerns during this unfamiliar and stressful experience. I was kept informed every step of the way from the first visit to the conclusion of the project. I had water damage in my home, Greg and Frank came out. They were extremely knowledgeable, quick and efficient.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are scammers. At first they promise so much stuff, are so nice then they turn around and charge whatever they want. Ridiculous charges too that of course insurance would not cover. Now they are threatening to put a lien on my house. NOT COOL! Do not work with them. Do your research first. I wish i had checked reviews because they do this to multiple people.

When a pipe under my kitchen sink burst and flooded my house, I was not only devastated but I felt completely lost. I am extremely fortunate that I found Ryan at Square One Restoration. He immediately put me at ease from the very beginning. His confidence and calm demeanor were extremely reassuring. I was unable to go to a hotel during the reconstruction as I couldn't leave my horses unattended, but Ryan provided daily updates on what work was being done and what time the crews were expected to arrive the next day. I feel like he moved mountains to make sure I was as comfortable as could be expected during this whole process, living in a home that had bare floors, bare walls, no kitchen sink, etc. Whenever I had questions, Ryan was always responsive and patient...no matter how silly my questions may have been.
I would leave for work in the mornings and I would come home to find noticeable progress towards completion each day. Ryan even made sure that his crew knew that my cats were locked in one of the bedrooms and were not to be let out while the construction was being done. He even had a back up plan if one escaped ( shut all the outside doors ASAP ).
Ryan dealt with my insurance adjuster(s), even when they were non-responsive. He politely kept on them to keep things moving. I had an upcoming surgery that would render me practically bed-ridden for awhile so it was imperative that the reconstruction be completed prior. Ryan made it happen. I have practically a brand new home and I am so thankful for how smoothly this whole process went. My home is absolutely GORGEOUS and I have no doubt the outcome would have been very different had I not found Ryan at Square One.

Zona Restoration is an incredible company! They are quick and efficient (we had our ceiling fall out from water damage and they had the room cleaned, prepped and drying in the same day). Everyone was more than helpful and each person that came to the house was knowledgeable about what they were doing and why they were doing it. They were also super accommodating and worked with our schedule (we have 3 little kids and naps are very important). They went above and beyond what I expected. I would not hesitate to call Zona Restoration if we ever need their services again!

Andrew Wilson installed a hot water heater for me on 3/2/17. Not only was the service great, but it was 1/2 the price of Parker and Sons, Prof Plumbing, and Penguin Plumbing. A++++ all the way and I going to use next time I need plumbing help.

Great company

I'm overall disappointed with my experience using Servpro Scottsdale to remediate water damage from a neighbors toilet in my bathroom. They removed the toe kick on my vanity without asking my permission as well as the art on my walls. The art was stored in my living room behind chair. Not even a mention to me first. The original team who assessed damages and installed the drying equipment were not the same people who returned the following day to reassess the progress. Of course, the new team found additional damage. In other words, another day of water damage transpired (in some areas) without remediation due to an oversight by the first responders. The project manager lacked empathy and used semantics and contradictions when attempting to explain the process and paperwork. I did not care for his style of communication whatsoever. Generally speaking, I feel the remediation process was less successful than it should have been. Communication between me and the project manager/technicians was fragmented and inconsistent. Techniques and processes were not properly explained. When I pressed for answers - there were inconsistencies abound. I do not not recommend this company and would not trust them to properly remediate water damage in the future.
