They took great care in removing the damage and left everything neat and tidy each day when they left. Everyone was professional, polite, and caring. All of my questions were answered throughout the process, which helped ease my concerns during this unfamiliar and stressful experience. I called a few companies and Next Gen was the only one that returned my call and came out to the house to inspect the roof leak. It was a bad month for storms because I had to call them out a few more times. They came out quickly and did what was needed to prevent more damage. Flooded my house. And they got everything taken care of. Was respectful and very professional.

This company is not reliable. They were hired to dry out areas that were water damaged. After their amateur attempt to dry out the area, we were told it was dry and safe to drywall. Even after being paid, the water was never cleaned up or dried and they left a mess for us to clean up. They moved items on top of puddles, leaving items to rust! The walls were not dried out which caused the brand new dry wall to stain and eventually need replaced again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were repeatedly lied to and their employees no showed on several occasions.

Had a sewage line Collapse causing major damage. QR came in cleaned up the damage. Kyle came in from QR and worked with my insurance company and got the work approved. His crew started the remodel, they were friendly, on time and help me with my Concerns.

First Onsite started drywall on a project last December, but left everything else unfinished. They tried to tell me they needed to replace my entire upstairs floorboards even though only a few boards we're damaged. Replacing my upstairs flooring would have resulted in a minimum cost of over 1,000 in excess parts alone. When I located the replacement model, the technician told me the model was out of stock and if he found it the tint would not match. While I was being ghosted by First Onsite, I found another contractor to replace my floorboards using the model I found and it was a perfect match. Months later First Onsite tries to bill me for repairing everything when all they did was drywall. I sent them documentation of the unfinished work and requested a corrected invoice. It took them two months to send an updated invoice and the new invoice still included costs for things that were not done. Though I was promised an updated invoice a copy months ago I still haven't seen one. In the meantime they have tried to issue a lien on my home twice. Both times I have had to contest the lien referencing the unresolved billing issues. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. It is nearly the end of October and my billing issues are not resolved. I'm surprised they have 4 stars. Maybe they treat companies better than people. 11/5 update: this matter is now resolve. Updating review from one star to two stars.
