Craig was quick to respond to my initial phone call. He came out and provided excellent service that was fair and honest. Pricing for the product he sold to me was fair and a lot less than his competition. Would recommend him without question. Work was done professionally.

the whole experience was fantastic. the installers did a great job and kept the work place clean. they made sure all areas were covered during installation and cleaned up after they were done. Greg kept me informed when the crews would be arriving during the install. cant wait to get the other windows done.

Chris was very informative, high energy, and really knew his stuff! We’re considering windows, but tied to HOA requirements, so we have more research to do.

My homebuilder uses them to install bathroom mirrors and accessories (towel rods, toilet paper holders, etc). They weren't able to install them prior to us closing on the home and it's been a nightmare getting them to come back. First time they came the master bath mirror was cut wrong so they couldn't install. One of the installation crew stole my neighbors dog that day and refused to admit it until he was told there was video evidence of it. He left to bring the dog back and then they haven't been back.. no showing 3 appointments (12-4pm windows) now with no apology or call to reschedule. I called to verify they were coming today and was told yes but again - no show. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company!

When I was looking for an auto glass shop, I thought that I would have to go sit in line at some shop around town. I was able to find these guys through an online search, and I will tell you what I was impressed by. They were able to book me an appointment that I could work into my daily schedule. They did the car glass replacement and completed it on time. I would use their services again.

Jesse Mingus was the guy who did the tint on my vehicle and gave me additional info on other services the company offers. He was very professional.

Katie was able to help me quickly and get me set up with an appointment when worked for me. Scott was able to come out to my home right on time and replace my windshield on my car. Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
