HomeAdvisor recommended this business. They sent a guy Daniel to my house and did estimation on a Saturday. He said he has time next Monday. I called their office to have an appointment and Daniel would come to my house from 8:00 - 11:00 AM next Monday. But he never came. I called Daniel, he was busying on another task and not sure when he would be able to work at my house. I called their office, but they hanged the phone on me twice without saying a single word. Daniel said he would ask the office to call me, but the call did not come.No credibility as a business. No apology, not even an explanation from their office. Just avoided to talk to me. The office had the work schedules for that Monday so that they knew my phone number. When they saw it's my call, they simply turned off the call.

Called for a gas line replacement and ended up assisting with a drain problem. I appreciated their help so much we kept going and replaced the bathroom tub, shower and vanity. 1930s houses aren't easy but they made it work.

They sent a technician to check out my water leak from my Solar Water Heater and made some recommendations. They also sent a specialist to detect any black mold that may have leaked into the walls and luckily there was none. The companies I called before Simons, one was actually Rooters, didn’t want to come on a Sunday night (9:30pm) and just said they had appointments all through the night(!!). Anyhow, Simons plumbing were extremely nice and understanding, and 15 minutes later at our home and solved the issue! (Broken pool-water-stopper) From now on this is my plumbing company to go! So friendly and professional, I really recommend them to everybody!

Just moved into a new home in Robson Ranch, Eloy AZ. Had these guys install a whole house water filtration and softner system and a reverse osmosis filter for drinking water and ice maker. They are professional and show-up on time. Did a great job and were neat and tidy. When setting up the water system to the refrigerator ice maker they could have taken a short cut with the connectors they had but they told me they wanted to do it right so they drove into town to pick up the connectors they wanted to use, a 20 minute drive back and forth and after 5:30 in the afternoon, wow. Can't say enough about this company, do not hesitate, if you need a plumber for any reason just give them a call.

Matt Schwander at A.P.E.S. was awesome. He was so efficient and professional. Friendly and good at his work. Thank you for replacing the water heater so quickly. There was hot water again in no time and no more leak on the garage floor from the previous busted tank. ??????

I called GB on an emergency basis and the team arrived within an hour. I told the team that a fuse in the main electrical box was blown and needed to be replaced. The team did not start with the electrical box, but rather started with a diagnostic review, then went to the electrical box and determined that a fuse was blown. The team did not have the type/size fuse that was needed with them. They could only get the fuse if the supplier opened the store and one of their people brought the fuse out to my house. While waiting for the fuse to be brought out to the house, the GB team fixed two breakers in an electrical panel that were not properly installed. The GB team was knowledgeable and professional. The only quarrel I had with their service is that I think they should have had the required fuse with them and the fuse box should have been examined first. Although I agreed to pay extra for emergency service, I did not expect to pay over $900 to have a fuse replaced.
