After an unexpected flooding of my apartment I was introduced to insult to injury by the Apartment Management as they refused to acknowledge any repairs that might be done on the unit resulting in an argument and my lease being terminated. I contacted the Water Mold Fire Restoration about a water damage claim and they came out very quickly. Their staff was all very polite, competent, and professional. They took care to protect the carpets and floors outside of the working areas. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work.

DRR was quick, empathetic and effective. I had another restoration crew tell me that I needed to replace the whole floor after a water burst and to not even attempt to dry the floor. DRR came in and dried everything up and took care of the project in about a week. Highly recommend

Remodeled a home built in the 70s that consisted of asbestos. I called Concept from a recommendation - they came out next day, inspected, and provided a quote to remove all drywall and insulation. They showed up on time, were very clean, communicated well and wrapped up the work on time per the schedule. Great service - great people and great value.

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

I was going to replace the innards ofthe commode in our Home. I couldn’tget the “FLAT NUT” loosened so I could havejust replaced the inside flow valve. THEcommode was in a very very tight spot,and my fat pliers wouldn’t work . So wecalled Roto Rooter, and within a reasonabletime a man named Troy came out.
