Justin was fast and friendly fixing my garbage disposal issue. The disposal itself worked fine but there was a leak somewhere. At first he thought it would need to be replaced, but after taking it apart realized the person who attached it initially just didn’t do it right, so he reattached the original correctly, tested it and it works fine with no leaks. I think he was in and it in 20 mins or less.

Paul, Russ, Chad, Dan and Stefan are very professional, honest, thorough and passionate about their work. They worked on my A/C, and they did such a great job. Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

I called Parker & Sons today my AC wasn’t working on the first warm day of the season. This winter I had inadvertently turned off the breaker switch. And had forgotten to flip it back. So the service man came out and determined the problem.and flipped it back. Problem solved. I had thought it would show some class and PR not to charge me. But since I had agreed to the service call price of $95, of course I was charged and paid this price. I doubt a smaller company would have charged me this fee, but not Parker And Sons, was charged the full price. How about building some nice customer relationships? Will remember this, Have a nice evening.
