DiamondBack helped me confirm that I had a slab-leak in my old home and ran a reroute on a separate day shortly after. The work was done quickly and professionally. Price was fair and below what I had expected. I had to patch up the drywall myself from the work but no big deal. Most plumbers won't patch drywall anyway.

George has just finished a great job replacing my kitchen faucet and corroded valves. I would highly recommend George and Custom Plumbing. He cleaned everything up and was very polite and professional. I plan to have the remaining valves in the house replaced so I have no unexpected caaualties. Thanks again George.

We had such a good experience from the first time we contacted Simba Plumbing. We got a quote over the phone and it was less than HALF of what the competition wanted! Travis was very awesome at install checking in during the day and installing within the time frame estimated. Will only use them!

Hot water heater was leaking on Sunday so my husband called Ben Franklin Plumbing...we got a response immediately. They sent out their technician Egson Osmani who assessed the heater and determined that it did need to be replaced. Egson took the time to find out if our current heater was still under warranty...because it was a Sunday the manufacturer's were not in so he called them first thing on Monday Morning, got the necessary information and called us right away. We also had follow up calls from Ben Franklin's Corporate making sure everything was to our satisfaction. We made the decision to go with Ben Franklin, Egson was at our home by 10:30 Monday morning to change out the heater. Because of Egson, his knowledge of the products, his professionalism and no pushy sales approach and Ben Franklin's Corporate staff this has been one of the best experience's that we have had with a service team. Highly recommend!!!!!

Pruitt's was able to get a tech over on a Friday afternoon to install a water heater. They saved us a weekend of cold showers and that was worth 5 stars alone! The price was great and the tech did an equally great job. Will highly recommend.

Owner came to my house to do an estimate he seemed rushed he was there 11mins could not have left any quicker. Told me he would email me the estimate the next morning. I have yet to see anything come through. Very unprofessional, if you do not want to do the job either just tell me or over bid the work. I'm posting this for others be be aware.

Well, the excellent reviews I thought were too good to be true-but...They responded, set the appointment up (same day) called when hewas on his way. On time, handed me a card identifying the service rep thatwould be performing the problem(s. ) Performed what I need initially, and recognizedchanges that we really need to make due to additions we have made to the backyard.We had used a different electrician in the past and really questioned the results.Glad we did, ethical, professional and the representative (service technician) deservesa raise-good guy-good hire-great Company.

Paradise Valley is a family owned and staffed company so we are going to get the same people on each visit who know us and we know them. Plus Paradise Valley Plumbing has been established here for a long time so we don't have to worry that they wouldn't be here the next time we call.

What a treat to be able to get efficient, fast and pleasant people to come at a moment's notice! While I thought it was only a leak under the sink, they were able to replace the garbage disposal (had one in the car!) and unclogged the sink all in one go. They were able to come the day I called them and fit me in and the extra work was not a problem! They were lovely to deal with and cleaned up nicely after they finished. Great with my dogs, too! Thank you SO much!!! Will be calling you again!

It has already made a huge difference and we are ready for the summer.Bill S who came to do an estimate on replacement of 2 units has been always very responsive and has answered all my e-mails and calls even if it was Sunday.We requested a few quotes and I wondered with some of the other companies if they truly wanted my business as some representatives came to do an estimate but never sent me a quote or responded to my e-mail.Hays quotes were very aggressive but they have earned our business not just by having lower cost but also by their attentiveness.The crew was excellent and once they installed A/Cs and left it was like they were never there.Not one piece of trash left behind.​Hays installed 3 A/C units at my husband's work and now they have replaced 2 units in our home.We will be highly recommending Hays to anyone who can benefit from their outstanding service.

Jair responded to a blown copper line in my backyard that came from my kitchen to serve irrigation. He respectfully looked for other options but we had to chip away a little stucco on the house which I had already planned on. The final installation was much better than what I had before, I am very happy with the service.

It is with great trepidation that I involve myself with my old adversary, the computer, but I feel compelled to share my Sunny Plumber experience. Unfortunately we had a plumbing problem but fortunately it was Sunny Plumber to the rescue. Our technician, Mike, was very knowledgeable & did a fabulous job for us. He was able to take care of our problem quickly & efficiently. I am retired & my wife disabled for the past 26 years. Mike & his Supervisor, also named Mike, worked with us & helped us tremendously.
