I contacted Solar Topps earlier today, the company that installed the Solar Panels at my home. An Engineer (Aneal) called me a short time later. I told him what my issues were (not being able to monitor the wattage my Panels was generating), so he ask me if I mind if he could disconnect so he could do some research, he called back promptly as he promised. Aneal walked me through everything that I need to do to understand how to log on the Solar Edge support site and monitor the output of my Panels. I had been at this for about a week and was about ready to give up. Thank you Aneal. I really appreciated you help.

Great service, great product, fast install

So I dealt with Mark, Chris, and Natalie at Aneva. This installation was for a rental property and I was out of state. I cannot tell you the planning and coordination Aneva had to go through during Covid to get this done. I really want to thank the whole team for the time, effort, and energy. We recently had our inverter go out at the worst possible time (summer) and wasn’t notified for over a month and a half. I realized my system wasn’t working when I got my first APS bill in two years for hundreds of dollars. So I ended up paying APS and my solar company at the same time for 2 months. Needless to say, I was frustrated. However, Eric at Custom Home Services was punctual, empathetic and accommodating to my situation. Eric was able to get me back some of the money I had to pay APS while my inverter was down. The fact that Custom Home Services was willing to meet me halfway and Eric‘s customer service deserves 5 stars!

You want to talk about true customer service then this is the company you want to go with. My initial contact with Roenic was through an appointment, but we couldn’t get the deal done. He followed up with me a few month later and finally got everything approved then the process started. They ensured I was informed throughout the whole building process. They helped me understand what was occurring and what steps I needed to take after install to get my system operational. The professionalism and commitment to excellence is top notch.

Don't take the Costco Bait - shop around. I began looking into solar and saw that Costco had an affiliation with Sunrun, whereby they offer Special Costco pricing. I spent an hour on the phone with a sales rep and she was very nice and went through things in good detail and then she hit me with the price. I needed to do a double-take and then a triple take. I'm not sure if they're assuming that if you shop at Costco, you won't shop around, they're giving Costco a huge kick-back or have a fairly expensive marketing plan, or all of the above, but they were more than 3X the next highest quote (I received 4 other quotes that were all very consistent). She tried to tell me that the equipment they provide is the best of the best, however, the company I ultimately selected is using the exact same panels. SHOP AROUND.
