We received a few quotes for the painting of the exterior of our home. Extra Mile wasn't the cheapest or the highest, but pretty much in the middle. Joe came out for the estimate and got us scheduled right away. He, along with his crew, was professional, responsive and on time. We have already recommended them to several of our neighbors and friends.

So excited about my new paint job.  Painters were prompt, showed up on time, cleaned up better than I would!! The work is excellent, communication with the main office superb. Can't say enough good about this company.

During the initial call to Travis, he was very transparent about his timeline. After an initial assessment of the paint job I requested, he provided a professional packet that outlined the job that not only included the cost, but every detail down to the painting tape. Although my appointment was months away, Travis kept in touch with me. And at the appointed time, he walked through the job again with his employees to ensure that all nail holes were covered and they were clear on my paint choices for each room. It was a 3-day job, Christian and Zack (sorry if I misspelled the name) were polite and professional as they checked in with my husband and me throughout to ensure that we were pleased with the work. There was NOT a point during this process that Travis and his employees were not taking care of us.

The crew was great-- they reported on time each day, executed a quality paint job in record time, cleaned up after themselves, and were so professional & customer-service oriented. The owners where phenomenal to work with, professional, well-spoken, customer-service oriented; they are licensed & bonded, Joe was flexible and came out to quote the job on a weekend, incredibly responsive via email/text, and offer multiple/convenient payment options. They were reasonably priced and were out at the house executing the job with just a week notice.

Javier who is the owner of the company, helped choose nice colors for the inside and the outside of my house. He was very responsive when I had questions. Overall he and his team were very professional and efficient.

Candle is a very good painter and really knows his stuff. He is very professional and gets things done to your likings. His knowledge about different kinds of paints is awesome and he even takes time and tell you how he is going to do everything.
